Waited 3 hours for the initial text for my vin #. Had to call again to get the text sent. Was given A window time from 6-8 and would receive a call 30 mins before arrival. Waited till 8:30 and no one called, no one showed up. Tried texting to see if anyone will show the next day and have gotten no response. Called another company who sent a truck within an hour an paid double. Dont let the 4.7 rating fool you. Shop around.

Overall a very good experience
I called to obtain information and possible sale of junk vehicle. We scheduled an appointment for late afternoon, however, Sam was in the area and asked if I would like to have him come earlier. Upon arrival Sam was not on only courteous and professional he took care in the removal of the vehicle. There was a glitch in agreement regarding process however Sam handled the entire situation calmly and professionally. I will absolutely recommend this company especially if Sam is the driver/tow personnel. Also, his boss followed "the customer is always right princple" Thanks goes to him too
Awesome service, gave me a good price for my car and very professional. Sam called me to let me know he was on the way and made sure he was punctual. When he got here, he was very professional and funny. He asked if I had any final farewells to my car haha. I loved the free towing, many places do not offer that and it was nice to know I wasent going to be charged for it. I would happily use this place again and refer others here as well.
