Do not waste your time !! Called ahead, for an engine, drove 1.5 Hour, and had nothing. now wants me to prepay for something they dont have, to find one. And no money back if condition is bad.
This is the worst experience I've ever had. First, you call and they quote you one price for a part. When you arrive, they increase it by $50 and say you have to pay first, and only then will they show you the part. They don't accept any guarantees or returns. When I finally saw the part, it was sunken. Never go there. It's a terrible business.
Do not waste your time and money with that horrible company. 3 out of 3 engines turned bad. Owner is extremely rude and doesn’t care about anything. I guess should have looked at reviews before going there
I don't recommend anyone go there. The service is terrible. You order a part over the phone, they tell you they have it, and then you go and they don't have it. Never visit.
I don't recommend it at all! He sold me a useless engine. He took it back and replaced it, and the second engine was worse than the first. The guy is rude. Communication was very poor. Don't go to this place; he's a scammer.
I called 10 minutes before close on Saturday to confirm a part was available. They said yes. Showed up first thing Monday—10 minutes after opening—after driving an hour, only to be told they already sold it. No call, no heads-up, nothing.
Absolutely zero communication or accountability. As someone who moves 20-30 cars a month, it’s unreal how hard it is to find a salvage yard that actually operates like a business. If you can’t even hold a part for 36 hours after confirming it, what’s the point? Total waste of time
These people are the worst I bought an engine and the valve cover was cracked I'm going to use the old ones and the engine inside looks nasty particles of carbon all over the truck to scrape it it looks like they try to cover how bad it was maintained this motor when I returned it they charge 25% no meter what I never recorded it people please don't buy here
Be careful if you don't want to lose your money. Stay away from that place! This place is a disaster. They sold me a damaged part with a 30-day warranty receipt. The next day I went to exchange it, and they told me it was out of warranty and they wouldn't replace anything. Arrogant people put on a good attitude when I went to buy it; after they took my money, it was the opposite. They treated me poorly. I just needed them to replace the damaged part and honor their warranty. Bad experience. Waste of money. If I had only come to read the reviews, I wouldn't have even come here.
Do not do business with this company. Both the owner and his employees are deceiving their customers. They sell damaged parts and make excuses for not providing a warranty. Read the ratings. The worst place you can choose. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

went to buy 1 transmission,didnt work n went to return the transmission,didnt want to give me my warranty back,then told me i could i get a another transmission with my warranty,got that transmission ,put it in and didnt work.Then I went to the shop asked for my refund and he didnt want give me my refund.trash parts and trash service.DONT SHOP HERE! straight scam! scam! scam!
Wasted my time . Instead of being 15 to 20 percent lower than online , and I could even prove it, they don't want to hear it and stick to their non-negotiable higher prices. Not impressed with poor salesmanship.

You’re better off looking at other places, worse possible experience ever. I tried looking for some parts from a water damaged Toyota 86 and one of the employees came and told me I can’t look and locked the car door and walked away. This business should not be supported no matter what I hate to say it but look elsewhere for your own good.
Absolutely horrible people and customer service, I purchased a ABS pump for a 2019 Corolla and they sold me the wrong one. They were very rude in person and tried to lie about the part. Beware of these sorry people and don’t buy from this place.

Avoid this Salvage Yard at all costs. Not only is the owner arrogant and disrespectful, but their business practices are deceitful and unreliable. After waiting three days for a part, they had the audacity to increase the price from $400 to $750 without any explanation or apology. It's clear they have no respect for their customers' time or money. Save yourself the headache and choose a salvage yard that values integrity and transparency.
Nothing but negative reviews from this clown he calls himself a businessman, and does all his customers wrong. Biggest scammer in the auto salvage industry. I purchased parts from him, installed them in my car on his lot and the items were defected. I asked him if he can exchange them and get me another part and he straight told me NO he couldn’t exchange it or give me REFUND. When it clearly says on the receipt returned items subject to a 20% charge. Spent over $350 and still having the same issues with my car. I tried to have him make it right and the only thing he could tell me is, he doesn’t do refunds or exchanges and I haven’t even left his lot. What a waste of time and money this establishment should be band and out of business for scamming there clients.I left all the defective parts there, obviously he needs the money more than I do!! I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and you will be hearing from my attorney.
I bought a transmission from them for a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. I am a person who has been in the market for quite some time, I have a mechanical shop and a used car sale. They are a disaster and they do not respond to anyone for the guarantees, two days after purchasing it I notified them that it was bad. I called 5 programmers and separately sent the car to Hyundai and all the diagnoses were that the car had a bad transmission. Their response was to bring me the car so that my programmer could check it. I had to pay a tow truck there and a tow truck back because obviously he was going to tell me that the transmission was bad. He preferred to tell me that he couldn't return the money. He preferred to lose a client than return the money. Maybe he needs those 1,300 dollars more than I do?

I bought an engine (chevy 6.0) from this place and had it installed by a shop the same week. The engine had a misfire on cylinder 3. I called him and told him about it and I drove out to him in the van. He asked me what I wanted to do I said I don't want to pull it out because I have to pay again. I told him the shop was without a mechanic and it would be some time to get it out and back to him.... this was all within the same week of buying the motor. The shop finally got a mechanic so I went to him to buy another motor and have him give me the difference back on the one I initially bought once I had it back to him and he tells me that I am past my warranty date, but he knew he sold me a bad motor the same week I bought it. Biggest crook in the business. Paid 2200 dollars for a motor that I had to put 1400 dollars in to fix. Stay away from this place.
Bought a used transmission with a busted transmission pan. It already had a punched hole with a plastic plug. Bought like that.They knew I bought it like that. They assumed I did it. Knowing what they sold me.
Had to reused my old transmission pan because their was no good. Had that transmission installed, then Turns out!!! none of the gears don’t work. Forward neither reverse.
Then, had it exchanged for the second time. That one, hard shifting while driving.
They said, checked them and tested. Their transmissions and other parts. It seems like they don’t at all!!! To what I see.

They are charging me 25% restocking fee for those two junk transmission. For receiving less money to what I paid for.

Jim or James, the Spanish gentleman, along with the owner, African decent gentleman are very dishonest. They promise to pick part that I paid for then overcharged and refuse to refund when part was unavailable. Be careful! Less than a star. Unprofessional and crooked!
Thought I'll never had to do this with a history of business but yeah here it is. Bought an engine on November didn't used it, two months later end up using it and off course right when my warranty expires but turns out the engine was full of water anyways so even if I needed around that time I couldn't have used it. And guess what yeah they couldn't do anything. I know I ran out of warranty but you sold me a bad engine from start. It's my fault for not checking but it wasn't my first engine with them. But I guess I'll take my money else where.
They sell bad motors and transmissions. Bought multiple motors and almost every single one had issues or were completly junk engines. Owner is completly ignorant and just blames the customer. His wife Joyce is even worse.
I called before going. They wanted $80 for a used brake light that costs $40 new online. And could not give me a quote on a stock rim and tire. Don't know what kind of salvage yard this is, but I would not recommend.
This place is very disrespectful. They sold me the wrong part. Upon i asked for my refund to be sent via Zelle since my bank would hold the funds for a few days before releasing. His response to me was that he had to pay taxes to refund my money via Zelle and that was a lie since I used Zelle all the time. I was trying to communicate with him and he walked away from me in mid sentence. GET PARTS ELSEWHERE!!!
We went to this salvage yard to purchase a passenger seat for our van. I interacted with Joyce via Facebook and received a fast reply with pricing and availability of the part needed. She was very nice and we even received assistance with pulling the part. She allowed my husband to dry fit the seat to make sure it will work. I am very satisfied with the service.
