I have been a customer of this particular location since they first open back around 1999. I was a kid was my go to spot. but today at 6:15pm I was shocked and amazed of what occured. I called around 5:45 pm. my wife's car battery was in failure so I called the store made sure that battery was available and they could install for my wife. there response was YES.! so I send wife over there. wife gets there and going to purchase battery .. and then the young man named BRANDON states that after 6pm they can't install batteries. and states that it is not company policy that is the policy of there store manager. my wife asked please her car literally was dead outside . they said no they could not make a exception. then the other OLDER man states to my wife that he has a number for a mobile mechanic that will come do it for her .(WOW!!! IF THAT IS NOT SOME SIDE BUSSINES CORPORATE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS) . mind you there were two men in the store SO ITS NOT LIKE THERE WAS GOING LEAVE STORE EMPTY
WOW!!!! I was on the road so I couldnt do it.
but WOW!! ... this will definitely be escalated to corporate. this is just a WARNING to help other customer

These people don't want to work. I saw 3 different employees come into the store before 8am. It was freezing cold today just under 40 degrees. I came to the door at 8am expecting them to open the door. They were nowhere to be seen. Finally at 8:07 freezing and super late to work, I decided to leave. They never opened the door or even came out from the back. Maybe they were chit chatting or having breakfast.

This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an auto parts store.
This location claims to close at 10:00 PM, yet they locked the doors at 9:40 PM, even though they clearly saw me getting out of my car. I had been in an accident, arrived on time, and was still completely ignored.
To make matters worse, there is no General Manager contact information posted on the door, which should be standard so customers can file complaints. That alone shows a serious lack of accountability and transparency.
The employees displayed zero empathy, zero professionalism, and a complete disregard for customers. If they don’t want to serve people, then they should not post misleading business hours. People rely on that information, especially in emergency situations.
I truly hope corporate takes real action, both with the store manager and the employees, because this level of incompetence and attitude is unacceptable and damages the company’s reputation.
I would not recommend this Advance Auto Parts location to anyone.Dec 30, 2025 -

Good prices and always have in inventory what you need, but the parking area is horrible dirty and ugly.....full of trash of open boxes and bottles, trash from the trees...oil spot from the cars etc etc...why you don't clean it?

This place lost a customer out of me. Ive been going here for years upon years for all my car needs. I sent my elderly mother to get a new battery after hers died on the road. An employee by the name of Christian was extremely rude to her. First he stated one price for the battery then told her another so she was frustrated not knowing if he was trying to pull a fast one. He then stated "I don't have to sell you anything if I dont want to". So unprofessional and unnecesary, there is so much fraud nowadays and people always take advantage of the elderly. He should be fired because he does not represent your company well at all.

Called the store about 40 minutes before closing or 820 and asked if I can get a battery changed and they told me they wouldn’t be able to do it until the next morning. I ended up having to go 5 minutes down the street and the girl told me she’d be happy to help me get

I have visited this particular location on a number of occasions and it always fails, poor customer service.
fortunately they have the part that I need it and was to get in and out. I visit Advance Auto Parts regularly as we have a fleet of company vehicles that require maintenance and all other stores have always been great to deal with but the staff at this particular store Falls Way short compared to othersDec 07, 2018 -

Hello im leaving this store right now with a tow truck because Ms Alba that calls herself the supervisor of the store, didn’t want to change my gold battery with a 3 year warranty, which she tried to say it was expired.so wasted my time coming here to solve my problem, but on top of that she was really rude to me knowing I needed a battery change right away, she suggested to leave it charging all night, was she thinking I was gonna sleep outside the store?? This is unacceptable we come here with a problem hoping you guys would help, but instead I guess you in a hurry to go home, it was 8:45 pm

Poor management. The thing these business owners need to understand is that money spends in EVERY language. NOT JUST SPANISH. No one in this place speaks English on any day or any shift. Or maybe they just pretend not to know how. Either way, I'm tired of having to point to everything I want or use Google Translate. I will not be returning here any time soon.

It's a good advance Auto parts, used this one many times and they are very knowledgeable. Sometimes a lil busy and their great customer service can lead to slower service to the customers who aren't being attended at the time. But when it's your turn you will for surely have their undivided attention.

Dropped in the store for a brake pad set. The member found my pads at another store. Reserved the only set available in dade by phone at another store after 30 mi. On the phone. That is going above and beyond cause he could sent me there arrived and not available. Great team players.

Never coming again to this place. Horrible service. Fat kid with glasses burned out my fuse when putting in the battery in which he put it wrong. Kid placed the negative cable to the positive and the positive cable to the negative. And the Nestor guy said, "the terminal is broken, that's why it's not working". This really nice Samaritan and my step dad helped me out with this problem. My step dad got the car started finding out what happened when he saw the burned fuse. I had to get it replaced at a local mechanic so my car can keep running. If you want to have somebody replace your battery, don't let the fat kid do it. Don't let anybody in this store replace your battery.

Been coming to this store for years. As of lately, the customer service continues to decline to a deplorable level. From not allowing entrance because it was 15 minutes to closing; to denying they knew what a particular tool was since they were more occupied with watching videos on an Iphone than assisting customers; to hanging up the phone on me after they denied assistance in locating a part.
With the amount of qualified people looking for work, they need to reorganize their staff. Shame.Jun 19, 2015 -
Ask for what you need they will be glad to help you. Workers gave you the best costumer service to make sure you walk out with the parts you need. Its true this location is off by about 600 feet.
