It’s never fun needing to call a tow truck, but Zain’s made the experience as smooth and professional as one could ask for. Called on a Sunday morning and spoke with Alex (very respectful) and he arranged for Adam to be at my place within the hour. Fairly priced, and would definitely use again.

Alex was amazing!! My car was not working for days and needed a lot of tlc. I thought I was going to need it towed to take it to the shop, but he came right out and looked at my car and took care of it. I didn’t need a tow and he charged me less than half than what was quoted due to not needing the services I thought we needed. I will always call Alex and Zain’s towing anytime I have any problems with my cars. They have the best service in the Orlando area!
Alex was my tow driver. He was prompt in arrival and courtesy & professional in his manner. He got the car hooked up and on the flatbed without issue. He did a great job. I recommend these guys should you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing a tow.

I contacted this tow truck company to address the issue of illegally parked vehicles on my property. They efficiently removed all the abandoned vehicles and now regularly patrol my land to tow away any vehicles parked illegally, all at no charge. Additionally, they provided complimentary signage to help prevent future violations.
This guy was super knowledgable, communicative and friendly. He came out under a warranty roadside assistance claim and quickly checked the battery, which we had done earlier with no luck. He had another trick on the battery and was able to get the car going right away. This saved a ton of hassle, especially around the holidays. Thank you Zain’s!!
My car would not turn on and thankfully i had the pleasure of being able to meet Aaron who easily helped me with my problem even after jumping the car it would not start he then towed it to a nearby mechanic saving my day so thank you all very much would absolutely recommend this companies service

We called Zain’s towing for a towing job. We got the pleasure to meet Alex A! What a sweet and kind young man. He had such a great demeanor and a pleasant smile. He was very personable and my husband and I instantly connected with him. He said he was new at the job and we thought he was kidding because the way he handled the towing of our truck was perfect. All without a scratch on the concrete (driveway) and the way he moved our truck so effortlessly, I figured he had been doing this for years. Usually getting your car towed is not a pleasant experience but Alex A made it pleasant. He kept us informed of his ETA. I would call Zain’s towing anytime I may need them and would recommend them based on the quality of this employee, his communication on the process and his skills. Great job Alex A!
Our car broke down while at Disney and we had to return home to Georgia before diagnostics were done. Ultimately it ended up needing to be towed from the disney shop to the dealer. Alex was amazing! Super friendly and very knowledgeable about towing between the locations. He made the process super easy. We hope to not need a tow next time we're in Orlando, but if we do we will absolutely use Zain's.
From the tow truck driver to the owner and dispatch manager, all extremely personable and timely service. They made what was an awful day for me end on a comforting and peaceful note. 5 star customer service and very professional. Highly recommend the service!
These guys never answer, the drivers are the ones that answer the phone(when they finally answered after 7 calls), not only that but the manager at Zains towing is horrible, all of the brothers running this business have no idea how to provide customer service and they continued to speak in Arabic and laugh while we were asking help. Horrible company and horrible customer service
Alex was great! He kept me informed on his arrival time, and was there earlier than expected. He called me upon arrival and had me back on the road in no time. I don't have to use roadside assistance often, but when I do I am happy to know there are people out there like Alex. I highly recommended using him if you are ever in need of service!
I want to thank Adam for such professionalism and punctuality. I only wait 23minutes for him to come pick up my car and he even offered me a ride home. I recommend the company all the way. He even sent me a picture of the location they dropped off my car to assure me that everything went smooth. Great job!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟These guys are amazing and went above and beyond the call of service! I was on my way to work and my car broke down on the 408. A friend referred me to them and as soon as they learned I was broke down on major busy expressway they had sent a truck out to me immediatly. The truck was there in less than 30 min! The driver was fast and friendly. He offered to drive me to work but I already had a a ride on the way. He waited there with me until my ride picked me up to make sure I was safe. They even let you know once your car has been dropped off. The price was right too making the whole experience efficient and less stressful. Ok so my 32 foot 11,000 pound class a rv got stuck in sand trap in a storage area, they came out got me out by any means necessary. Even have planks to help and dug / wenched me out.
Months later, I bought new class a that blew a tire, they came out AGAIN and got me rolling ... this newer rv was 17,000 pounds and they still got the front tire changed with spare I had.
Just recently they referred me to a tire guy that came out and changed all my rear tires quickly and professionally they found the right size tires for me.
Zains is the only tow service I'm using... I call them first they are nice guys and work to get you taken care of. Call them now.
