BUYER BEWARE they flat out lied to me about the miles on the motor they sold me 2014 F150 eco boost They said it had 114k miles on it I ran the vin on the block to find out it had 189k miles they charged me 5,000$ for it then when I called them on there lie they said it was a honest mistake…. BS and they would give me money back since it was false advertised and I was going to be contacting the police so he said he would call me back and get it worked out needless to say that didn’t happen I had to drive back out there after trying to get someone on the phone and them dodging me I drove out there WEEKS LATER and flat out wouldn’t leave till he gave me my money back for over charging me by 2300$ oh by the way this was after they sent me 2 motors that I flat out wouldn’t sign for because one was full of water and the other looked like it was dropped from over head high some how I feel like this happens way to often……
These guys are the absolute best. They always have what I need and are pleasure to deal with. It's hard to find this kind of customer service at a salvage yard and they do it with a smile
Found a rear cv axle I needed for my car on their online inventory. Called to confirm part was on site, they made me pay in order to pull the part off the car. Which is fine, until they realized they no longer had the part. I now have to wait 2-3 business days to get my money back in order to buy a part. Do not recommend this place.
Just got off the phone with Gary’s this morning at 8:17 am in December 31 2031. Rude extremely rude on the phone. Didn’t completely understood the guy in the phone but had an extremely rude tone once he had to repeat him self.
BEWARE ON EBAY AS WELL. What turned into a simple issue with a simple solution, turned into a nasty heated response and behavior from this scrap yard. I purchased a complete tire rim, as it appeared on their own pictures. The tire rim arrived incomplete, and was missing the center cap. I was advised that they are refusing to help me only because of my unfavorable review. As of the time of this message, they have been unrelentless with their nasty messages to me, harassing me all day with their unproffesional messages. Please think twice before dealing with this scrap yard.
This is a complete scam!!!! I tried ordering a part for my car from their Facebook website and they completely scammed me. I paid them 135€ and I will never receive my item! Never order from them!!!
They don’t let you “pick n pull” your own parts anymore, no going into the yard. Used to be great for odds and ends, trim pieces, etc. Now worthless to me completely.

I used Garry’s for the first time recently. It was a very easy process. I had been looking for a particular part for a while. I called them and within a few days they had the part I needed. Very reasonable price as well. I will definitely be using them going forward.

This truck almost hit us on the road. It looked like he was on the phone and he swerved suddenly and went into our lane. He was speeding and zigzagging through traffic. We almost went down the side of the highway. This was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life.
Absolutely Amazing! Ordered a part from Canada and they made it so easy. I couldn't find a module anywhere and finally found it here. I paid by PayPal and sent them the shipping label, they packaged the part and it was picked up the same day. 3 days later I had the part. Great place !

Ordered a sending unit for my truck, had to pay before they would pull it. Supposed to be ready by 12 30, got there but 1:15, my sending unit was not pulled, be about an hour. Could not look around just wait then was broken when they got it out. So I wasted most of the day that I had to take off work for nothing with no sense of care at all from anybody there
This has got to be the worst place I have ever seen. I called to check on a tire. They kept hanging up on me. Then when you finally do get someone they are to lazy to look and see if they have the size you are looking for. If my tire wasn't gone I would not be looking and since it is, well, I can't go down to see if they have one in the size needed. Rude and by far the worst place I have ever experienced!
Needed a complete truck bed for a 2001 Ford F150 ivolved in a wreck. Called all around and located Garry's in Crestview, 60 miles from home of Pensacola. My phone Rep, Nolan, had one on their lot and took pictures of the bed and sent them to review/decide.Quoted a fair price, paid for over the phone, and drove to their facility to pick up the truck bed. Took 6 of their men to lift and load the trunk bed into the back of my damaged bed, I stopped by my paint and body guy in Pensacola and he decides he can't physically handle taking out the replacement bed , removing the wrecked factory bed, and installing this new complete truck part bed.
I then called back to my parts rep, Nolan, and explained my situation and he was able to handle getting the part I purchased from them installed at their facility. As a side note, they are NOT a parts installer, but made a one time exception to help me out because my parts/repair guy backed out from doing this work. They certainly didn't have to do this work for me, but did. That just showed what a Customer Service oriented operation they are..... And they were able to do it within a couple of hours at a fair labor cost. They certainly got me out of a jam, at a reasonable cost, and the new truck bed fits and looks perfect! Now all I have left is get the trunk bed panels painted. Could not be happier.
The replacement parts, labor to install it, and the professionalism were all excellent. THANK YOU Nolan for helping to get all this done. He was so helpful and was there to insure my complete satisfaction.

I drove from Niceville, Fl to see if Garry's Auto Recycling in Crestview, Fl had a used wheel for my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. In the office, Larry helped me and within 2 minutes, he confirmed he had one in "A" shape. WOW!! A new wheel from Hyundai would have cost me over $400, I paid only $150 After waiting for over 3 weeks for a Niceville tow yard to try to find me a wheel, I was ABSOLUTELY AMAZED that a quick trip to Crestview and in less than five minutes, I GOT IT! Thank you, Larry! Thank you Beau! You guys are quick, friendly and professional!!!
These people are full of it. I called them last Wednesday at 8:02 AM because I needed to sell my disabled car ASAP, since the auto salvage in my area wouldn't do it. I spoke to the gentleman and he said that they don't serve my area, even though their website says that they do, and referred me to the place in my area. That's unacceptable. If they don't serve the area as advertised, they should've just updated it. Now I know who I'm not going to count on.
I’m so glad this shop have my car piece. I called every where else and nobody has it beside Pensacola and that’s to far.

I would have given zero stars if I had the option. Called a few days ago was told they had the part and they would call me when it was pulled and ready. Well no phone call so two days later when I had to call back I’m told they do not have the part and that it was a crushed car. Well I was told on the phone the first time that the car was on the lot and he said he went to look at it. Seriously Did you not notice it was a crushed car then?? Absolute BS!! Had I known this the first time I called I could have just ordered the part from Honda and it would have been here already. Thanks for nothing and a longer wait to get my car fixed! Terrible customer care.
Decent amount of parts available but I went yesterday and they don't let people in the yard no more! Call ahead for parts if your not in creastview already as I waited half the day to get a pretty simple part to remove and I still gotta go back today to pick it up.
