100% good folks. Blew bead on scooter. Took value stem out and blew it back up. Busy and a hot day and John helped me out of a fix. Cannot enough good things about this business.
We are from out of town (1,500 miles away) and needed front brakes along with a new serpentine belt for our BMW. The staff is very welcoming and were courtesy throughout the transaction. The technician even helped me load my bike in the back of the SUV when leaving. I highly recommend this business!
We had a slow leak in a tire on our rental car. We were concerned we wouldn't make it back to Key West so we stopped here. Within 15 minutes the tire was fixed and it was a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
On a drive down to the Keys, our cars “check engine” light came on. We pulled in and their technician was able to diagnose the issue and get us back on our way in less than 30 minutes. Polite, quick, and reasonably priced.
This garage has a super good service my friend as a had a slow leak on his rear right tire and we called them and they took him right away and repaired his tire in less than 30 minutes. He was up on the road again going to Miami thank you very much for the good service..
During my holiday I had a nail in a tire of my rental car. The resort I stayed at wasn’t much helpful. Drove to bill’s costums. Helped me repair the tire and within 15 minutes I was on the road again. Very pleased with their service and price!
Got a nail in the tire at the resort at which we were staying . Even though they were totally unwilling to help, Bill’s was amazing. Brought my car there and within 15 minutes the tire was patched and ready to go. Amazing service. Highly recommend!
If I could zero stars I would. Brought our Jeep in for a/c not blowing. These idiots spent 5 hours and unable to figure it out. My wife actually did some googling and found it was more than likely a 40 amp fuse. Well what do you know they fixed it after I called and told them that. They still charged us for their incompetence $500. Then they escalated an argument with my wife and threatened to call the cops. Please do yourself a favor and do not darken their door step.
Not to mention I was in there about 6 months ago and their dog bit me. No signs at the time. I will be checking to see statute of limitations are on that one.

Fantastic service, vehicle broke down while I was in the Keys. Took it here and they were so professional, polite, accurate, and honest. They took care of my truck that shot out a spark plug, used a kit to repair and check to make sure no damage to the piston and had good compression. Could have gone different but they kept it reasonable and got me back on the road. Truck still running great.

An honest mechanic service with fair prices. I broke down during a trip to the keys and they took care of me. They only fixed what was broken the price was fair and the work was done quickly. I wish I had an auto mechanic like this where I live.
What a wonderful place this is! As we were just heading home from our vacation and BAM! we got a screw in our tire. We pulled in to Bills and they stopped what they were doing and quickly took care of our tire. We made it home safe and sound and we greatly appreciate the kind service we received today!! We broke down en route to Key West, this was the nearest shop so our insurance had us towed here. They were EXTREMELY kind and helpful! It took a few days to get part & repair, the part was under warranty and she did ALL the legwork & paperwork for us so we could rent a car to enjoy the rest of our vacation! They made our vehicle the priority so once our trip was over our vehicle was repaired & ready to go. This garage SAVED our entire vacation!
On Sunday before Memorial day, our car had a problem with the Steering Wheel power. We left the car at the door. Were informed it was an electrical problem.They were very honest informing that they didn't know what exactly was the problem, but was working. Very honest and fair cost.
$650 later our car is worse off than when it went it for a fuel pump fix. We went to put gas in our car and it poured out through the bottom of the tank onto our tire. The latch that closes the gas tank is completely broken. When we called in they told us it "must be a coincidence". Although there was NOTHING wrong with the gas tank it when it went in. They also tried to charge us $300 for a different part that cost $70 and my fiance put in in less than 5 minutes. When I got upset about that, when it was in the shop, she told me I could "pick it up and ride it off into the sunset" even though she knew we were from out of town, were stranded, and it didn't run. Literally the WORST experience I have ever had with an automotive shop. We still have hundreds of dollars of work to fix what they did.
Had an appointment for both cars to get work done a day apart from each other. Went in for an oil change, to have them check the back breaks that were shaking when breaking (due to low break pads) and check all break pads and a belt that just started squeaking the day before.
Was told that back breaks where fine in and just required a cleaning but the front breaks where bad and required new calipers and break pads, that the front tires were starting to seperate, and needed to be replaced, and that the belt still needed to be looked at to determine what was wrong.
I was quoted and charged $45 for them to “clean” the back break and the remaining work would cost at least another half hour of labor ($45) to look at the belt, and $20 to rotate the tires to the back of we did the tires another day.
Had I gone with their findings and quote BEFORE the belt was even looked at for two new tires, oil change, two break pads, and two calipers I would have paid well over $750.
Since this was my fiancé’s car, he said to get the oil change only and get a second opinion on the other work quoted. I was asked by the office staff why he was “wasting their time” if he didn’t want to get his car fixed.
The oil change ended up costing us $91 since we were charged $45 to “clean” the back breaks only. The $45 did not include the additional time we would have been charged to look at the belt to see (what we already knew) that it and a pulley needed to be replaced.
We went to another shop in Key Largo, where the mechanic told us on the same exact car that the back breaks needed to be replaced ASAP and that is why the car was fluttering on the back tires while breaking. We would need to change the front pads but not for at least 4-6 months out and the front calipers were working great. The tires were not separating and still had about 6 months of life and as expected, the belt and pulley also needed to be replaced.
He replaced the back breaks, the pulley, and belt for $450 and rotated the tires for free. He gave the back break/break pads back to show how worn they were and said their was no indication they were cleaned. He did confirm they had at least done the oil change.
I will be taking my car to get serviced here tomorrow and am now a new long term customer of his shop.
It’s unfortunate that Bills Auto tried to nickle and dime us for a couple extra services at the expense of two long term customers. This was AFTER I wrote a five star review when I was remembering using this shop several times in the past.
And don’t worry, we won’t waste your time ever again!
I have a 96 Mustang GT that had quite a few unknown issues when I bought it. Have taken it to Bill’s numerous times for just short of a complete new vehicle build and they have done an amazing job. High quality repairs, great turnaround time, and A+ customer service. Prices are the best in town as well. Highly recommended for anyone and everyone who needs automotive repair work done!!!
Bill’s auto was nothing but helpful and professional in helping us out with car trouble during our vacation. We called after we had a belt come off on US 1 at 5PM. They answered and said they would get to it first thing the next day which they did. They diagnosed the cause and ordered new parts and repaired it the next day. They were friendly and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate using them again.
My Tahoe needed a waterpump , we were on our way home from a two week stay throughout the keys . I pulled in about mid day, they looked at it , and immediately called to Miami for a courier to bring the part from mainland. In the meantime, they took the old one out and had everything ready for the new part .The moment they received the new pump, they installed it ,we were good to go . Very friendly, professional, amazingly fast ,very reasonable price !! I am forever in their debt !!! ( Bloodline filmed a scene there ,second season I believe)
