Everything was completed professionally and very fast. From the time of my phone call to having my car towed and having a check in my hand was less than 8 hours. The tow truck driver was also very courteous. My experience was a good one and I recommend this company highly.

They got the job done. I got paid a fair price as well and they came to my house to pick it up. The sales agent I spoke with initially “Mohammad“ was pretty rude to me. Was very flippant when I couldn’t understand what he had said once in a while due to our nationality differences. I could tell his patience was gone when the call started, but he was condescending and disrespectful towards the end of the phone call. Overall, he was the only person I interacted with that wasn’t extremely nice. Everyone else was helpful and polite. I got paid and I’m happy overall. But I do think they need to quality control their sales agents somewhat.

I Sold my vehicle to Coparts. I was assisted by a representative Maria. She hand held the deal from start to finish. She was highly professional and made herself available to finalize the deal. If any issues arose within the transaction, Maria was there to resolve. I would have backed out of the deal several times if she was not there to handle miscommunications or lack of knowledge from her other colleagues. Jason was knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. I would do business with him anytime. Only issue was with the tow truck pickup but that was a truck issue and someone else was sent out right away not anything to do with the business.
