I locked my keys in my car and my insurance company sent my case to Big Ed's. I had had a terrible morning and super frazzled but Ednor was super nice on the phone and once he arrived. Ronde did an amazing job helping. First my insurance scheduled him and then he got me a good deal on a new battery after jumpstart and installed while replacing old battery at my place. Amazing.

Submitted a Progressive Roadside Assistance request that made me wait over 1hr and half. I was able to track the service provider through the Progressive app. The app shows the time the driver would be arriving, and it then changed from 6 minutes away to "arriving soon". I called and called and called and NO answer from "big ed" I sent text messages and NOTHING. I then had to call Progressive and they reached out to the company and were able to answer right away saying they were going to be another 40 minutes late so now my battery service needs to be reassigned to another company after waiting for over 1 hr and half. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Saved My Life Triple A Couldnt Come To The Turnpike So I Found Him On Google And He Made It To Me In 15 MINUTES!!! Changed My Tire And Made Sure I Had Air In All 4 Tires Before Leaving Very Great Service.
Ed saved me the other day! I was locked out of my car and home in the midday heat of Miami. He got in the car himself and came right over and opened up my car so that I could recover my keys. His price was incredibly competitive, in fact less than anyone else that I called. His service was quick and friendly. A true gem.
This was a bittersweet rescue for me being that not many people would go out their way to do what ED did for me. Being stuck "on the side of the road (for 6 hrs)" when finally after being the 4th, yes I said 4th person called to assist me, he shows up on time,( within the hr), analyzed my situation (Kids under 5, hot AF, no money tbh) and this amazing being goes out his way to the shop buys the tire to brings it back to install on the car.... Best service ever!

Absolutely incredible service! This is the second time that Big Ed has come to the rescue. I have had two flats in a span of a month and each visit he has been extremely professional and helpful giving me advice on what to do about a more specific tire issue I had. Big Ed was extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. It took less then 30 minutes to have my car rescued and that included the phone call to the dispatch and Ed driving away. Amd i had my 4 wheels

Big Ed was dispatched by my elderly moms roadside assistance when her battery died at the grocery store. "Big Ed" was super communicative and helpful. Lisa arrived 25 minutes later and couldn't have been sweeter or more efficient. My mom was back on the road in no time. Thank you Big Ed and Lisa for everything!
I called roadside assistance because my rental wasn’t starting & they sent Big Ed’s Auto Rescue.
He gave me an eta of 60 minutes, but after over an hour & called lying saying that he was sent the wrong address…as I’m literally looking at the service request with my exact location on it.
He told me he was about 30 minutes away & didn’t show for over an hour.
He lied about having the wrong address so he could excuse himself for not honoring the eta he sent, & still continued to lie about his eta.
I waited for over two hours in the heat & humidity. It flared up my asthma & caused me to have a no call/no show at my new job.
roadside assistance companies like Big Ed’s don’t appreciate their customers because they get clients regardless through these rental car companies.
These companies need to start vetting the small businesses they use for emergency roadside calls because AAA would NEVER & are always honest about their eta because they peoples LIVELIHOOD is on the line here.
10/10 don’t recommend. I hate ppl who lie for no reason.
Big Ed's was WONDERFUL! We broke down in our motor home on the side of the road and he came to our rescue at 11:30 at night. So friendly and professional. He did an excellent job. He even stopped by the next morning to bring us some more fuel. Absolutely would recommend him and his services!
Incredible service, could not recommend them more. They arrived well before estimated time they had provided (which was already considerably faster than two separate competitors I called prior to calling Big Ed’s).
