I spoke with car brain about a wrecked vehicle. I was give an offer of $570. I spoke with 3 employees including the person that guaranteed the offer on the same day. It was schedule for pick up on the next day. 2-27-26. So by me not having a car & I haft to use lift or lift. I called before I went to where my car was at. “I was told was again by the person that gave me my offer Hozay. That I don’t haft to worry about anything as long as the motor,transmission & Cadillac converter was on the car everything was wine. So I get to the tow in lot. I’am waiting for the buyer. They haven’t showed up yet. So I call them. “They tell me they can’t buy the car at the guaranteed price that was given to me buy Car Brain. So I’am given a price that’s almost half. So I call Car Brain back. I talk to the person that gave me the guaranteed price. Mr. Hozay tells me a price almost $200 less. I explain to him I talked to car brain 3 times yesterday & him yesterday. I also called & talked to him today. before I go to the tow in lot where my car is at. I reminds him that I told him about all of the car damage. So now I’ve spent over $50 on uber been sitting outside of a town in lot for over 2 hrs,spent over 2 hrs. On the phone with them, my tow bill has went up because the car is still at the tow in lot & turned down 2 other car offers. Please think twice before dealing with this company. If anything I’am saying needs to be backed up. My reference # is FK-52 30L

I was very satisfied using CarBrain. They were fair on price (best offer in tge Cincinnati are) and were able to have someone out to pick up my vehicle in a timely manner. Super simple proces. Answer some questions about your vehicle, they will calculate a price and set up a pickup time. You just need a valid title and a junk vehicle. Tow driver was on time and very polite. I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely the best and well organized company . They make sure you don't have any problem with pick up and schedule with the tow truck company . The tow truck company they use is awesome! They showed up and kept in touch letting me know exactly what was going on and when they would show up , very respectful and friendly ! Filling out the info on your vehicle is a no brainer. The response of an offer was immediate and they stood by their offer. Customer service was respectful and helpful. Set up your pick up day and they call about 30 minutes prior to showing up with the tow truck. The tow truck driver was extremely polite, took a pic or two, then paid out in cash. Everything went down without any issues. Be honest with them because they are honest and straight forward with you.

They were there the day they said and the driver was great. This company was so easy to work with. I was skeptical about CarBrain because I never heard of them before yet they were ranked in the top 10 list of other companies I've never heard of except 1! Annoyed after speaking to 3 other automated services, Armand called me and pre questions about the truck, then I got detailed questions by a nice lady, who gave me my very fair and fast offer! Few pictures and paperwork and within a day my old truck was out of my driveway and I had a check in my bank before Christmas! Notary is cheap to get prepared but make sure your name is exact as the title and license carrier! Great company I've come to talk about!

I had gotten into a wreck in my 2017 GMC Acadia Denali where it was totaled and they paid top price for my car.
