Agreed upon one price and then the tow driver didn’t arrive all day till extremely late wasted my whole day waiting then for tow guy to show and say my catalytic converter had been replaced so it was worth less? Like that makes sense. I immediately said no and he continued to try to low ball until he reached $50 below the orginal agreed price so I took it because what the hell you wasted my whole day!!!! They will low ball and lie. Luckily my orginal agreement was in messages because he didn’t believe me when I told him the agreed upon price and told no it was less. Then one of the $100 bills my bank told me was FAKE!
Very disrespectful. They waste your time. You will agree on a price with them over the phone, they will send a tow truck out, and the driver will offer you less than you agreed upon. Scummy business attitude, do not deal with these people.

Worst tow company in America I see they use the Cadillac converter lie a lot! We agreed on a flat fee regardless of the condition plus pictures which there was no condition the car had an oil leak I’m a 23 yr old young woman I don’t know much about cars but I know for sure there was nothing wrong with the car other than the oil leak they offered me $800 for my Honda accord and once the tow guy showed up he said he was told to give me $300 he said he could help me out by giving me $400 bc I didn’t have my converters which I do! These people are scam artist never ever do business with them they’re disgusting even after confronting them with the text messages I had they blocked my number and acted like they didn’t know it was my car they had just came and picked up I’m in utter discuss this car was well worth over $1500 and these nasty fast talking unhinged corrupt people literally robbed me. I will do everything in my power possible to get this company shut down. I’m in disbelief

After a repeated attempts to get you guys to build a fence so that we can continue working from home without being threatened to be fired from the noise, not just the noise during work hours, but on the weekends, the yelling, the blaring of music all night long Holes in the fence lights flashing into our windows smashing cars 10 feet away from my window please put up a real fence that blocks the view, and blocks the noise. Looks like your business has horrible reviews. ! i’ve already contacted the Better Business Bureau and the city of Osceola. You are supposed to put up, and you’re not supposed to have object 150 cm above the fence! You do realize your Junk Yard is in our yard like we can’t get around that it was put there after this property was purchased ! do the right thing, plus your customers picking up sticks, taunting my dogs we are sick of it !We can’t even watch a movie because of the noise all day every day.
terrible, the advertised price is different from the price charged at the time of payment, it does not issue an invoice, I bought parts for a Toyota Prius with a rebulit process 2 weeks ago and I can't get the invoice, there is always an excuse, I bought a front bumper cover on the website it says $39.90 when I went to the store I was charged $75, all parts at the time of payment are charged more than double, and you will not be entitled to have the invoice
I got an offer from them for $400.00. The car was a 2000 Nissan Altima GXE 2.4. It runs and had good AC. They sent a trucker to pick up the car, just to negotiate down their offer. They wanted the car for half their offer. I wound up having to give it to them for $300.00. Do not believe their offers.
Was told it was a flat fee of 500 cash regardless of title or condition, this was a lie!! They Tried telling me they were only going to pay 200... I ended up getting only getting 350 cus they lied again saying my jeep was missing its Catalytic. converter which it wasn't he tried showing me a part on his phone, that was not, The Catalytic converter saying it was missing from my car.... then I have been trying to get a Receipt from them which they just keep saying they did but have not.

horrable experience, first motor that was delivered was incorrect, took over a week and a half to redeliver the correct motor. correct motor was delivereed and after install found out it had a bad cam, company is makling it almost impossable to do a motor exchange and is dodging phone calls, when discussing issue and calling him out on the bad motor he hung up on me. not a good way to do business.
Do not trust this place. They are not fair with negotiating. And when you do accept their offer, they will take more money off when you guys meet.
If they say that something in the car was replaced and the original is not in the car, they are lying. To give you a reason why they lowered the price.

Stand firm in your offer and do not let them sway you from it. If they change it when you guys meet, DO NOT accept!!! Stick with what you guys had agreed on before meeting.

Three and a half hours late after I told you I was driving three hours to get there and three hours back! And shorted me $100!? Meanwhile your son started you were drunk in the middle of the day? Where do I leave a google review?
On Monday, I called the number I saw on a sign. They came to pick up my car the same day. I was told 400 over the phone, but when they arrived, I received 300 because I couldn't produce the title. I was told I would get the remaining 100 if I could find the title within the week. 30 mins after they left, I found the title. I texted them to let them know. I never got a response back. On Tuesday morning, I texted to get the physical address so I could give them the title. No response. Today is Wednesday, and I called from a different number. A woman answered and I told her the situation. She said that they had already done whatever they do to junk cars. I reiterated what I was told by the guys who picked up the car. I told her I had sent messages to the number and she said she would look into it. She calls back and said that my car's VIN number wasn't in their system and she doesn't know who picked up my car. I told her that this was the only company I called. So she said she would ask her boss. I was in mid sentence when she hung up on me. I tried calling back and my call was sent to voicemail. So at this rate it's anyone's guess how this will end.
Don't do business with these people. I recently paid 5,500 for a f-150 that these people had someone else sell me. First we find out the vehicle was a salvaged vehicle. So we have to go through month of processing to be able to get the salvage of the vehicle to NOW the title is a derelict title. Which means the title was fake.
And guess what they've done to help. NOTHING. They blocked us. They won't return any calls. Don't get scammed like we did. Always call the DMV first!
Don’t do business with this people. I had my old car remove by Alan at my house. They promise will keep the rims for me to pick it up at the junk yard. When I went to get the rims, they were sold. This people don’t have morals, are dishonest. When I contacted Alan about the rims, he hanged up the phone. They are liars. I don’t hope wrong but this people are the worst in town.
Came and picked up the car when they said they would and very friendly. Also offered me the best price for my car. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks again.
