OMG THIS GUY IS AWESOME SAUCE!!!!!!!!!!!! he helped me out not once not twice but three times twice in one day. Was at the convention center when my car wouldn’t start. I found Mario via a google search and was super happy with his service. I’m in automotive retail and hear all sorts of horror stories. Not Mario. Super fast, professionaland patient even with my poor directions to find my car. If you need a tow I recommend Mario!!

I highly recommend Road Runner Towing and Recovery. My motorcycle broke down on the turnpike and they got to me very quickly and with a fair price. The driver, Will, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took very good care of my bike and was very careful loading and strapping it down. He checked and double checked everything and handled my bike with care and concern. Although I hope I don’t break down again, but if I do I am calling Road Runner towing and requesting Will!
It's never a good day when you need a tow but Road Runners had a truck on site in 30 minutes as promised. Driver was very courteous and good humored. Highly recommend.

I got stuck on Highway 429. I had to call for towing assistance and couldn’t be more happy with the service I received! After calling four different towing shops, the price was the best in town and the service was incredible. Even keeping me informed with updates on my vehicle! Highly recommend!
My boyfriend had an issue with his car and we needed towed to the body shop. Ghost was very fast getting to us, very easily got the car to the shop and was also very funny! Most definitely will be using and recommending this company for the future. Thank you!
Really bad experience with this company, suposed they are listed accepting Triple AAA and when they show up they dont said nothing to us because we believe that thru the online request is going to show we request towing thru triple AAA., he dont ask id, registration, names,nothing but after he lifted the car to the platform he ask how we are going to pay...we reply we call you thru our triple AAA service,he inmediately respond he dont take triple AAA and is going to be $450. for towing my car to my home ,was about 10 pm and was from orlando to winter haven that is like 48 miles. We respond we cant pay that because we request thru premiun triple AAA that cover the service completly and if he dont take triple AAA why they respond to the service call ?
Now to put down our car from the platform we need to pay too...why.???.he just need to put it down..that was a scam for us..now $50 for what??..they know was a call for a triple AAA service ,why they dont ask first before lift the car ? They dont ask ID,Name,nothing,because online show everything including was a triple AAA member..No matter we request an explanation we end paying just for him to put my car down. Really very bad impression of this company,they dont ask nothing before lift the car and they do that because for you to feel obligated to pay them because now the car is on their possesion.REALLY A SCAM IS AN EXAMPLE OF SOME TOWING COMPANIES THAT TAKE ADVANCE OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS FROM PEOPLE. NOT RECOMMENDED.
They really came in clutch and helped me big time on a pinch. 2 blown tires, messed up rims and busted wheel well. Told them to take it home for me as I was on holiday for a convention. Defenitely go to them for your towing needs they are super fast and extremely helpful, just fantastic service overall! Super happy despite the circumstamces haha. Will be recommending and saving the contact to my phone in case I need them again in the future.
Our tow truck driver showed up in the estimated time, worked efficiently to get us off the highway and delivered the boat and trailer in a timely manner! Very courteous and professional!

Great guy, humble, and extremely helpful! Despite the challenges, Road Runner wanted to assist me and get the job done so I could get my non-running car home. Even though my car was extremely lowered, that was no issue for him. I called a few other ‘24-hour towing companies’ prior to contacting Road Runner, but got no answer. However, this company answered immediately and arrived in just 30 minutes. I highly recommend their services. I’ll definitely keep their business card for future needs. Thank you!
E2857E license plate on RED tow truck. Truck driver was rude and disrespectful on the road , sitting at a red light and truck driver beeped horn, driver went around and cut me off almost hitting the front bumper, i called and complained but don’t know if situation was handled
GREAT service from Road Runners Towing, especially flatbed driver, Will!! We had a 2016 Polaris slingshot that we waited 7 hours for AAA to never come and tow us. I called Road Runners and Will was there in 20 minutes. The Slingshot was a little tricky to load on the wrecker but he made sure it was done right. So so thankful for great service from the owner to driver. DEFINITELY recommend!!!!!
driver William Owens came to pick up my 2006 bmw 330i Friday night may 7th 2021. when the driver when to hook up my car he hooked up underneath and took it to the asked location after in hooking my car I realized he hooked the cable to my tietod and he has destroyed it and also split the inside wall to my tire. when I tried to contact the company I have got no answer or reply. when I called the driver he promptly hung up on me when I tried to send him picture he had blocked me. this is an A1 service if u want them to damage your car. Photos of bent tietod anf also how jacked my steering is now.
