The staff was so rude and the front team at the registers seem a little off like if I was talking to computer not a person I’m not against it they just need to work on their customer services. I’ll never come back to this location
Came at 11:15am to return a part for $77 and got turned around because they “didn't have money” to fulfill the return. Mind you the manager Emilio is right there.
Poor service at this location. Literally they told me if I have a phone I can Google the info and order online.... Wow. For real . Not even try to sell anything? I have a extense list of Items for a mini fleet of the same model of 12 vehicles That I need to purchase and try to get for today..... And that my common sense tells me I can pick some of those here today . But not I was told to go and Google online.. awesome salesmanship training .
Three guys standing around talking to one man. I walked in looking for stuff to make the black on your car black again. They seen me didn't ask if I needed help. Got to the register. Two of them were still talking and one had a tell the guy to move so he could get to the register. They did ask if I wanted a bag which I thought was good because most people just throw the bags away
One of the worts places you can go on Sundays or later during the day. Always close, or they have always a sing outside saying their system its done or some other issues. Always the same.
This place is the best! Joshua at this advanced auto location always gives me the best help and service an I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my automotive needs.
The manager yoandry has given me the best service I’ve received in years I been looking for an hour for a specific bolt and nut size for my motorcycle and he’s been there with me along the way as I’m going back and fourth to my house figuring out the size which I found because of him he deserves a raise
Went to buy r134a refrigerant and other stuff when I saw my receipt the price was almost double from what it was on the shelf. Luis T. which is the manager or acting manager said that that was not the price that everything has increased which I understand but that was not what was showing and he said that those were not ready to sell yet but they did sell it to me and when I asked why was it sold to me then all I got was crickets. The manager didn't even bother honoring the price that was displayed there, pretty much had that it is what it is attitude. So I asked refund. Never again I buy anything here!!!!
Great staff and location have everything you need and are very helpful a guy named Steven helped me, This will be my go to store when I need something from now on thank you!
Expensive prices vs Auto Zone for same products. Employees are not fucused or knowledgeable about how to search for products on their systems.
Some of the products being sold do not look new.
They have very low in-store inventory.
The employees are always on their phones and are very distracted and not interested in selling.
The employees and manager all act as if they are too busy socializing to help customers.
David "Dave" Escobar, manager he said he is, denied me entry and his employer revenue by telling me they were closed at 7:37 p.m. Sunday, 08/23, while their door sign and online info said they close at 8 p.m. Sundays. When questioned about this, he said "corporate" had to change the sign and angrily ripped the sign off himself.
Service was fine but they won’t clear codes or provide print outs of the code “due to Covid.” But sat in my car to do the code read? Auto zone down the street will clear the code and provide a print out of it.
They were not helpful at all. Told me to go to another store for assistance with the purchase of a new battery because he was unable to install my battery. I have gone to this store for many years but I will never go back again. Bad customer service
Here the associates are very helpful and you really feel welcomed in here. Changed my battery and were careful at all times thanks to Abel for that. Seus Fernandez did a great job inside the store getting what I needed.
Store is supposed to open at 7:30am, apparently not, well i waited until 7:50 am. And the person inside never opened the door. I guess opening the door is not part of his job.
Definitely is really really bad place for order part, I order my ball joint at 3:00 pm and I was pick up around 5:30, after wait in line inside the store for 25 min. The guy come with my parts and has a missing parts( open box), of course don''t has more and At the end of the day I loose my time, Absolutely I never ever again I will order front this company, that situation really Pick me off. Everything was fine, I place an order for 7 quarts of motor oil online since this was the branch closest to me. And I when to pick it up 2 days later and everything was exactly as I ordered. Not all branches carry the type of oil I need for my car. But this one does thank god is even close to my place.
I bought brakes with a Lifetime Warranty from Advance Auto in Miramar & University, now that store is closed.
I went to this location to verify that the warranty was in the system, but the clerk told me that Advance Auto Store computers are not linked.
Since I can not find my original receipt, they can not honor the brake warranty. This is unacceptable!
Takes forever to ask for parts or to pay.. horrible staffs.. and judging people after they pay and leave in front of other waiting customer.. this place needs to rehire new staffs that want to work. I give this place a negative if i could.
Rude rude rude! Arrived early, employee Luz was outside and flat out told me that she did not care if she was a manager she would not open the store for me. No need to be rude she could’ve easily said their opening time was 9 am. Even though the internet says 8:00am Rude people lost my business.
I came in for a special as advertised for the mobile one. All the regular 10w 30 synthetic was sold out. The employee helping me was not helpful and her accent was so bad I could hardly understand her and I speak both English and Spanish. With what I did purchase, she went to re-enter my information of the computer while holding my ID put in my first name under the last name and my middle name under my first name, address and everything was wrong and it was told the only thing that mattered was the phone number anyway. I have had many positive experiences with advance Auto Parts throughout the u.s. but this location it was very poor.

Love this location. The level of service they give is amazing. I went in on a busy day to get new wipers and the guy assisting me was extremely helpful and even offered to install the wipers for me despite it being busy. They make you feel like they truly care and want to help. I went back not even a week later to get my battery checked and Jorge was awesome, super helpful and kind! I ended up needing a new battery and he found one that fit my car and installed it for me. Definitely going back for any car issues in the future.
