They are one of the worst companies that I know. They towed my car, and I understand that is their job, but they damage very bad my new car and they don’t care. When I complain about it, they start arguing in step to try to help me. I think they should check the back ground of the people who work there. They are very rude, and I don’t think they even do it legal. I will proceed legally

Absolutely the worst experience they called cops on me an my partner because they have stray and mangy cats all around the front the hiss and will paw at you with their claws and we were trying to defend our dog (who might I add was raised around cats and is a trained support animal) from the cats. That owner claim the cats are his and he cares for them but he throws food out for them and yet they all look like skeletons. They threatened to use out information on the license to “find” us. These people are deranged and unprofessional. The office manager was rude the office was dingy and it was all around bad service
Honestly could not have asked for a better company they helped me out with everything very profesional Christian was my driver and he was awsome and carl helped me get my paperwork in order pick up was swift and smooth drop off was too no hoops to jump thru no tricks or catches will use them again thank you especially Carl and Christian
Our insurance refused to go to another tow truck company (which is ridiculous). Towlando said they'd have someone here in one and a half to two hours, which is already ridiculous, but I call after it's been two and a half hours and no one's here and they say a truck JUST left for us and is half an hour away. My roommate and I are both disabled and I'm very sick right now, and even if we were perfectly fine there is ZERO excuse for this. Allegedly they only have 5 truck drivers, several of which are very far away and I find it really concerning that a major insurance company refused to use anyone else when they only have 5 trucks. The customer service seemed very nice, and I know it's not their fault, but the company itself if hot garbage and this is unacceptable. 3 hours for a tow truck in a suburban part of Orlando is insane.
My insurance company sent them for my roadside assistance request. They actually showed up in a timely fashion at the time they said they would. He did exactly what I needed and also solved another problem that I was having with my vehicle. Took him maybe 20 minutes! Fast, efficient, and helpful!
Horrible horrible. I was on vacation with my family and Towlando towed my car from a resort and told me to google the address to pick up my vehicle. Little did I know, I arrived to the location and the owner said my car wasn't there. The other location said permanently closed so I was certain this was the location. Unbeknownst, we attempted to retrieve our vehicle by looking around the location assuming the owner wasn't being forthcoming with us after not giving us the correct address and telling us to Google it. The owner pulled his fire arm on us and threatened to shoot us if we didn't leave his facility. We never threatened him just wanted to pay and retrieve out vehicle. I will never recommend this company. He is a bully and used his authority to his benefit.
This is my first experience with Towlando Towing, and it was very positive.
I called the office and requested a proposal to tow our 26’, 10,000 pound box truck to a repair facility for a major brake issue. The driver showed up well in advance of the 2 hour time estimate, was professional in his work, and engaging in his personality.
Communication between the dispatcher, driver, and myself was exemplary. Pricing was in-line with expectations, and matched the rough number provided by the dispatcher prior to contracting with them. Payment was effortless via a link sent to my phone, as well.
I recommend Towlando Towing highly, and in the unfortunate circumstances that I require services like this in the future, I will absolutely turn to them for action.
My car broke down call my insurance and Towlanding show up. The driver Chritian call and keep us on the loop and also when he got there he was very professional and respectful. In my experience was a good one. We need it a ride and he help us as well. Thank you for the service
This company sucks. Jose the driver was awesome fast and very helpful. Company called us 4 times saying the driver will be there 1st time in 2hrs no problem. 2hrs went by and still no tow truck call to get an update the company said oh the driver won't be there for another 2-3 hrs ok. Still waiting. Called them and then they said the driver drove passed out area in Davenport to go to another job in Winter Haven. Getting automated texts THAT'S BASED ON GPS! SAYING 15-30mins next 30mins goes by another 2hrs. So 6hrs waiting for a tow truck when I made it at the dealership at 830a!! Unacceptable!!!!! UN HAPPY CUSTOMER AND DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!!! I paid extra for the tire package for convenience not for inconvenience.

Not only that, she thread me so many times with I WILL CANCEL YOUR SERVICE if you continue calling asking me for the ETA. Is disgusting is not any other word for the way they talk and disrespect Alfa Romeo Customers. I waited hours and hours for them to show up!
And she have the nerve to told me that if I call again to ask the ETA time, I will have to call somebody else ..... So another 5 hours!

I went on vacation to Orlando and stopped to get Taco Bell, but there was a big line and we went to the next door restaurant when i came back after 30 minutes my car was on a tow hook.I asked the guy what happened he said you parked here and went to the other restaurant and i told him there's is plenty of parking but i am sorry made a mistake and we came back in 30 mins.
then he said he needs a cash of $130 CASH ONLY NO CREDIT CARD to release and it has to be exact amount. I understand we made a mistake but CASH ONLY is very shady and no receipt and they are very unprofessional and disrespectful to people. Their goal is to scam as much money as possible of those who chose to vacation in Florida.
was super frustrated trying to get my car out of the yard on a tough day, but Chyna and the Towlando Moving team really saved me. They were so friendly and professional, making the whole process way less stressful. Chyna ,an employee working there went out of her way to help, keeping me calm and handling everything smoothly. If you need movers who actually care and get the job done right, definitely call Towlando. Highly recommend!
Towlando has a contract with one or more neighborhood vacation rental property subdivisions. These neighborhoods do NOT have prominently displayed warnings against parking on the street. They invite Towlando to patrol the properties and seize any vehicles they seem to be in violation of unadvertised parking restrictions. Towlando then charges exorbitant fees (cash only!) to recover your vehicle. The fee they quote you on the phone also does NOT match the fee they charge when you show up. Again, since they require cash payment (exact amount, no change), you risk showing up to recover your vehicle only to find that the ransom has gone up and you don't have enough cash on hand. If the goal is to enforce parking, knock on the door and inform the visitors of the policy. But if the goal is to scam as much money as possible of those who chose to vacation in Florida, then . . . you get TOWLANDO.
Perhaps you need a tow company under other circumstances than those I just alluded to. Still, I strongly discourage you from using a company with such shady practices. The risk is too high. For what it's worth, the cashier we dealt with was pleasant enough. But that is scant comfort when you are being robbed so egregiously.
I was just in a gated neighborhood near 192 dropping off for DoorDash. No lie, 20 seconds to the door and back and one of their trucks was backing up behind my car to tow me. I was watching him in between our cars incredulously like is this actually real. A woman across the street looking sincerely afraid of this process said they go after people like us.
If I could give ZERO I would, Towed my rental vehicle for being parked in front of a rental house in a gated community that I was visiting and not staying at. No Street Parking signs , They towed the Van with the doors open. My husband follow the truck to the place and they all ran out to try to fight him. They would not release the vehicle without notification from Hertz, because it’s a rental. Then when Hertz called them they would not pick up the phone , the lady had to call 4 times, when they were open, the tow company wants a notarized document that they know will take several days so they can continue to collect storage fees. Complete rip off and they know how to make the process of getting a car back hard so they can continue to collect storage fees, which is free money for them. You should be proud of yourself for preying on people visiting Florida.
I refuse to believe the person respondingg to the reviews on behalf of hoelando isnt a just rebellious teenager. The most unprofessional business I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Good luck if they somehow target your car for a legal or illegal tow (they tried yanking my buddies car out of the literal driveway but we caught the tow guy in time and he let it back down, obviously because he knew it was illegal) but if you do get towed keep in mind their prices fluctuate. And because of that it’s cash only and exact change obviously so they don’t have a paper trail so they can hide their very shady business model. It’s actually so shady I’m certain it won’t be long before someone in this organization gets towed to prison. Stay as far away from them as you possibly can guys I never write reviews but these people are SO AWFUL
Such a DISRESPECTFUL company. After 2 hours waiting for the appointed driver and leaving a message asking for his ETA, road assistance contacted me and informed they said I CANCELLED THE SERVICE. LIARS! As it’s the 4th of July holiday… I am sure the driver had other plans. JUST CHECK THE OTHER REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY-TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! If possible I would rate them 0 stars!
Very unorganized business. This organization is the scum of the earth.
I gave them the required one-hour notice to pick up my towed car, but they didn’t have it ready until three hours later. They charge $167 in cash to release your car and won’t give you change if you don’t have the exact amount. The entire operation feels like it shouldn’t even be legal.
This tow company sucks, put a lien on my car after i paid to have my car released it’s been a month and they still haven’t signed the title back over, no one has contacted to back.. cant get a hold of there manger Anthony I have left at least 20 messages. Please don’t call them to tow your car I would hate for this to happen to you. Poor customer service, they don’t care about the situation at all and have done nothing to fix the situation at All.
Omari and Micheal were true professionals. They did what others couldn’t or wouldn’t do in record time. Omari assessed the situation immediately called Micheal and moved my storage container in a tricky place in under 30mins. Instilling confidence and also saving face, time and money. Those guys are great and will be using them and recommending them for any future needs. Thank you fellas!
The Electricity Concierge
Absolutely the worst experience - unfortunately the police called this company to show up on scene to clean up & haul equipment after a traumatizing accident. These people showed up on scene - the workers were very disrespectful & unprofessional. Took HOURS to figure out how to even move the equipment around & rack up a bill.
We are just one party that was involved in the accident & this company demanded we pay the FULL invoice for both parties involved our they would hold our vehicle & equipment at there yard in Bell, FL. We are in Polk County Fl.
I called the office to ask about invoicing & this is how things were explained to me that the whole invoice for both parties needed to be paid up front in CASH mind you. Or they would hold our (1 vehicle) hostage. Granted we are paying the whole invoice for both parties while they hold the other vehicle technically we are paying for as well. The manager made no efforts to consider the amount of money they were demanding up front & totally taking advantage of a situation.

Every dog has his day. Dirty business. Go in house to pick up daughter and they hook my car. Nothing right about that. That's predatory. Spoke to someone who claimed to be owner, just rude! Yep yall got the upper hand on this one. Made your little $250. Doesn't make it right though. Only taking cash and no receipt also.... Dirt dirty dirty!
Most UNPROFESSIONAL company!! They towed my vehicle in the middle of the night between 2am-6am and when asked to provide PROOF that the BACK tire was in the grass, I was told that it was for their files ONLY. This has caused a delay in our morning going to Disney World. They were not willing to work with me to get the vehicle back and the manager John (IF that's his name) was no help either! It's sad people can't enjoy their vacation. It would've taken nothing to knock on the door and say your back tire is in the grass. Kindness goes a long way and this was not it!!!! This company DEFINITELY needs to be investigated for illegally towing vehicles!!!
We had a great experience!! The driveshaft on our RV broke on the interstate at 8:30pm on a Sunday night. We called at least 6 places prior to Towlando whom either couldn't or just wouldn't help out. The office got the vehicle info, said we got you & had a driver, Robert, on the road to us within 10 minutes. Hookup was quick & the RV was brought home, 40 miles away, in no time. Cannot stress the professionalism & willingness to help from everyone involved.
The dispatcher was kind and courteous. The lot was easy to find. The release was prompt and the tow truck driver was polite. No one enjoys their cars being towed but this company and business is part of a necessary service and they do an excellent job.
Damaged my rims/tire also broke my panel underneath my car so I had to put zip ties since they don’t know how to tow properly. This place is a 1 and done kinda shop they get you once you’ll never get got again lol. Just pay the 135 and fight the state for improper tow. As for the damages not sure what to do lol..
My experience with this towing company It was a complete nightmare. They not only towed our car and refused to return it but also put us in a frightening situation with their employee carrying a gun and exhibiting aggressive behavior. We have to involve the police Their lack of customer service skills is shocking, and it's as if they intentionally mistreat customers. Moreover, they towed our car from a location without any signage, making it even more unfair. It's high time this company invests in comprehensive employee training, focusing on both customer service and ETHICAL conduct. Avoid them at all costs.
I have a project car that needs roadside constantly. This was the best services I have ever received. Both Luis and Jeff were super professional and made it the BEST service I have ever received. When they arrived they realized the equipment they had was not what I needed and brought out another truck. I will 100% recommend them to anyone I meet moving forward.
