Called ahead of time and used their website to verify they had inventory for the part I needed. Got a fairly new starter for a ridiculously reasonable price and they bench tested it before I left. Very happy with the service. they were able to accommodate my needs.
This is a garbage junk yard not a self serve junk yard and they are falsely advertising cars they have no intention of selling parts off of. The rude Spanish guy with glasses who works at the front told me he won’t sell me a plastic trim piece on a trunk lid lol. Over ten years I’ve been going to multiple junk yards and besides airbags and catalytic converters I’ve never had a problem with buying parts off a car.
They got most parts. Much more than the other. Good prices good service. Thanks
They are irresponsible. I bought a transmission last year. They charged me more than 2,000 dollars. I returned the transmission and they didn't want to return the money. They told me to call the bank. I made a claim but now they rejected the claim. They don't want to refund the money. They are. cheaters thieves
Do not EVER go there! Worst salvage yard EVER! You can literally injure yourself badly! Cars are not spaced out, so tight that you have climb over other cars to get your part!
“My experience at this retail establishment was extremely disappointing. I purchased a compressor that turned out to be non-functional despite the company’s assurance that it worked. When I went to return it, the Manager I encountered was incredibly rude. As I handed him the receipt and the heavy item, he asked, ‘CAN YOU TALK?’ That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable towards a customer. I explained the issue with the compressor and requested a refund, but he insisted on an exchange for another one. Reluctantly, I agreed. The next day, when I called to check on the status of the exchange, they informed me that they couldn’t find a working item and would issue a refund instead. This entire experience was marked by poor customer service, and I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. It is evident that they have serious issues with their products and customer support. I felt disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to avoid similar experiences for others in the future.”

DONT COME HERE BAD SERVICE PAID 700$ for used damaged headlights I came here to look for right side bmw headlights for my 2008 3 series and they had it in stock before I purchased it I asked them to show me it works and they said just return it if it doesn’t work, I also told them if it does not work I want cash refund and they said they’re fine with that so I purchased the headlights got them installed and it doesn’t work went to bmw dealership for diagnostic on the headlights and bmw told me it had water damage so can’t be repaired So I went back to junkyard to return headlights for my money and they told me No cash refund and that I was the one who damaged the headlights when I installed it
******** Excellent service! Fair and helpful. Refunded my money due to a misunderstanding on my part, as a female it's easy to be taken advantage of at a junkyard as well as other places. What I purchased was not what I needed. They could have easily kept my money. They where true to their word to me and refunded my CASH back! I highly recommend them and having an older car that's always in some type of disrepair,They are my go spot now. Many salvage yards in this area but this highly exceeds the others. Thank you guys! I have been here twice now. I needed to change my sunroof on my PT Cruiser (back in January 2023), but couldn't find the one I needed. One of the guys came and looked at the sunroof and told me it wasn't the factory one. Thank God for him. I found the one I needed in a Buick LeSabre there. I also got a steering knuckle assembly here (June 2022). I haven't had any problems with any one of them.

I purchased a bumper and airbag. With this purchase came fair prices, service was quick in person and over the phone. Didnt try to nickel and dime me for every tiny piece with my part, gave me the paperwork on my part needed for repairing my salvage title car without asking. Will definitely be back

Luis and the gang are awesome. Needed a fender for my truck. Called and checked availability and they had it. Made a deposit to hold it and drove down the next day to pick it up. Luis had it waiting for me when I got there. Would definitely buy from again.
Terrible service, called four times and emailed once to purchase a door. First time they said they would call back after checking the condition and never did. Second day I called back and they said computers were down. Called later just to be transferred and never answered my call. Called back and was asked for my email to send me a credit card authorization form which I never received and yes I verified they had the right email. Finally I filled out their email request form for a part and no response. How can you run a profitable business this way? Pathetic

I called them and they said they had the engine there. I waited only 15 minutes to get loaded and off I went and had it installed. The engine runs and sounds good. It's junk yard not a 5 star hotel and the people there have always been nice. I am going today to pick up a powering steering pump for another car and they gentleman I talk to was nice again.. Maybe the people who are writing bad reviews have a bad attitude when they call and get treated like crap. Go in with a good attitude and maybe you will have a better experience. Just saying....
The service there suck in my opinion not courteous, not friendly at all every time I go in there it seem like the lady at the front counter always seems to have a attitude or maybe she just don't like me and the prices is outrageous! I will never spend another dollar of my money there now that I have found...Gator mowers they have great customer service.
Complete waste of time! People answering the phone are not helpful. I am in desperate need of a hard to find part. After an online search A To Z Auto Parts showed they had the part I needed and listed it as damage free "000". As I live 2 hours away I called ahead of time to make sure the part was as listed. The person answering the phone said they would check the condition and call back in 20-30 minutes. I called back a couple of times and could NOT get anyone to help me or look at the part condition. Being desperate for the part I gave up and drove 2 hours to find the panel I needed was smashed in a car accident... I am furious; complete waste of time and money. Absolutely no customer service and the guy behind the desk just shrugged his shoulders when I said the part was damaged!!! Ridiculous As a side not the yard is not safe. I know it is a pick it yourself yard but the cars are so close to each other there are almost no walk isles so finding your way out becomes a maze. And for an added thrill while you struggle to find your way out you walk past cars stacked on top of other cars which look like they could topple any second. I have no idea why OSHA has not shut them down.
Came here looking for some parts for a Lexus. Asked the guy at the desk how much some parts would be and I can see the reflection on his glasses that he’s on eBay looking at what parts go for and gave me a price based on that and I also have to go and pull the parts myself smh. Not a good business practice!
Customer Service at this place is horrible. I explained to Vic, the tech, what I was looking for, how I was referred to him, and where I would be coming from. He gave me a price, and we agreed upon it. He told me to call him when I was on my way and he would have the part pulled, so I wouldn't have to wait. So I did. I called him when I left my work, I told him that I was on my way. He told me that he was closing at 5. I pulled up 4:55, only to find a car and a truck, pulling OUT of the small driveway. I drove nearly an hour, to get there. I have 4 kids, and this is the only way I could afford to have my car fixed, on my limited budget. Now I'm forced to to pay more for the part I need - furthering hurting myself financially - to make the car work, so I can keep working. All because this man couldn't wait 5 more minutes. If you have another option - Take it. Don't give your money to people who enjoy messing around with you.
LIES LIES LIES!! avoid dealing with Johnny Mendez (Jon) at all cost!! Places like this give salvage yards and the auto repair places bad reputations. Will not honor their own 30 day warranty, will not exchange parts for a good part after they sell you a bad part. Owner will not do anything to help, having to take to small claims court to get money back. Don’t waste your time or fall for their tricks. Will leave you on hold and dodge your phone callS/ email for days. Shop somewhere else!!!
This auto part have a lot problem to return your money when the part don't work correctly. Johnny Mendez and the owner don't like return money back or part. I paid $3,000.00 dollars for a engine it's don't work and returned it to A to Z, Finally after 9 months collect my money for a civil court
Worst customer service. They had me go to location to have me pay for a taillight. They told me it would arrive the next day. After three calls trying to locate my part, they told me it was damaged and asked me to return to location for refund. They expect me to waste my time for something that should have been resolved instantly. I will never deal with this company again. They have no consideration for other people's time or money.
Don't waste your time! After calling and confirming they had a part I needed, I drove over an hour to pick it up only to find out "they couldn't find it".
I called numerous times And only words they say is Can you hold And go straight to out in hold After more and more calls you feel like a slap in youre face!! Thats a great way of first impression to customers!
Absolutely horrible, they had a fender posted online, showing it was In perfect condition. When I get to the yard, they tell me the car is not even there, it's in impound. Nice enough the guy tells me to wait, so he can get a picture for me. Turns out the fender was not in perfect shape, it was completely damaged. What a waste of time. I will never return
As a car care professional, time is money for me. After calling and being told the part I needed was on the self I sent my assistant to pick it up. He waited there for 90 minutes before they told him "sorry it's broke" . Unacceptable!!! Besides that, this place is pure 3rd world low rent ghetto, travel there at your own risk!!!
If you are looking to replace an engine or transmission this is the worst place to purchase it . Recently I purchased an engine for six hundred and fifty dollars here. I was told that it had a hundred and nineteen thousand miles on it. The engine looked fairly clean but it was a high priced piece of junk. A couple weeks after installation the engine failed. My son immediately went to the internet looking for a solution to our problem . Somehow he managed to research the VIN number of the car the engine came from. the engine had two hundred and eighty eight thousand miles at last check. The VIN number is on the receipt if you purchase an engine ask them to write the mileage on the receipt this will be your only recourse is to catch them in a lie
Purchased a rear door window on yesterday. A to Z had great customer service and prices.
customer service is terrible. guy on the phone could care less about the customers or wether you buy the part from them or not.. Tell you they have the parts but take days to "pull them" then the part was broken or was not even there in the first place. This yard is a joke go anywhere but here..
