Eduardo and Ryan were incredibly kind and helpful. We are from out of town and were in an accident on the turnpike. They kept us safe and laughing despite the scary situation. I am eternally grateful for their compassion during our challenging time. Thank you Eduardo and Ryan! You are our heroes!
I have to say our experience was excellent they picked me and my wife up after calling 6 different places and being told no one could come this company showed up. Prices were excellent and the process was seamless. If you're stuck anywhere after 12 am definitely recommend them.
Ryan was the flatbed driver who helped me in Clermont so very sweet and considerate. And Cheryl in the office who took my call was very sweet as well. Im not sure if she’s in the Winter Garden office or the Minneola office. It was a 352 number that I called. Hang on to them. They are excellent employees. 5 stars for both of them. I’d give 10 Stars if I could.
"Predatory and Unethical Experience – Beware"
My car was towed after a simple flat tire and taken from Lake County to Orange County. The initial fees were already high ($200 hook-up plus $7 per mile), but when I went to retrieve my car less than 24 hours after it arrived, I was charged nearly triple the reasonable cost.
To make matters worse, the staff refused to lower the price despite my immediate attempt to pick up the car and even asked me to drive my vehicle on the rim, risking serious damage. This is not only unreasonable but dangerous. cecilia, who proclaimed to be the owner not only called the police and lied on me, saying that I threatened her, but also forced her male employees to watch me push my tire from the back of the tow yard with no assistance. Again, while her hired hand Jerryl, watched embarrassed and belittled by his "boss"
I’m a mother of five trying to resolve this fairly, but the lack of professionalism, inflated charges, and unsafe instructions left me with no choice but to report this towing company to Florida Consumer Protection and the Attorney General. I watched them tell at least 6 customers overly high prices and then haggle. Bad business!!!
Use extreme caution before doing business with this company.
Ryan definitely helped me out A LOT this morning! He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He got me from point A to point B at the agreed price and even helped me find a better deal for my tire. Definitely turned my night/day around from a stressful situation. This place is full of crooks. They stole my car after an accident without my consent and charged me $300 after towing it two miles. It also took me hours to get my car back. Beware and stay away.

This towing company is a scam my daughter had an accident Sunday the 2 nd of March 2025 and on Monday the 3 rd I went to pick it up and was charged $600 for one day, they are the true definition of abuse to the community and are going to be reported to the BBB and further Legal Actions ,for price gauging and taking advantage of people in crisis.
This place is charging me almost $500 and my car hasn’t even been there for three hours. The guy that answered the phone is extremely rude and incapable of holding a civil conversation with anyone. This company is a pure rip off and I don’t understand how they are getting away with it
So a buddy of mine broke down on his motorcycle while we were out riding the other night. I must have called no less that 15 tow companies trying to get someone to come and get his Road King off of the side of 561 in heavy traffic at night and tow it literally 1 mile back to the house. Every single company except for Car Store Towing either said they flat out weren’t available, couldn’t tow a motorcycle or would be 12-15 hours to show up. Car Store was there in 30 minutes or less and the price was fair and reasonable. Saved our weekend!

This company is charging me $800 for less than 24-hours of storage after an accident the night belowand I have paperwork to back it up. This is legitimate robbery and I didn't have a choice where I could take it. The state troopers use this to pick up my car after an accident on the highway and there's a place behind it that they work with that was willing to buy the car for $500 but CAR STORE wants to charge me $800 and every day that I am not able to pay, the total goes up. I was ready to take care of the little it should have been, but definitely can't nor won't. How is this legal?
My truck was towed by this horrible company and impounded for 2 days when I called to get price, and they wanted over $500.00 to get it out of impound, and daily rate only $21. Then when I go to get registration out of glovebox I notice my passenger side front window is covered in plastic and my window is crooked and only bout 2 inches were visible. They did absolutely nothing but yell at me, tell they not responsible for the damage, then took their time getting everything done to get my truck. Rude, unhelpful, arrogant and nothing their fault kinda company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Great company, talked to them after messing up my car and they immediately sent someone to help. I thought it was gonna be a dhitshiw getting it up n out but Eduardo was great. He knew what he was doing and prevented any further damage. Overall great towing service and I'm glad they're who I called.
Stole my camper and everything I own after being in an accident during the last hurricane. Said I owed them over $2000 to get it out. Tow truck driver lied and said it took 3 hours when it only took an hour. Wouldn't let me get my dogs food or even my medication or shoes. Could have literally died in the parking lot and they didn't care one bit. Tried to wait it out overnight and they told police I was trespassing and made me come back with a sheriff, then scramble to grab whatever belongings I could in a short amount of time. Lost many valuable personal items, including my grandmother's urn. Absolutely disgusting business. They should be sued and shut down for their arrogant and incompetent practices.
Absolutely horrible drivers. Just having to drive on the turnpike with them is enough to know i would never use this company. Let me just honk constantly trying to cut down the breakdown lane because of traffic. Then cut back into the flow of traffic and back into the breakdown lane over and over again. All the time well honking. If this is how the drive and act would you want to trust them with your car or anything? I sure as hell won't.
My Chevy Silverado was totaled (or so everyone with a mind would believe, except State Farm), and I had the pleasure of being introduced to Car Store Towing. Amongst all the vendors involved in my accident, towing, insurance, repair, etc., Car Store is BY FAR the most professional and honest organization. They do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. The don't do anything they don't say they''re going to do. And these people are kind and courteous on top of all of that.
Let me also point out that they have the towing equipment to get cars, trucks, RVs, semis and anything that might need a tow (or an extraction from a swampy forest as in my case), they have the equipment and power to do it. My Silverado had to be lifted out with their truck mounted crane. Not every towing company is set up for that. They had no problem and got it done quickly and professionally. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAR STORE TOWING!!!

Blew differential in my truck on turnpike called car store. Within an hour tow was there and back to winter garden we went. Great service, reasonable price. Driver was Friendly, Personable and a Pro . Highly recommend.
FHP call for our disabled RV on the Turnpike and Brian Bryan showed up. Brian was awesome assisting my husband in and out the truck. He was very friendly and towed us to the perfect place(75 RV and Truck)! His recommendation for a repair shop was spot on! We were back up and running before 11am. I highly recommend this company for all your towing needs because of Brian Bryan great customer service and personality!!!
Of course it is never good when you have to have a vehicle towed due to an accident or mechanical. However, my daughter and I were very pleased with how Jack, the owners son, and the nice lady at the counter handled our situation. Thank you for your kindness.

My daughter had gotten in a car accident on the turnpike. My daughter is okay however her car was not. The car was totaled and had to be towed. Bryan was the tow truck driver that came to the accident. Bryan was truly kind and nice to my daughter. My daughter used his phone to contact me and my husband so we could come get our daughter. Instead of leaving her on the side of the road and having to wait for us to pick her up in the middle of the night off a highway. Bryan gave my daughter the opportunity to call me so we could go pick her up from the car store and gave me perfect directions on how to get there. He also went a step further and help my daughter find her phone once the car was at the Car Store. She had lost the phone during the accident, and it was too dark to find it. When we were at the Car Store, we could hear the phone vibrating and Bryan found the phone for her. The phone had gone inside of the car where the airbags came out and he helped to pull the phone out of it. He also helped us to remove all her belongings from her car to mine. He even gave her a paper that she was able to sign so when the insurance company came, she would not have to go back. I would recommend using the Car Store in Winter Garden as your tow company. Bryan I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and your help.
FHP sent Car Store to my house to remove a car that had hit a tree on my property, across from my front yard. In order to do that their truck had to go over the curb, on sidewalk and into my yard to position itself to lower the ramp for the vehicle. I'll skip the details and go to part in which as he tried to exit the yard he got stuck and when he accelerated to try to pull out, he dug himself in, making huge holes in the grass. He did stop after I told him that my house has a septic system and he was potentially damaging the drain field. He had to call another tow truck to pull him out. So, another couple of hours!! After contacting the driver's insurance, I was informed that the responsibility for damages caused by the tow truck would have to be addressed by Car Store 's own insurance company, so they gave me their phone number. I gave Car Store a call and the office told me she knew nothing about the accident or incident with their truck and she asked me to send photos to their email. I had plenty of those and immediately forwarded to her. The next day, I called and was transferred to Garrett, the owner. He initially seemed genuinely concerned! Still, as the conversation developed, he stated that "the other insurance should be responsible since we wouldn't even be there if the driver didn't hit your house"! We agreed he would call the other driver's insurance, so we would discuss this further. He never gave the name of his own insurance company so I could call them myself! I've called the Car Store for the last couple of days and asked for both Garrett and the office manager, neither seems to be there! Left messages and no return calls! I had to see these reviews to understand what's going on.
My truck broke down about 5 miles from my house. The dispatcher was honest about the amount of time until a possible tow, and offered to call me back when they had a wrecker available. He called back quicker than expected and the price was more affordable than 2 other places I called. Tyreek was very friendly and professional from when he arrived until when he dropped me off. Outside of waiting for around an hour in the FL July heat (2 others said it would be 2 hours or more), overall I had a pleasant experience!
Our experience with the car store towing was horrendous! They dropped my roommate's car off the back of the wrecker there's pictures below and to top it off they were rude about the whole incident and actually hung up on her when she called to discuss how they were going to rectify the damage to her car they hung up on her I would not recommend this business to anyone. They are unprofessional they are rude and they are downright crooks for what they've done to us.
The employees were kind and understanding. There's only one issue is when I was allowed to get my property out of my car they used a tracker with a lift only to push my car out of the storage area. By doing that with out placing the car in neutral the rest differential was damaged and will need to be replaced. My car was a 2008 Saab. And I am not able to pay the $1600 in fees to get it. I'm disabled and on a monthly benefit check.
Dave showed up at the time we set up and moved our very expensive equipment with precision and the upmost care! Took every precaution and constantly made sure we were happy with how he was securing the load and made sure we as the customer felt comfortable with the load before hauled down the road. We had 2 machines to be moved and both are safe into their new location. Great service and will use anytime we need service again!!
