They got the job done. I got paid a fair price as well and they came to my house to pick it up. The sales agent I spoke with initially “Mohammad“ was pretty rude to me. Was very flippant when I couldn’t understand what he had said once in a while due to our nationality differences. I could tell his patience was gone when the call started, but he was condescending and disrespectful towards the end of the phone call. Overall, he was the only person I interacted with that wasn’t extremely nice. Everyone else was helpful and polite. I got paid and I’m happy overall. But I do think they need to quality control their sales agents somewhat.
