Called for a transmission, lady was such a sweetheart!! Even went down on the price and stayed until I made it after a hour and a half drive I literally pulled in at there closing time, and transmission was pulled and ready to go.. such a great experience will DEFINITELY be referring friends and will be my go to in the future. Such a great experience here! saw a posting on Facebook, Came in when I was available, was able to look at the vehicle and they grabbed the parts for me! Paid a super fair price and the staff was extremely friendly!
Took two weeks to get part asked for a refund and said they only do store credit. Phone went to voicemail all the time so now I tell everyone I know about their customers service that very bad.
I needed a shark fin cover for my antenna. They found one and installed it, which was more complicated than you'd think. They stayed after closing to do it as well. I was very pleased with their service and how nice and accommodating they were. (Jose and Sandy) I will definitely recommend Big Mike's to others!
My experience at Big Mike’s Auto Salvage was fantastic. The office manager Nicky made it a point to confirm that the 2014 Ford Focus SE and the specific parts that I was looking for was on the yard. Big Mike personally walked me to the vehicle to inspect the parts that I need before they were removed. He even offered to have one of his crew to assist with removing and installing the parts that I needed. The customer service and friendly demeanor from everyone at Big Mike’s is phenomenal and I would recommend everyone to visit them if you need parts for your vehicle.
They placed an ad on Facebook for hond fit parts I got everything I needed from the fuse puller to the tailpipe finisher and much more Nikki and her husband gave great service and prices for all the odds and ends I needed I would definitely recommend them for you auto parts needs!
Called Mike's easy access several motors and parts mechanic on site so parts are removed at request no pick and pull so they have full inventory of their stock warranty and good service lots of jokes! And overall good experience

Can't say enough good things about this establishment! Very professional but treat you like family at the same time. They have been incredibly helpful and patient in getting me the parts I've needed on multiple occasions and even referring me to a reliable shop to have them installed the same day. Great people that know what they're doing and how to treat their customers. Highly recommended!
I was given a timeframe for when they would come pick up my car. Called after the time they gave me, no response, no call back, no truck driver. Took a couple hours off of work for nothing. Big waste of time. Very unprofessional.
I called ahead asking for a rim for my 2018 Hyundai Accent. I was told that they had one. I borrowed my friends car (Elantra) and drove all the way from Deltona to Apopka to get this rim. When I got there, I informed the person that approached me that I had called about a rim for a 2018 Accent. He said “Elantra?” “No, Accent.” 3 different people came up and asked me for more information (size, number of lugnuts, all information I had already given over the phone). So there are 3 people running around this junk yard looking for a rim that had already supposedly been confirmed to exist. I turn around and see 4 guys standing in a circle around the Elantra. I walk up and ask “Can I help you?” One of them responds “It’s for this car?” I’m a little taken aback as I’ve explicitly stated several times throughout this process that I’m looking for a 15 inch 4 lugnut rim for a 2018 Hyundai Accent, and these men are standing in a circle around a 2013 Elantra with 16 inch 5 lugnut rims. Thanks for second guessing everything I say because I’m female I guess. Finally the others return just to inform me that they do NOT in fact have the rim that I just drove an hour to get after being told on the phone that they did. What a joke.
A real gem of a salvage yard. I've been coming here for years and the staff has been nothing but polite and courteous. They're willing to make deals and do business while other yards will not. When looking for parts, this should be your first stop!
Angel was a big help to me. I told him what I was looking for, he went back and looked, found it, invited me back with my safety in mind, showed me the part, took it off, and sold it to me at a fare price. Sold them my wrecked car, they wrote me a bad check. Had to drive to Apopka to get cash from them. The owner then tried to make me feel bad for requesting the money that they owed me by claiming he would now have to scape money together to afford lunch.
Definitely would not recommend this company.
