Had a flat on a Saturday night in a remote part of town, and couldn't have asked for a more friendly, professional, and skilled person come tow my Porsche. He was meticulous about carefully loading my car, especially given the low suspension. Then a long drive to my house, but he made it seem short with friendly conversation. While I hope to not have a car towed again, if I do, you can be sure I will be calling Jarrett at Epic.
They did take a bit longer than estimated to get to us but I’m blaming that on the weather and the fact that it was 6:30 in the morning. But Jarrett was super nice! I had originally called in for just a heavy duty truck, didn’t think they would also tow a trailer. They did though so we were grateful for that! Price was fair and pick up and drop off went smoothly. Will definitely use them again if the need ever arises. It looks like they also do farm equipment so this is definitely the tow truck company you need.
Our Tow truck driver JR. did an excellent job with getting our Silverado 350 on the truck in one shot. A true professional and great customer service! Thanks JR.
