Called n talked to a female in the am Zellwood store on 10-20-25 about getting a battery n brakes n asked to get a slight discount as another store brand offered me one and she said" NO " and didn't know what parts I was even talking about! So I hung up and went to another brand store n got a discount and it was cheaper also, so a long 15+ year relationship with Advanced auto has ended! She needs training and customer tact!!

Needed a battery. Stopped there after getting a jump start. I came from Martin County to visit family. Saw this store, and they had what I needed. Manny was nice enough to install it for me as my tools were 150 miles away. He checked the new battery and alternator, which all checked out ok. I was back on the road in no time at all. Thank you, Manny, for professionalism.

I have to say, whoever hired the employees here, knows what he/she is doing. EVERYBODY is good. Excellent customer service. Have been going there for 5 years now. 100% recommend.

So this store refuses to price match Walmart for same brand. Elvis the manager even said no. $60 for an oil change when everything’s $40 at Walmart.

Well not only is this manager rude by not having the phone skills needed to service customers but has the attitude of not wanting to deal with them at all...this is not the first time...more than 4 already and still the same attitude...I've given him too many chances...buying from another store farther just not to deal with him and hopefully something will change or those doors may close....

Well it's 10 AM .... supposed to be open at 9...and no one is here and the door is locked. A lady sitting in her truck in the parking lot said 5 other cars have come and gone. This is not Kool...we all have things to do and cars that need repairs. Total fail Advance

Man don’t let anyone tell you different. This shop is absolutely great. They’re overpriced because of corporate and they get bad reps, but I personally have been here my whole life and they warranty everything for me no matter what the defect is. Manager is cool for allowing me to come to him anytime I need to part out. 10/10 and if you leave a bad rep, 9 times out of 10, you probably don’t treat them like you treat everyone else.

Well, I had an issue with an expensive wiper blade. (Probably my fault lol) but I encountered Elvis and he went above and beyond to stand by his product regardless of culpability and man he just made my day by helping without an argument or issue. Sooooo thanks so much Elvis. Happy holidays and I’ll be back!!!

Chuck was extremely helpful and even though he was short handed, he still took the the time to come out and give me an extra hand with my serpentine belt replacement. Definitely have me as a return customer. And not to mention the Advanced Auto on Thompson said they couldn't help me with my belt exchange unless I had me receipt and he pulled it right up like in minutes. SO DONT GO TO THE ONE ON THOMPSON AND 436 IN APOPKA THEY ARE LAZY AND OBVIOUSLY DON'T KNW NOTHING LIKE THEY SHOULD.

62 dollars to order a switch for a truck door window they had to order. Found same one online for under 20 dollars and delivered next day. I love to shop in person but times like this make it very hard.

Came in close to closing time and the staff was extremely helpful and polite. John tested my battery, replaced it and seemed knowledgeable.

No open ended questions were asked, the kid didn't know how to use the code scanner properly, the older gentlemen(assumed keyholder/"Retail Parts Pro") didn't seem to care just as much as the kid did. I was an employee for this company for seven years and never have I seen such and utter display of carelessness for customer satisfaction, including the other few people that came in this same afternoon. Written documentation should be provided to the two working on this afternoon. Otherwise, I doubt they'll change. As a commercial customer, I am severely dissatisfied with my experience at this store overall. I don't see how they help anyone, the kid was on his phone with a headphone in the entire time. When he performed the code scan on my truck he quickly told me what the codes are, not explaining anything. Just telling me the initials to the parts(luckily I'm versed, but this was unknown knowledge to him). I understand that you're not supposed to go much further than telling the codes for a code scan, but he didn't even let me write them down or anything. lol. And quickly went back inside to which I followed him, he was complaining about not being able to find cat food with the person he was on the phone with(so he's working without performing any tasks on a Saturday that wasn't busy at all, making good use of company). The older gentlemen seemed like he had never been through the APEX system a day in his life for how long it took him to look up my parts. Little to no proficiency with a computer, should not hold a leading role if he doesn't possess knowledge or expertise in his profession.

In a rush for a part for my car. Had no clue what it was called, just had a similar piece in my hand. John was extremely helpful in finding the exact part that I needed, he even trusted me take to take 3 next door to my mechanic to make sure. I returned the product that I didn't need and paid for the one I needed. Good old-fashioned customer service. Thanks John

The sign on the door said they were open untill 9pm. I buy most of my parts there. Was putting a water pump on my truxk. They didn't have it but said the one in Apopka had it. Paid somebody to go get it with the part number and still come back with the wrong one so more gas money to get the right one. One the second day I needed something at 8:45pm and they already had the store locked and in their cars. I would push my F-250 pass that store before I would but anything from that stote. The one on Bay street in Eustis tryed to beat me on a core. Over a 100 dollars. He said he didn't owe me and as soon as I said lets see what the police had to say, he gave me my money. Half of the time you have to take the part back two or three times. I'm done.
