Aside from the fact that my engine on my Hyundai (won't buy one again) went out, and that I kept my car in good condition with repairs and regular maintenance it was hard to let it go for only $850, but given the alternative-which was essentially no alternative, I looked up 3 different salvage companies and got 3 different quotes--with Clunker coming in at the top. I too, was concerned they would arrive and back out of their offer but the tow guy, came and hooked up my car and presented me with the initial amount agreed on and I signed over my title and off he went. Everything pretty much went like clockwork, and for that I'm grateful. If I recall correctly, this company has an A+ with the BBB--FYI.

My experience today was great! I contacted CJ on 1/24 before a big winter storm hit, and the truck was picked up on 1/29. Communication was easy! Transferring the vehicle to them was easy! And I was paid on-site after it was inspected!

Everybody was courteous, and professional. It was a no hassle transaction. I work in retail, where every day you see customer satisfaction go down the drain. Not me . I'm not the poster child for great customer, but I do treat people with respect. I know that customers do have the choice of going somewhere else. For a couple of months we have been trying to research and sell our car and we discovered 2 companies that gave the best offers for our old car. Clunker Junker and Cash for Cars. Clunker Junker had the highest offer for the car and it is about $2500. So I did all that the steps that was required for the offer to be accepted and waited about a couple of days and our car was picked up by CoPart and the driver gave us a check while we gave our keys and the title. The check takes about a day or two to deposit. We did have issues with waiting for their calls. So you have to pick-up to make sure to connect with the company and driver to ensure smooth and a successful transaction. Will definitely use their company again in the future. Thank you!
