I got my tires stolen from my car and Progressive hired another towing company to tow my car to the dealership and I waited almost 6 hours and no one ever came. Then progressive changed the towing company to Tamiami towing and they were very communicative and got to my house in less than 1 hour. They handled my car with care and I had no issue with them. It looks like I'm not the first person to have a great experience with Tamiami Towing. They're AWESOME! Edgar came (on-time!) to tow my Honda Civic to my mechanic. He was extremely careful with the car and assisted the mechanic shop with pushing the car into a service bay. No taking chances in the future for me - just gonna call for Edgar ;-)
