My car’s controller arm broke off and left me stranded on the side of the road. It was a Sunday so I didn’t expect a lot of companies to be open. Sly picked up right away and he was very courteous and professional. He got a driver out to me right away and they got the car home. The driver was very nice and respectful too. Very happy with their service. Would recommend them to anyone in the Orlando and Central Florida area for towing.

BOLO - Aggressive Reckless Tow Truck Driver W/M Full thick long facial hair. Florida Tag “E0083E.” Red cab, flatbed tow truck. Tonight while traveling south bound on hwy429 around 1900-1930hrs, I had the pleasure of being tailgated/following too closely(FSS), being continuously honked at, and flashing of inside window white light bar at me. This driver worked really hard at trying to intimidate me and other vehicles to move out of his way. He also did this to an 18 wheel Amazon truck. He continued this Aggressive driving pattern of behavior until we passed exit 8/WesternWay. While he was in the left lane AT the 192 exit he decided to cut over multiple lanes of traffic and drive me and one other vehicle off the road, while we were approaching the exit from the proper right lane. He then drove off the road into a dirt road construction area to avoid the traffic light(FSS) and traveled west on US192. He finally departed the road turning into VISTA DeLargo gated subdivision. Keep in mind None of us were traveling under 80 mph.. while he felt the Power to intimidate us out of his way! Reminder Tow Truck drivers Are Not authorized to drive this way! This includes the companies that are contracted to local government agencies!!! I would never trust this driver to care for my vehicles. Bolo was shared with FHP via 911. It is all on record.

Robin in the office and Brandon the driver were A huge help for me and my family moving our camper with ease. They were able to fit me in their schedule very quickly and gave me an accurate eta of the driver when he was 10 min behind but no complaints, navigating through WG can be hectic. I’ll definitely be using their service in the future.

Phenomenal customer service both from the tow technician and from the advisor on the phone. Sly’s is very knowledgeable with the area, advised me on next steps, and helped me get to where I needed to go with great professionalism and a caring demeanor. The price was fair and expert service was efficient. Would highly recommend Sly’s to the Winter Garden community!!

I was so impressed with this tow service, my car broke down , called a neighbor who recommended Slys and they did not disappoint! After a mere 35 minutes, tow truck pulls up, Jordan the driver ask for a quick recap of what happened, chained up my car and we were on our way in about 5 minutes!!! Jordan was polite & professional, I'm an "older" women alone, at night with a dead vehicle and I definitely relaxed after the professional way Jordan presented himself. Between the quick response, excellent driver, Jordan, and surprisingly reasonable cost I give Slys towing of Winter Garden 5 stars!!!thank you so much

Very expensive. I would recommend using a different company if you can. The charges from the accident were supposedly set by the Ocoee PD. However, Sly's charged us for 3 days storage, when they had the vehicle for less than 48 hours, from about 8:30pm on Monday, until 4pm on Wednesday. They also charged $100 for a 1-mile tow to the Budget UPick it, and that was certainly excessive.

While at the Orlando international Airport. My vehicle would not shift into gear. The column shifter would move up and down, But would not put the vehicle into gear. I called Sly's Towing and Recovery. A young man showed up I explained to him my problem and told him I need to be towed to Crystal River Florida. He looked under the vehicle and told me the shift cable had come disconnected. He placed shift cable to its proper position. I was able to drive my vehicle home. I want to thank the young man for his actions and honesty saving me approximately $500.00 dollars for towing.

WOW!! Is the only word I can think of to describe the exceptional customer service I experienced using Sly's Towing. I was in an accident, I was injured, scared and didn't know what to do. From the moment the Compassionate tow truck driver (Randy) showed up which was in just minutes, I was put completely at ease. The sweet ladies in the office explained the whole process so that I was well informed and could understand what to do next with my vehicle. I am so grateful I had heard of them and insisted to have them tow my vehicle. No way I'd ever use another Tow company again. I highly recommend them, they treat you as a human being not just another wrecked car. I can't say Thank You enough Sly's Towing!!

Edited to add response: Actually the police officer told me I can have AAA get the vehicle since the car was pulled to the side of the road, I made the decision to go with you guys to make it easier. Your front desk person Robin gave quotes that were incorrect and lied when confronted, I’m guessing she wasn’t trained well and didn’t want to get in trouble. The issue was never about having money, it was about going to the bank to withdraw it and heading straight to your office after. Robin also said 2x in the conversation..”you’d be able to save yourself some money if you can get someone to pull it out of there yourselves.” Please get on the same page with your employees because your reviews on google have several other people facing the same issues with your company. I have no issues paying any dues to a company, I just don’t like to be quoted with details and then having the price more than double due to the incompetence or lack of knowledge from your employee. Everyone makes mistakes at work but we can tell the truth and move forward. Also, not sure if you’re in the right business if you don’t understand that my car was movable because there’s a gear called neutral, we were able to use that feature to put it into our driveway. Thanks, have a great day. ______________________ This is the worst group of people I’ve ever dealt with. Robin at reception quoted us a full price break down with details including knowing that my car was not movable because I made sure I gave every detail. I asked how much would it be to pick up my car same day versus next day. I had enough time to get everything done same day but because the price was only $30 more overnight (I made sure I got every detail about payment), we avoided the hassle and waited. At 5:01 pm robin called to tell us the price is now more than doubled because they have to load and unload the vehicle (she never told me this in the payment details she assured me about just 45mins before) and we have no time to settle today because they close at 5pm. The next day I went to get my car and robin told us the amount was $230 and if we can get someone to push the vehicle out then we can save ourselves some money there too. I left to go get the cash and called back to report the situation to the owner. She answered and said she was there when robin took the call and robin didn’t tell us that price and a few other plain lies. They made us pay $290 and said we can’t push the car out ourselves and robin would have never told us that. Although she said that to me twice in person that same day. The owner laughed at me over the phone and said that’s a joke and she needed that for the day, it’s their word against mine if I wanted to get my car back. Very unprofessional for a business owner. I hope the winter garden pd can find a more honest company to work with.

My transmission went out on my mustang. I called them they sent somebody out right away with a great price. The young lady on the phone was very professional and also the tow truck was professional too. I would definitely do business with them again

If you’re driving a truck for a professional business with the company name on the truck, you shouldn’t drive at dangerous speeds, change lanes without warning, cut drivers off in traffic, and then flip off the people YOU cut off. Completely unprofessional and I would never trust this company towing my vehicle with the way they were driving. 6/18, 10:38am getting off the turnpike southbound onto I4.

We have used Sly’s over the years and this review is long overdue. They answer the phone 1st time, awesome at locating where you even if you have no clue, arrive when they say and call of close and can’t find you, several years ago my daughter broke down on side of road all by herself they got there before we did and was able to just be present and stay with her to keep her safe. Above and beyond each time. Highly recommend in West Orange County knows everything back road.

Excellent service! The person on the phone was very friendly. Tow truck came out in less than 15 minutes. Cost was affordable. The tow truck guy named James was very professional. He even asked me aside from my car am I ok. My stress and anxiety level was super high. But the way James spoke to me from the pick up to drop off point for the car was extremely helpful. I even called in to their office to give him recognition. Excellent service by far. Highly recommended!

when you have a fleet of vehicles, you know the time they are in a repair shop is time they aren't on the road making you money. which is why we're always looking for fast service with zero hassle. Sly's is by far the fastest at responding to calls and getting a vehicle towed to the shop quickly. i have their phone number inside every one of our trucks. our guys know to call them first whenever a tow is needed, and there's rarely a need to make a call to a different tow company. quick turn around, friendly staff, great service, fair price. can't ask for more than that.

My daughter was stuck in an intersection and Rick the driver was professional, efficient and got her car safely to the closest garage. I hope we never have to call them again but if we do we will definitely use and recommend them again.

Sly's towing and the employees are amazing. Great service whenever my family and friends have done business with them. I dont know how Trump got into the last reviewer's review. Politics have nothing to do with your experience. What a joke. Anyway, Sly is the most honest guy you can meet. Keep up the good work.

They were very unprofessional and the owner Sly lied about pricing. My car was towed on a Friday, I arrived at Sly's Towing on that Sunday. He told me they were not open on weekends and to get my vehicle on that day I would have to pay an additional $75. He suggested that I wait until Monday because it was only $ 25/ day and it would be cheaper. I called on Monday when on the way but was told they closed at 430 which is not what their office hours say on the door or online. I live an hour away and could not have made it within that timeframe.. The lady said as of that day it was $178 to get my car. I advised her I would come the next day. She failed to mention they were closing early, at noon because it was New Year's Eve and they would be closed on New Year's Day. $178 turned into over $358. Let's do the math. If quoted $178 and its $25/day. Adding two days to that price does not equal to over $358 and the $75 fee to get your vehicle after hours or on a weekend or holiday is bogus. They came up with every excuse why they couldn't meet me. In addition to that if your vehicle does not start, they charge you extra to pull it from the back of their yard to the front.( less than 500 feet) This company should not be in business. The owner and some of the workers have no compassion and they are Trump loving liars

The whole experience was great - they picked up the phone immediately, gave us an accurate estimate (of time and cost), were at the car in under 30 minutes. The tow driver was extremely helpful. Would definitely use them again!

Great service picked up my 05 Chevy Tahoe today after it being there almost a week. No scratches or dents and the price was amazing for how long it stayed. 10/10 next time you get impounded this is who I'm going to request to take it lol I wish you guys serviced my area in poinciana if I ever broke down you'd be my first phone call for a tow. Once again thankyou for your amazing ladies up front who were very professional and thank you for playing with my daughter she had fun.

Our car died in a 2 hour parking spot and this company was great. They answered the phone quickly and gave us a time frame that was very fast. Not only that, but they actually showed up exactly when they said they would which may be the first time that’s ever happened for me with a tow company. James was our tow driver and he was very professional. He got our car out of a spot that wasn’t easy to access with no problems at all and for what could have been a very awful experience, made it pleasant. I would definitely recommend these guys and should the need arise, would use them again.

Very poor Customer Service!!! Katy is very rude.. I received a phone call from their office on 10/19/2017 advising me that my car belonged to them as of that day, and a Lien would be placed on me for $330.00. The car was a total loss. They allowed me to get my tag and not inform me of all these Ridiculous ass fees. They charged me for sending a Certified Letter. What??? After I was told the car was theirs. Why would u send a freaking letter. So now the price is $400.00. Then Katy and Sly the owner told me they posted the car in West Orange times. Excuse me?? The car was totaled!!! When I asked to see the car. Blank stare. They are rude and complete rip offs. Poor poor business. Do not use them. U have been warned!!!

Worst customer service from a towing company I have ever had. Their prices are extremely high for such poor service. Front desks lady's are rude and terrible at explaining fees. They do not accept credit cards which does not make much sense, since they serve an area with a lot of tourists. We live 160+ miles away and having someone giving you an attitude and not explaining process properly does not help. Find something else, I would give zero stars if I could.
