I FINALLY got a call from my driver (they wouldn't give me a number for him, the tow driver, for ME to call to reschedule ) at 2:45 and we agreed to meet at 3:30 after he finished his lunch. When he did get there, Alejandro was pleasant, professional, and efficient. So, high marks for him as a person, despite the blown appointment time. It worked out in the end, as I needed run an errand prior to him arriving. So, all good as an end result. Parting ways with my car was one of the hardest things I have had to do. I owned it for 21 years and truly enjoyed driving it every single day and it was a blessing to have it.
