$125 on the phone for a driveshaft. $175 at checkout. Met with attitude when I called them out on it. Left with my driveshaft for $125 only because LKQ dents every drive shaft with their forklifts. Their "map" of the yard is wildly inaccurate. Yard is full of mosquitos and weeds. At least I got my driveshaft.
Don’t waste your time or gas. Nasty chick at register and the young kid in the back is rude as hell. Over the phone it’s one price when you arrive they want more money.
Absolute waste of time and terrible management. Called ahead to make sure parts were available, drive 2 hours to pick them up and didn’t have the parts. They then tried to cover up by acting like a completely different part was what I asked for not even for the same make or model.
ABC, Auto Salvage is a Super Clean and a very well organized facility with great knowledge about their products and services. Today, Office Staff, Ms. Shila and their Mechanic Mr. Berto provided me with an extremely, very pleasant customer experience. I'll be sure to tell all my family , friends and businesses when in need to call ABC Auto Salvage first...!!
Terrible!!! Drove over an hour to get needed parts, and even called before we left to confirm they had the vehicle, which we were told they had 3 to pick from, and their website said the same ...yet, when we got there ,service was absolutely terrible, and after asking where the vehicles were and walki g around for over an hour...the rude lady behind the counter finally told us "oh, well we haven't had one of those since 2019"... would never send someone there, nor will I ever go back
The are full of tricks 1you need to know that there is No cash return only credit and then on top of the credit that they give you they charge you a fee for returning the item even if they gave you the wrong item if you can at all go to another junkyard that may be your best bet but remember you will not get a cash back no matter how much money you paid. And then they will try to swindle you out of most of your credit in fees
Fare prices kinda hard to get the vehicles barely can open the doors, being so close together.
I would give higher ratings, but there is a gentleman that is very rude behind the counter and this second time being there and both times he was extremely rude.... For the young lady working next to him I feel very sorry her.
Worst experience ever. The person answering the phone straight-up lied to me. He told me they had three cars like mine. I drove 3 hours to find out they had zero cars like mine. I do not recommend this business to anyone who is serious about working on their cars. Also they tried to charge me $5 for two tiny brass clips that cost $1 from the Mercedes dealer. These people are out of their mind they're from another time. Totally weird don't go there.
Excellent customer service they allowed us to stay after closing hours to pull our part. Very reasonable pricing great guys... employees were fantastic!
Called to find out how much a part would cost, there was a woman on the phone she told us $100 for the part and $50 for them to pull it for us. We got there they said 176. We drove an hour to pay more than we thought ? No , thats not right. You should honor what was told to us in the first place. We weren't expecting to pay that. And we ended up waiting a little over an hour for the whole thing to be done. I'm glad we got the part but not happy about spending more than what was told to us in the beginning
Not good at all. They charge you the parts like is new. They tell you one price and when you go is a different price. They don't have no customer service at all.
I was along way from home my car battery died an I ended up broke down litterally on there door step they helped me charge it back up and I went on merry way for about 5 miles then broke down at a very busy intersection I think E. Colionial an something Parkway I know I spelled that wrong but it's been a rough day . I just want to say everybody else that day was just nasty people Wawa would not let me chanrge my battery inside or out I can understand the inside yes but to have locks on the outside outlets an your open 24 hrs with free WiFi an seating outside come on cheap bastards our Wawa actually( n.s.b.;) has front an back entrances an outlets that aren't locked . Why can't more people help each other out instead of it being all about the money or just not wanting to be bothered or you think your better than someone else . I had a kid just as the tow truck was pulling he said him an his brother were stranded there an needed some gas to get home to Tampa an there credit card wasn't working they were in there early 20's everyone else turned him away he came over to me an was almost in tears said he didn't know what to do it was after midnight I never even hesitated because all I thought about was if that was my son or daughter I would want someone to do the same . Anyway guys I didn't make it far I ended up calling triple A an having it towed home it's the alternater but even what little bit of help you guys gave me cas it wasn't much to ask I just want to thank you again .
Never, ever, ever use this place. This place is the worst. I wouldn't trust them to take out my trash. I called to see if they had a part. Gave the guy on the phone the year, model &, exact part I needed. He told me that they had it. I asked if he was sure, he said, 'Yes." I drove 1 & 1/2 hour there, just for them to tell me they did not have the part. No apology, no sorry for lying, he did not even pretend to care that he lied to me. Terrible service.
Very helpful, accommodating, and excellent prices and service. You would never think that you could love an auto salvage operation, but these folks are awesome.
I bought a engine from them and they said it ran I paid 450.00 to them for this engine and it was a bad engine I called them and they said bring it back they have my engine and my money they said they would get me a engine it's been three weeks now and still no money or engine the guy wouldn't give me my money back they said it their policy In reported them to the BBB the guy wouldn't even speak to my wife they hate veterans and women I'm a disabled veteran on a budget this is hurting me bad I have cancer can't even get to my appointments I have to take the bus now Don't Buy anything from these people they are rip offs
Bought a engine and tranmsion, the tranny was blown. They said they would call me when they found another one when I just wanted my money back. Waited a week and a half no phone call. So finally someone says " we can give you your money back for the tranny but we take 25% back for taking it out" no problem. So then hauanz or the person who runs it said "no we don't do that here if I didn't say it it's not true". So they pull out another transmission with no clue how many miles are on it and thats kinda a deal breaker when you're buying auto parts like that. DONT GO THERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE OR PARTS.
Answers the phone and I say "hi I need a rear hatch...." and lady interrupts me with "yeah baby!" I was like sorry ? What? I need 2010.. she says "we don't have any of those. That's the end of the call I guess.
Was looking for a crv 2002 parts, told there was one, when i arrived they told me.that is there in the back spend and hour looking for it, told the guy thats was back there to tell.me.where is it, only ignore didnt want to go with and show.
We only paid a fraction of the price than the Audi dealer was asking for the same part. It's incredible how expensive the car dealers are compared to used auto parts shops. This place, ABC, saved me hundreds just on one part.
Very much fast, skillful and outstanding service!!. They have many employee to help customers as an assistance. To search any parts of your car employees should behave much more a friend. Price and quality of their service products is also fair. Really nice people and recommend to anyone.
We stopped by to checkout the cool airplane in the parking lot, (it has no wings!), and ended up finding a bunch of parts I needed for my Altima and the people behind the counter at ABC were helpful, knowledgeable & patient with my questions. Thank you for being kind to me and my daughter.

This business is very rude and like to try to rip people off. I had ordered a part their to be pulled. I payed them $400 dollars for the part that was supposed to be pulled the next day. Them people drag me for about two weeks with my money i had to call the police out there and threaten them about calling channel 9 out there this business is unprofessional and very rude.
I'Im a retired 1ST sgt 23years in the us army. Ive never been treated so bad in my life..the owner was very rude. He was trying to charge me 80$ for something that I got there last week, for 30$ in the same place. When I told him he began Comenting negative things about latin people.... What im trying to inform everyone is that the new owner is trying to rip his customers off and is plain. Rude. Before the ownership was kind and helpful, but now i wouldnt even go back there for nuts or bolts!
I came here to get a steering wheel as a prop and was greeted by the owner who was very friendly. The staff was extremely helpful in finding the perfect part and was generous in price. I definitely recommend this used auto parts place for your auto needs!
Lady at counter and internet search of their inventory stated they had the part I needed. Cash only. After walking the lot 3 times asked the mechanics who were sitting in the garage, just talking. They pointed 'over there' and I had to search again. Finally I convinced one person to show me where this vehicle was and he walked me to a whole different make and model! Finally I had to have my husband come to the shop and they treated him differently and actually went to look for the 'veh' that was there. Turned out the computer is never updated and the veh was not even there anymore. Wasted almost an hour not to mention having to go to the ATM just to get cash!
