If you ever get into a car accident and they use this company to tow your vehicle, pay the out-of-pocket expense to tow it to your mechanic right away. These people will not tell you of all their hidden fees behind holding your vehicle, and the insurance company only covers you for certain amount you’ll be responsible for the rest, I have a bill for $1200 that I’m responsible for. I would’ve much rather have to drop the vehicle off at my mechanics right away.
Yesterday, my son was in a car accident and vehicle needed to be towed. After contacting several towing companies we found ourselves with you guys and your immediate response was amazing. Thank you Eddie for your excellent customer service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
