They were the absolute best towing , retrieval and storage operation I have ever experienced. I'm 68 years old. Professional, clean, courteous, friendly and caring in every aspect of the business and good people.

Carlos was the one who towed my car from out on the Turn Pike to Vero Beach. As a truck driver myself, Carlos was the most professional driver that I have ever met. He was safety oriented, had his PPE on, made sure the area was secure and established a safe zone for me to stand. After my car was loaded, he safely secured the vehicle and drove me and my dog to the repair shop to get a new tire. He drove careful and abided by the traffic laws and he never once touched his phone. His truck was absolutely spotless inside and out. His rigging equipment was all in perfect order and in like new condition. He knows how to operate his equipment properly. He is out there on the shoulder of the roads risking his life to help strangers in need. This man is doing the Lords work. I honestly can say that Carlos is a professional and will make sure your entire tow experience is as safe and calm as possible. Also, the dispatcher was very helpful, she made sure that I was aware of what was going on throughout every step of the process. Thank you for all of your help.

Hello Evry One! This is the wors tow company i ever used. For 1/2ml the charge $900. This is rip off. I will report this company to all institutions i state of Florida. Please do not used this company for nothing !!!

2000$ for a 5 mile tow? Then you kept the driver hostage and threatened to call the police if the tow wasn’t paid immediately. Uncle rob warned us about y’all!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We called this company for a tow and were informed they could get the driver dispatched within the hour to then take the driver 5 miles after confirming location before booking. After 2 hours of waiting still no tow truck seen. Finally after 3 hours they had arrived to complete the service. Once service was completed they tried forcing us to pay a larger bill for the "extra time" which was their fault from being late. They then threatened to take our equipment if the bill was not paid immediately. needless to say I wish 0 stars was an option.

Shady company that we will never use again! We were told they were 5 minutes away and it would be hour or an hour and a half before they can dispatch a truck! Truck showed up 3 hours late! Because they were 2 hours away! And they billed us for those 2 hours. Then they decided to tow us to a truck stop and left our equipment there and called us for a $2,000 tow bill. They threatened to hold our equipment hostage if we don't pay a $2,000 bill in 10 minutes THAT ALONE should be illegal.

If I could leave a lower review I would. If I could post my call recordings with them I would. I may edit my comment to include them. The representative that we spoke to didn't even give me a quote and was four hours late from the estimate they gave me, AND THEN PROCEED TO CHARGE ME FOR THEM BEING LATE! They gave me the excuse that the driver had to drive over from another town to get to me, which wasn't relayed to me at all or I would have went with another tow service. They gave me a reasonable time to get to me just so they could get my business EVEN THOUGH THEY COULD MEET IT! They removed a drive shaft on my truck so they could tow it. WHICH THEY WERE NOT QUALIFIED TO DO AND VOIDED THE WARRANTY ON MY TRUCK! Literally have never had a worst experience in this industry than this towing service. Straight trash. I have used scam services before because sometimes you have to in this industry but this was absolutely horrible. DO NOT USE, WORST SERVICE ALIVE.

We called them for a roadside on one of our trucks but they have requested $550 to be paid in advance before they will even come out!?!?! Extremely weird request that we never heard of ever before with any roadside unless it a scam!

My wife and I were traveling home to VA when one of our boat trailer tires fell off due to overheating in the wheel bearing. Fleet Masters was dispatched and hoisted our 27' cabin cruiser on a flatbed and towed it to our place of choice. Carlos was exceptional keeping us informed and very compassionate to our situation. Had tow done they can't get us the final invoice and keep charging us storage have ask multiple times. Long hold times zero customer service. They are just trying to rack up a bill.

Gave me an ETA and Quote. They lied about having available drivers gave me an ETA of 4 hours, then at 4 hours told me the driver was finishing up and was an hour away. 5+ hours and no one is contacting me at all. Called back and got put on hold. If you can’t do it SIMPLY SAY NO.

Broke down with my toddler while traveling across the state for a funeral. Called Fleet Masters to tow my car to my mother's home. I was quoted $440 and a 2 hour 40 minute wait. I was charged $572, my car was not picked up for 4 hours and 10 minutes, and nobody even bothered to let me know it was picked up until I asked. I was also charged a 4% credit card fee that I was not made aware of beforehand, othereise I'd have left a check or been available during drop off.

I’m an owner operator and during a run to Palm Bay, FL, my truck got a broken air line on top of my transmission. I contacted my company shop foreman who then called Fleet Masters Towing and Recovery located 2855 State Rd 60, Okeechobee, FL. I spoke with Fleet Masters and explained the issue. I ask her to contact me about any repairs that may be needed. They sent out a mobile service mechanic who diagnosed the issue and said he couldn’t fix my truck on location where I was in Palm Bay, FL and they would have to tow it to their shop for repairs. So, here we go: (1) Fleet Masters service is 24/7 but it cost me $185.00 for AFTER HOUR SERVICE CALL OUT FEE and $165.00/hour for 2.50 hours for the trip out and repairs (no repairs). This added up to $412.50 and a 5% credit card fee for $29.87 for a total of $627.37. Fleet Masters Service mechanic left before their tow truck arrived and forgot to release my truck brakes so it could be towed. I was charged another fee for him coming back to release the brakes. (2) It cost $165.00/hr for 2.00 hours for this trip which totaled $330.00 (another rip off because the trip out was an hour). I informed the driver that I wanted my truck towed to the PeterBuilt shop that was only 41 miles away to Fort Pierce, FL. (3) This cost $350/hour for 5.44 hours which added up to be $1,904.00, this was for the time of the tow truck arrival, get hooked up and towed. I was also charged $190.40 for a 10% fuel surcharge fee for a total $2094.40. I initially told Fleet Masters to contact me about my truck but they did not and I found out they were communicating with my shop foreman without my permission or knowledge instead of contacting me. Fleet Masters sent the invoice, not to me but to my shop foreman without my permission or knowledge again, for a grand total of $3,051.77. I had a big grievance with Fleet Masters and my shop foreman about the fact that I was kept in the dark about MY TRUCK and the invoice that Fleet Masters sent him, not me. After talking with him, I contacted Fleet Masters Towing and Recovery in Okeechobee, FL to ask why my bill was so high and why I was not contacted as I ask them to do. The manager said, well we usually contact the initiator. I let her know that was unacceptable because it’s my truck. I attempted to talk with the manager to reach some kind of mutual agreement because there were fees and prices on the invoice that I did agree with. If I been kept in the loop initially it would have at least given me the opportunity to go in a different direction had I known abut the cost and fees. I asked to speak with the owner but she said he’s seldom in the office but she would let him know that I had a grievance about the bill. I did not hear back from neither the owner or the manager. They really have poor business ethics, if any at all, and are not trustworthy. In my opinion, Fleet Masters Towing and Recovery in Okeechobee, FL has been engaging in this kind of deceitful business for a long time and this is not the first time they have over charged customers with their high hourly rates and other ridiculous fees which would allow them to up charge their prices. They viciously took unfair advantage of my situation and used it for their own gain. It’s my belief that this is the way Fleet Masters does business on a daily basis. They need to operate with integrity and have more empathy for the truckers who basically keep them in business. My experience with Fleet Masters Towing and Recovery was awful, horrendous, appalling, atrocious, disastrous and a dreadful experience. If I could give them a zero rating, I emphatically would. BEWARE fellow truckers, my personal advice is to avoid Fleet Masters Tow and Recovery Companies, particularly, the Okeechobee, FL location.

When my car broke down about 120 miles away from home, they were able to find me after only half an hour and tow me home. Very quick to respond and excellent service!
