honestly from the reviews i read before hand i was thinking the worst. was on high alert thinking they were gonna charge me an arm and a leg and was going to get everything stolen from
my car. upon arrival the office was nice the man at the front desk was straight forward and was quick to just release my car although the yard did have a distinct smell that is to be expected it’s a yard out in the elements. everything was inside my car had thousands of dollars inside and they didn’t even open the car which i was very grateful overall not as bad as people made it seem
SCAM. Look them up. Do your research. Trying to collect “towing and storage fees” from an accident that happened 16 years ago. Put a lien on my license. The guy who answered the phone immediately raised his voice when he couldn’t answer my question. He began to verbally harass me because he got caught in a lie. Told me to call Tallahassee. Asked for their number. He said “why don’t you F-ING figure it out. I’m not giving it to you.” BBB can’t even find this LLC even though many claims have been filed. If you think you are being scamming, YOU ARE.
Thief ladrones, they still from the cars they towed plus they over charge you. My car was at the yard for no more than 8 hours they charged $350 plus extra charges to mark up the price. Disgusting people work here
Worst tow company there is. Complete scammers, entirely illegal, ridiculously unprofessional. Will tow your car for no reason and hold for ransom. Will also refuse to answer phone, refuse to provide any help, and refuse to be decent people. This whole company deserves to sink in the ocean, they will prey on any unsuspecting innocent driver, parked legally or not. Watch out for these pos’s.
The person on the phone is a liar, tells my husband they have the vehicle but then tells me they don’t have it. No manners, unprofessional. This is how bad things happen to bad people. God bless you and good luck in the future.
If you crash the police always call them to take your call.2 days later they charge 350 for administration fee and your goal for 2 days is 700 dollar they are thief approved by the police
I called here to ask what I can bring in since I misplaced my title and lost my registration. The guy who claims he is the supervisor said I needed to "figure it out" and proceeded to hand up on me. This is the worst customer service I've ever received off a first time call. I was just asking for options. It is a shame that the City of Hialeah Police department contracted this poorly represented company to help people who have totaled their car or needed it towed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Could be one if the worst customer service you can get in south Florida .have no regards to personal belongings or people's rights how the state or local municipality allow them to keep there license is criminal. Owner has worst attitude of a business person. The state should review there license information and fine them if it appropriate
The worst towing company in existence. They leave all the lights on of your car so by the time you get there your battery is dead and that way they can charge you more to tow your car home. F this Place.
Unfortunately, this company is known for leaving the lights on and scamming ppl so that the car stays another day so that the owner of the vehicle has to pay another fee. Do not recommend.

picked car up and all my lights where on they say they dont get in the car yet my lights where never on prior. hazards headlights and dome lights all on.
battery dead they tried to get that extra money but little did they know im smarter then they are i had a mobile battery instacharger and off i went.
when i confronted them they said they never turned it on yet all the quarters from my cup holder was missing at least $8.00. the worst im Hispanic and i know we all come here for better opportunity but lets do it the right way and not steal or scam the poor. Hialea the worst place ever.
