They get extremely busy but they help out everyone as fast as they can. Also, I completely disagree with Ms.Soares because I happen to be a woman myself and was not treated any different. I think making sexism remarks is completely inappropriate and irrelevant for a company review."

HORRIBLE PHONE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! I work in the office of an Auto shop in Pompano Beach Florida. I call for parts everyday to many different parts stores. I have had my fair share of bad services from people, alot of them treat me badly because I'm a woman in the car world. I am used to this kind of treatment but a few days ago I called MOP looking for an engine for a 2003 Ford F350, I spoke to a man that was a little brute. He didn't seem to be listening very well and talking to the people around him while I stood on the phone trying to tell him what I needed. I had to repeat myself many times but he finally got the information I was explaining only to say "nope, don't have" then hang up. Today I called MOP Auto Parts looking for an Engine for a 2009 Dodge Charger. I spoke to the guy who answered the phone, told him what I needed and he asked for a minute and when he returned to my call, he just yelled into the phone "WE HAVE NO CHARGER, LADY!" and hung up the phone. I debated on calling back and giving this guy a piece of my mind but decided that it would be more appropriate to go online and write a review on how rude the people at MOP are. I told my boss about this phone call and how ridiculous it was that these people are so rude and he and I both came to the conclusion that it is the LAST TIME WE WILL EVER CALL MOP!!!!! Horrible service! Won't call back. Hope this review prevents many people from experiencing such horrible customer service at this place!

This place just let me down man what a freaking nightmare buy used parts anywhere else.

Best place I been to for really good prices on car parts. When I went in I told them what I needed and they got to it as fast. Although man that answers the phone is a little rude but it happens when u have people that don't know what they need when they first call. My car needs some parts gusse who im going 2 MOP !

Called twice, was put on hold, then they would hang up, very bad service. Went to buy a small part 10$ or less, they wanted to sell me a whole transmission. Wont go here again, wont recomment again

Great service ! Thank you to the staff and especially yamil. Went for galant rims, didnt have the exact ones I was looking for but they did definately make the effort and go through all extremes to satisfy my needs and I still got rims that fit perfect ! Thank you guys !!! Great prices and great people

My father was bringing me here since 6 years old and they're always looking to serve you if not better and give you the best price for the best part!! They try to exceed your expectations

That was the worst customer service I’ve ever had!!! just because I didn’t speak Spanish the guy hung up on me, he didn’t even tell he only spoke Spanish!! I asked one question in English and he hung up on me!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

My husband always finds what he needs here! Service is fast, reliable parts, and the employees are always pleasant! My husband has been coming here for years!!

They don't have anything for the most common cars

I just called about a piece i need ..and the assistant was very helpful fast polite ...i called other places and there mean ..i like this place seems like they have manners

We had a very difficult size tire that we were looking for. We went to two different salvage yards before going to this one. Wish we had went to this one first!

bad service you call for parts and you get help get put on hold and you wait for ever ask for a someone you know there and good luck getting them on the phone ---- no help !!!!!!!!!!!! you guy need help with customer service !!!!!!!!!!!! big time remember with out customers hard to stay open !!!!!!!!!!!! fix it !!!!! im sure you would be selling more

Very unprofessional, you tell them what you need and they want proof to see if you are correct? That's just plain foolish.

Put me on a hold for 15 minutes to look for a part. I called back, another guy picked up the phone and he doesn’t speak english.
