When I went to retrieve my vehicle, I was hit with outrageous additional fees that were never disclosed up front. It felt like they were taking advantage of a vulnerable situation, and there was no willingness to explain or justify the charges. If I could give zero stars, I would. I would strongly recommend others avoid this company at all costs and report any questionable practices to local authorities.
The most amazing people! I called late at night to send them to my friends rescue as she wasn’t from the area and insurance road side assistance was taking over 2 hours. They got there in 20 minutes, and helped her out beyond measure! 10 out of 10 recommend them to anyone!

These people just sucks they just care about the money and they would fine any excuse to towed the car, this company already towed my car twice and the first time I didn’t have to pay anything because they towed my car by accident in the place that I live from my parking spot (I’ll leave a pic), and now the towed a second time because I parked in a place outside of my complex because they don’t have parking where I live and I didn’t see any signs of towed zones, I’m really tired of this people they make my life miserable I really don’t like living in this area because of them it seems they are the only ones that towed cars in this area. This is the second time that I post this because they made me take the review off in order to get a discount to get my car back
Eddy was great, we helped him all we could. My help was limited due to severe COPD, BUT WE WERE ABLE TO GET IY DONE WITHOUT ANY OTHER ISSUES OR DAMAGE. Thanks Eddy for your professional attitude and knowledge.

Called to inquire about a vehicle and the female associate was extremely rude and seemed to be bothered that she had to answer the phone. I verified the hours on google before I called. The associate was very hostile in the information I was trying to inquire about. As a business owner I would NEVER have someone like that representing my business. Someone with a terrible personality should not be dealing with the public. Also reading the reviews its clear the "manager" is very confrontational as well. These reviews must be rigged, there is no way this business has almost 5 stars. Awful.
I have been using RoadWiz for several years, and they have consistently been my preferred vendor for towing unauthorized, illegally parked, or untagged vehicles from our rental properties under management and real estate office parking lot.
Their dependable, professional, and efficient service has always impressed me. I know I can count on them for fast and reliable solutions whenever needed.
If you ever get into a car accident and they use this company to tow your vehicle, pay the out-of-pocket expense to tow it to your mechanic right away. These people will not tell you of all their hidden fees behind holding your vehicle, and the insurance company only covers you for certain amount you’ll be responsible for the rest, I have a bill for $1200 that I’m responsible for. I would’ve much rather have to drop the vehicle off at my mechanics right away.

My truck was not starting at all after putting a new battery in and try to jumps started nothing. Call roadside assistance towing they ask me for the pickup and drop off location I was not on site I stay home left the key in the truck told him where the key was . He take care of everything and ask me if any other details he needed to know . I told him the drop off location was close already and talk to the owner previously before they close and told me to bring it and drop the keys I told him just that and he did a very good job he call me to make sure the address was right and even go out of his way to take a picture to let me know the car was drop off . He text me also to let me know the truck was drop off . Amazing services definitely will be using again .
My car wouldn't start, after calling 3 companies, Eddy arrived in 10 minutes, and it was 1 hour for other companies and they charge 6% for credit cards. Eddy charged via credit card. He fixed my car in 5 min and it worked. Great service and I highly recommend!!!! He saved my day and money so I didn't need to use towing.
What a great experience. Came out on Sunday. In the rain. Changed a tire on an F-350 Ford truck. Literally took him 15 minutes. Had all the right tools. This was a new truck and they took extra care to make sure there was no damage.
My car battery Died and Eddy was there within 10 minutes of my call. He was very professional and efficient in jumpstarting my car in a timely manner, he was also able to replace my car battery the following day, very quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this service!!

Eddie was super helpful when it came to jump starting our motorhome! We waited all day on superbowl sunday for a different company to come help us and nobody came. Eddie offered to get up extra early the next day and drive over two hours to our property to jump our motorhome. He helped us tell which batteries needed to be replaced and gave us advice on where to get them. Thanks so much!

Used Road-wiz towing twice within a couple months, always very easy to work with, very fast, and pricing is more than fair for the service they give. Eddy picked me up on flatbed, and got me to my destination no sweat, picked me up on side of busy highway without a problem. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area who needs a tow.

Liked this company so much I called a second time today and requested they send me Roadwiz again. Grateful to have experienced such great service after State Farm sending me other companies that didn’t do so well in the past. Thank you again . Walked out to a dead battery and was thinking I would have to get jumped off, and then have to worry about finding a battery. Called Roadside 247 and not only were they able to come quickly, but also for a lot less than I was thinking! They gave me a few options for battery replacement for my price range, and Eddy came out within an hour with a new battery and within an hour of him showing up, I was back on the road good as new. They’ll be my first call from now on! Awesome service and better employees!
I would not suggest this service. Talked to manager explained situation and was told a price. Told them we were a family of 3 and was told it was no problem. Driver shows up takes time to pump gas in his car then comes to services us and says circumstances changed and gives a higher price. Also tells us there is only room for 1 person to ride with. Had to get an uber for me and my son to get to the shop. Apparently they charge the same for a jump start or a tow unlike other tow services. Called and talked to the manager again was told the lower price then my husband was charged the higher rate anyways. Also they take CC but include a fee for that as well. It was the biggest hassle to go all of 2 miles up the road. Never again.
Rob Pagen was very helpful when I was stranded at a gas station with my kids and a flat tire. It was lightning & storming terribly when he arrived. After the rain let up a little bit, he helped guide me under the gas pumps where is was safer for us all while he changed the tire. I fully expected to be waiting an hour til the rain stopped but he was very efficient. Great service!
Excellent Road Service came to my rescue at 4am when I was stranded with a flat tire and no jack or tools to change it. Thanks for the coming to help me within 15 mins. Driver was awesome spoke Spanish also which made it easier to communicate

We were on 582 W bound with no gas! My insurance company could not find anyone to help us and it was around 3am so a lot of places were closed. We found Roadside 247 on google and could not have been happier with the amazing results! She was at our destination with gas and jumper cables in less time than expected! She made sure we were safe and sound and driving off safely.

I had call in my Roadside service at 6:00am for service when I notice both my cars had no air in the tires. The lady from Roadside arrive less than 20 mins. I was very impressed not only on time but a woman came out to help me. She was very friendly and courteous.
They were knowledgeable, very fair, and efficient. Made sure to have me work closely with my insurer to make sure everything was in order financially, and this was greatly appreciated. Were out there within 15 minutes to jump start, and later on came out to replace a car battery. Would definitely recommend! Thanks everyone.
