Easily the most Reliable, professional, most affordable, and absolute best towing service I’ve ever worked with. They were Fast and responsive and the customer service was top-notch. Unfortunately, this is my third time towing my car, But it’s nice knowing I can give them a call at any time and get the same result every time. Tom is the absolute best person to work with and the rest of the staff is just as amazing! Highly recommend!
Great service, from the initial phone call with one of the managers and the driver who helped tell my car parentheses who happen to be his son. Both Tom and Zack are awesome And took great care of my car. You don't expect to find personable, friendly people in the towing business, but both of these men are. Really great experience..
When the oil pressure light flashed up on the dash, we knew not to mess around and call for a tow.
Tom and Chris made the experience painless. My call was answered on the first ring (even though Tom was at lunch.) I immediately had a price and arrival window. Chris called on his way and got to us on time.
Chris asked about the car's issue and instantly knew not to start the engine. He was able to walk the car out of our garage and down to the street to get hooked up. Chris was a real pro.
The cherry on top was receiving a text update from Chris when he arrived at the dealership including photos of our car in the lot.
Before calling Ocoee Towing & Recovery, I wasted 2 hours calling another nearby towing company. The other company never answered the phone (twice) and never returned the message I left.
I hope we don't need another tow, but if we do, Ocoee Towing will be first call.
I called Tom out to tow my car to the dealership for service because it wouldn't start. I had tried to jump it with no luck and was worried there was something majorly wrong. Tom came out, tried starting it, and knew right away the battery was dead. He jumped it successfully off of his truck, which saved me a trip to the dealership! He was so kind, patient, friendly, and professional. 10/10 service!
Tom was fantastic, from the initial conversation to the delivery of my truck. He is extremely reliable and his timing is very accurate compared to other providers. If you need towed, I highly suggest Ocoee Towing and Recovery.

My week started on the side of the road on Clarcona Ocoee after my alternator failed. Tom answered my call and was very kind. Provided an honest quote and time of arrival. Even the little things like telling me not to worry, they were going to help me, helped calm my panicked state. They took her right to our mechanic. Thank you, Tom. What an awesome guy. Tom was quick to respond and was able to come by the next morning to tow my car but first he offered to save us some money and try to fix the problem - which he did! He then offered to follow my husband to a local shop and help him find the necessary part. Small town wonderful service and big-time heart! Thank you Tom for saving us time & money!
Great service by Chris and Tom. They were prompt, respectful, open, and kept me updated. Chris took my vehicle to the mechanic and exceeded my expectations by relaying a message from the mechanic because I had failed to gather the necessary information myself.
Tom with Ocoee Towing & Recovery towed my classic Camaro when it stalled out on a very busy road. He came as quickly as possible and took great care when loading and unloading the car. Tom was great to work with.
They were the only towing company that picked up my call to answer. They kept me in constant communication with updates and even went out of there way to come pick my car up when they were backed up and other routes were taking longer then promised. They were timely, super efficient and very friendly. Made a young single woman feel at ease and that I wasn’t being taken advantage of. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Wives new car broke down around 7pm. Called Ocoee Towing & Recovery to get it towed to the dealer. They were super friendly, kept in touch to let us know where they were while we waited and arrived within 45 mins. They towed the car to the dealer and dropped off the keys in the overnight box. Wife was very concerned about damage to her new car (6,200 miles on it). When we picked it up -- not a scratch on it. These guys are the best!! Thank You for your great service.
So helpful and timely!! I called 4 other places, 2 didn’t pick up and 2 wanted to charge me WAY too much just to move my car from the road in front of my house into my driveway. Tom was kind, funny, and helpful and came out in a timely manner to get me all sorted! Will definitely be using them again! (The tow parking was also a better parking job than my ACTUAL parking) thanks y’all!!

Absolutely the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I've ever had. When I called to have my car towed to the shop this morning, Tom said he could be there in about an hour but was probably here in 30 minutes at most. Before he loaded the car up, he first wanted to check and see whether he could fix it to save me the towing fee! He made sure to explain exactly what the issue was so when I dealt with the shop, I had accurate information with no speculation. Incredibly friendly and outgoing, honest and hard working...do not use any other company...Ocoee Towing is the best!
Edit: second time I’ve used Ocoee Towing and it was as great as the first time. Zack arrived earlier than scheduled, loaded the car up quickly and was extremely professional. Still the best tow company in. Central Florida!
Work truck broke down in orlando had to get it back to orange park, called these guys and they were literally here in 15 min to pick up the truck and got it safely back to our shop. Thanks again highly recommended

I'm writing this review for a service I didn't use. I had car troubles yesterday, thought it could be a battery or the starter? I waited over 5hrs for AAA to come service me . I didn't want to put all my eggs in 1 basket in case I needed a tow. I would of waited probably another few hrs for that! I called them and spoke to a gentleman named Tom. He was upfront and honest his trucks were on jobs. He went to the point of giving me his competition #'s. They stand by there word, under an hr for service. After further discussion with Tom, he explained other nightmares with AAA. He informed me that they would reimburse me on the charges which were reasonable. AAA didn't disclose that! I told him if it's not the battery I would set up a time the next day for a tow. The battery was the issue. The point I'm trying to make is they're family owned businesses who have been around for decades still going strong in there field. 1st impression was key with Tom. Professionalism, honesty & manner how he handled my call when I was frustrated. Above & beyond my expectations. I have them in my contacts now to refer them when needed. Thanks again 10+ stars if I could give it.
When I called Ocoee Towing late on a Friday afternoon Tom immediately answered & assured me they would get my truck towed that evening or 1st thing in the morning (I was not in an emergency situation). A member of his staff, Will, reached out early in the evening & kept in contact with me until he picked it up. He was friendly & professional & driving a very high end tow truck & I felt confident my vehicle was in safe hands. The entire encounter was extremely positive & I highly recommend Ocoee Towing!
I highly recommend Ocoee Towing & Recovery. When we needed an emergency tow last night, we called and within a short time, Tom and Zach showed up to our location. They put our car on a dolly and took it to the dealership for repairs. Tom and Zach were very professional and took very good care of us and our car! Outstanding experience!

Great family owned company! I was in need of a tow truck on the turnpike. I dealt with Tom who was great at communicating when he would arrive and even let me know exactly where he was coming from. Tom was very personable and easy to talk during the ride to the mechanic shop. Would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
Very prompt in their response time - though I may have just been lucky with my timing. They were at my location within 45-minutes. My car is quite low, so I had my concerns with getting it up onto the flatbed without peeling the lip on my front bumper, however Tom was more than capable of executing both mounting the vehicle without scraping, and dismounting without scraping. Tom worked with me to get my car safely inside my garage as quickly as possible. I would rather not have to call them again for obvious reasons, but would not hesitate in the slightest if I ever needed a tow. If you drive a sports car and heaven forbid need to be towed - call for Tom. Thank you sincerely!
Great experience! Tom was very nice and cooperative with my situation! Had to reschedule last minute and he worked with me the whole time doing his best to make sure we got my car where it needed to be! Towed my vehicle an hour and a half from where he picked it up, without complaint! Very professional, would def recommend!
My tire blew out last night while it was raining and the first couple tow companies I called didn’t answer. Ocoee towing and recovery not only picked up right away but had great customer service and was able to rescue myself and my truck within 20 minutes. Thanks Tom and ocoee recovery!
