Had a great experience with TowLogix! Josh was my driver — super professional, quick, and friendly. They were even able to tow my Maserati, which sits really low to the ground, without any issues. We want to give a shout out to TowLogix of Fort Walton Florida. We had just finishing packing our expedition to head out on a 12 hour drive back to Missouri when our car would not start. We looked up the best reviews for a tow company. We were satisfied with the reviews and gave them a call. Zach told us it would be a certain price for cash and a little extra fee if we used a credit card that the tow driver was 20- 25 minutes out. That the tow driver would call us when he was in route. Josh called us and said he was 22 minutes out that he would call when he was in the parking lot. We headed to the parking lot when it was time. Shortly there after he pulled in. Josh was very professional gave us a quick jump start and had us on the road in less than 10 minutes of arriving. Josh was amazing! He called before arriving and let me know when to expect him. He was professional, kind, and fast! After he checked my vehicle and determined it definitely needed to be towed, he had it on the tow truck in just a few minutes. I was worried it would be difficult to get the SUV out of the garage, but Josh had no trouble. He also followed up with a call once he dropped off my vehicle. Overall a great experience. TowLogix is wonderful. They come on an extremely, hot Sunday afternoon to help me with my car. Josh the driver arrived rather quickly, about 40 minutes. Josh was my driver for my towing service because someone decided to stop at a yellow light and I did not have enough time to stop on my motorcycle going 50mph. I called my insurance company to help me come pick up my bike but they kept just giving me new people. Then I put my foot down and I made them call outside services because I did not want my bike 30 mins away from my house. Josh not only drove the tow truck with my bike on it, he also put it in my motorcycle shed for me. He was outstanding, honestly give him a raise.
This review comes from someone with 9yrs of flatbed and wheel lift experience. These guys picked up the ball that another company (OC's towing), dropped. They Responded and completed the call within a very good time frame. The only SMALL issue I had was the dispatcher questioned why I wanted a flatbed for my very large vehicle, Instead of a wheel lift. But they provided the flatbed, and the driver called me before and after he picked up and dropped of my vehicle. .. Highly recommend them! Timely and affordable! Jeremy was amazing. He took his time securing my motorcycle and handled it with care. He made sure the straps were placed where no damage would be done to my bike, and that my bike wasn't going anywhere on the drive. Also, he let me know when my motorcycle made it to the shop safely. I highly recommend them and would use them again if needed. 10 out of 10 recommend.
Jeremy kept me informed on how long before he arrived. He was very polite and respectful with my car as well. He was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not that I want anymore car issues but if I did would gladly use them every time.
