I went to get my truck diagnosed to figure out whether or not if it was a bad battery or a starter on my truck and the clerk, Mike was very kind enough to assist me with trying to get the matter resolved. He was able to check and assist to see if I still have warranty on the battery he also conducted diagnostic code test on the truck to see exactly what the code would look like and also recommended a gaming options to upgrade my battery as well. Told me that it would be a great thing. I’m moving forward. The overhead of upgrading was not bad at all. I was OK with the price point increase and then also Mike did advise that he was going to print out another diagnostic sheet just to see if any codes may have changed look for any other issues that may arise so I just wanna come on here and say that he did a very very fantastic job. It is diligence attention to detail and also his knowledge about car systems and etc.. Thank you Mike. Great job.

While at CVS on 32nd Ave my car started to give way and loose power as my husband was taking me to work. After several attempts to drive me and my husband quickly realized we were not going to be able to drive the car as is. The auto zone was literally next door to cvs. We made it to the Auto Zone off 32nd Ave and 199th where An Employee named Micheal was extremely helpful and help me and my husband from the start. This young man's dedication to resolving the issue to my car was relentless. At the end his skills and auto knowledge proven successful and resolved my car troubles. Everyone at AutoZone especially Michael C was extremely kind and helpful! I’m so glad I came to this location. My headlights and the interior light were out, and I had both of my kids with me (very hyper ). I didn’t even know what I needed or how to change the lights, and Michael literally took the time to explain everything and even changed them for me.

Did a same day online order. Only recieved some items. The expensive items like 200 dollar battery and 75 dollar valve cover were missing, when I call instead of making it right and bringing missing items. They tell me wait 3-5 business days to get a refund for missing items. This is terrible customer service.
They help you out just provided them vehicle info and they got you, I purchased a spark plugs and a coil due to my car jumping. They provided me the car diagnostic showed what was still the issue swapped out the old plugs Bam Bam no more jumping. Very helpful

I was greeted upon entering the store.. the guest service was great.. jay is the one who assisted me with my car.. he came out and did a battery check and told me it was bad and most likely due to the corrosion built up on it.. luckily my battery was still covered under warranty and he swap it for me and showed me some products to get to clean off my terminals around the battery before we installed the new one.. jay was very accurate and helpful.. I would continue to recommend this location

There has been ongoing issues with my vehicle battery and I found myself giving it a jump fairly too often in a day; therefore, I concluded that my battery needed to be changed IMMEDIATELY.
I went to an Advance Auto Part near the area of my location; however, the sales representative shut me down completely. He advised that due to the timeframe (approx 30 mins before closing) he was unable to service me. It was highly frustrating because the issue was above me.
I proceeded to look up Auto Part stores that were nearby and called to see if they were able to change my battery.

I had a great customer service experience with Michael C. I had a long day and just knew if was going to get worse but Michael had to be heaven sent his positive attitude and his determination towards helping me find a solution to my car problems was everything.
