I walked into this autozone and was greeted by Store manager Jay. He was very polite and attentive. I came in with a battery issues and left a very satisfied customer. Thank you for your help. I appreciate it.
I was greeted upon entering the store.. the guest service was great.. jay is the one who assisted me with my car.. he came out and did a battery check and told me it was bad and most likely due to the corrosion built up on it.. luckily my battery was still covered under warranty and he swap it for me and showed me some products to get to clean off my terminals around the battery before we installed the new one.. jay was very accurate and helpful.. I would continue to recommend this location

Where do I even start?
There has been ongoing issues with my vehicle battery and I found myself giving it a jump fairly too often in a day; therefore, I concluded that my battery needed to be changed IMMEDIATELY.
I went to an Advance Auto Part near the area of my location; however, the sales representative shut me down completely. He advised that due to the timeframe (approx 30 mins before closing) he was unable to service me. It was highly frustrating because the issue was above me.
I proceeded to look up Auto Part stores that were nearby and called to see if they were able to change my battery.
Thankfully, at the location of 3750 NW 199th St, Miami Gardens, FL 33055 (STORE #4898) where MICHAEL C is located, ACCEPTED MY SERVICE REQUEST WITH ZERO ISSUES. He is the true definition of customer satisfaction and going above and beyond for others. Michael C was adamant about resolving my vehicle battery issue and did just so with his organic smooth personality.

I had a great customer service experience with Michael C. I had a long day and just knew if was going to get worse but Michael had to be heaven sent his positive attitude and his determination towards helping me find a solution to my car problems was everything. I have been in customer service for over 25 years and I rarely see or meet someone with his kindness even in my field. I had some great customer service experience in that store. As soon as I came through the door, both guys on the shift offered me help. I was looking for some lights. Danny T was really nice , he went outside to my car and looked at the light so I can match the color, explained exactly what I needed. Another guy found an air filter for me. Really good customer service , really appreciate all the help.
