Filling out the info on your vehicle is a no brainer. The response of an offer was immediate and they stood by their offer. Customer service was respectful and helpful. Set up your pick up day and they call about 30 minutes prior to showing up with the tow truck. The tow truck driver was extremely polite, took a pic or two, then paid out in cash. I was skeptical about CarBrain because I never heard of them before yet they were ranked in the top 10 list of other companies I've never heard of except 1! Annoyed after speaking to 3 other automated services, Armand called me and pre questions about the truck, then I got detailed questions by a nice lady, who gave me my very fair and fast offer! Few pictures and paperwork and within a day my old truck was out of my driveway and I had a check in my bank before Christmas! Notary is cheap to get prepared but make sure your name is exact as the title and license carrier! Great company I've come to talk about!
