Tried to sell a damaged vehicle. They literally refused to even attempt to quote a price, then hung up on me. If we can't agree on a price that's fine but refusing to even give one then hanging up is incredibly rude.
Excellent customer service. Very professional with everything related to their business. They always explain to me, what i need to fix my car. Give me guarantee. If they do not have the car part I need. They help me to locate it. So I am very grateful.
