Not a good experience I called for a question andthe man who picked up put me on hold then hanged up. I called again and he is like wats up tells me the info. then hang up before I even finish talking. Not good service I was going to go but not like that. The guy has issues.
I had a great experience at this location. The yard is well organized, easy to navigate, and they offer a wide selection of useful parts at very good prices.
I especially want to recognize the Latino cashier at the front desk. He provides excellent customer service — very friendly, patient, and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to find service like that!
I also want to give credit to the staff at the entrance gate. They are respectful, attentive, and do a great job keeping the place safe and organized.
I highly recommend Budget U Pull It in Orlando to anyone looking for quality used auto parts. I will definitely be coming back.
Angry little guy rides around on golf cart pulling all the engines with a few helpers and transmissions the morning they arrive Not worth the time it takes to drive there - the works there because he’s driving their carts
No problem with this place. The guys are pretty good and upfront. The price, being reasonable.. The place itself has been my family’s go to place for all car parts for years with all of our different vehicles. They have a large inventory you can check online and it’s well organized by brand, row etc. For the people who leave negative reviews… probably you seemed dishonest or wanted to take advantage of pricing and such. If you are honest and have good intentions and communicate well you shouldn’t have a problem with anyone here. Entry is cheap. Overall - amazing place! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thankful to live right next to this gem of a place.
I found what I needed, but it was a long walk to my vehicle type. All they offer is a wheel barrel to put your partscause females come with their mechanic. They should offer something if you have to go all the way to the back of the junkyard I don't know golf cart I saw two of them three-wheel bicycle something..but I have a hard vehicle type. It was best deal in place of ordering online and you don't know what you're going to get when you get it.
These people are thieves after bringing back AC compressor radiator cores and returning other parts I was told they could not get it to go through the system to come back the next day since I was in town only for the day I couldn't Make it back the next day Had to leave finally made it back a couple weeks later they acted like it was not their problem I was told it would be credited to my account it never was they would not work with me at all not even for 10 dollars The skinny redheaded freckled manager guy was the most unprofessional worker I have encountered here All the rest of them have been pretty much professional this guy thinks he owns the place apparently and there are thousands of people that come in there so your problem is not his problem pretty much told me to go get eft And why didn't I carry around the parts with me until I could return them sorry I cannot drive around with an empty used radiator and AC compressor in my trunk anybody that has common sense knows that they would be leaking everywhere apparently this guy has not ever worked on a vehicle before thinking I should have just took the used parts with me if there are people didn't know how to work the computer I will never go back there even if I have to drive 3 hours in the opposite direction to get the part I would gladly do it just to not have to go here that's how rude that as hat was to me funny how rude to people can be when they're hiding behind a window.
Parts are great to buy . But the guy looking at your tools is very disrespectful to customers also the the puerto rican lady.. they live to yell at you for ant reasons.. Mr Rivera you should be fired for poor judgment.. you have an attitude problem..
Huge u pull it place.. a couple bucks to get In. So here’s my advice to you…. Wear a long sleeve shirt., wear a wide brim hat, bring at least a gallon of water to drink, an umbrella to block the sun,
This place doesn't work well for the hour. I drove like 25 minutes and they say they close at 5 pm. I arrived at 4:35 and they say they no longer accept scrap metal. This place doesn't work.
If you need something for an old car that you cannot purchase online and you are mechanically inclined, you can more than likely find it here. It saved us hundreds of dollars. Make sure you are up to date on your Tetanus shot though. Very fair price. Very nice lady at the desk. There is even a guy there that will help you for a very minimal price if need be to get your part on most days. Honestly, I didn't expect any kind of customer service at a junkyard but there it was LOL. You don't even get that kind of service at your local restaurant anymore.
I've visited many yards over my 55 years. this was strange at entrance. Spanish speaking file at entrance... and I could not tell workers from customers. mostly workers in the way. I had to wait for opening to apparent window, and get attention of window. so yard was organized, I did not buy anything, just searched.
if i could give negative i would never heard of a place closing 30 mins early but apparently they do, i just spent almost 100$ in there yard and they wouldn’t let me back in for 10 mins to give them more money lol this place is a joke there cars are torn apart
Had a great trip here yesterday. Gentleman at check in allowed me free entry since it was my first time. Found the exact parts I needed despite the car being there for a month. Yard was very organized and easy to work.
This review is a bit overdue, but I wanted to share my great experience. I purchased four tires with rims and a complete breather for my Jeep for just a little over $100. The prices are excellent, and the service was outstanding. Ray has a great sense of humor, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend checking them out!
I drove hours to pull a transmission and the staff were very helpful here, with information and they offer military discounts. The prices and inventory are listed online, which was helpful for my long drive. It's good to bring your core and be ready for the exchange and always check in parts you bring into the yard, I got searched extensively and questioned. Overall, it was with my hotel and the drive was worth it because of low prices and inventory.
Good prices. Very well organized easy to find what you're looking for. Staff is very professional. I've always been treated very well with respect every time I've been there. Recommend them highly.
Bad service very That's respectable, but cash register and the employee to be careful. The tools outside. There was a really bad experience from beginning to start. I don't recommend this place to nobody. To take back care of the customers and they don't care on the cashier to the employees at the door. I hope. The boss realize the loss of business that these people are implying in his business. I'm very disappointed
Wow! I'm glad I found this well-organized Auto Parts yard. They have a great staff that's very helpful and a very well put together system. They make it very easy to find what you're looking for in their huge selection. Not to mention great prices!
I had a odd request for a floor boards from a ram truck. They were more then happy to accommodate me in my request. They even help me find somebody there that can remove the pieces for me. The price was extremely fair. Lot is well organized and clean.They plenty of carts and wheel barrels to help you getting things. Did not have a problem finding what I needed.
You can find some parts if you are extremely patient to listen to the shauting commands in barely english. No help dowloading your recicables. Scrathced my 2018 truck downloading a grill. No more recicabling. All metal in the trash. 2 months later I am back here. Big change. Each car labeled both sides. All cars in the computer. Cars inventory online. I like it.
