Between the poor customer service, lack of parts, and lack of automotive knowledge, I don’t know how this place is still open. I’ll drive out of town to autozone just to avoid this place. Save your time and money and just go somewhere else.
The service is the worst I've encountered across any industry. The gentleman behind the counter gave incorrect and unsolicited advice. He bragged on his knowledge and attempted to correct my apparent lack of knowledge in front of other customers that I found to be very disrespectful and rude. However, a quick Google search proved where the knowledge deficit lyed but I did not confront him. There is zero customer service and professionalism. The staff needs to be trained or retrained immediately. At this point I will not be returning to the Hilliard FL store.
You know it's pretty sad when a local business does nothing to support a back to school event. Asked for a donation for the car wash , nothing , absolutely nothing. Sad part is almost every other business in Hilliard and Folkston gave something.
Very friendly people. They helped me very quickly. I appreciate the hard work the young man did for me when it came to looking at every single battery in the store. ( Numbers faded off of mine somehow so it wasn't readable). A huge thank you for being quick to help a disabled customer. I rarely see that anymore these days.
didnt feel all that welcome when i walkd in.. felt as if i was a bother to ask for a part. and was giving the wrong answer to a simple question.. "can a micro fuse work in a regular fuse box in a pinch".. thought i had to buy whole box of assorted fuses.
There employee Christopher Perry was very helpful in finding the problem with my vehicle and helping me replace the fuses and light bulbs he was a great help to me.
Couldn't answer our question nor look it up for us but had what we needed once we looked it up on our phone ourselves. Would have given a higher rating had they actually assisted us as we were traveling.
