I just want to share my experience with advance auto… I am deaf mute and everywhere I go is hard for me to communicate and I’ve been having trouble with my car so I went in to advance auto and Alberto took his time and helped me get what I needed to get my car back to normal…. He understood that I was deaf and he went and took his phone out and we both communicated…. I am so glad I walked into this store and meet Alberto thank you for taking your time and helping me with my car. Excellent customer service

I came in having a problem with my battery and mister Alberto took care of me and helped me with my problem he explained to me what was going on…. Alberto is very knowledgeable and helped find the way to fix the problem…

The best decision ever made by Advance Auto was to bring back Albert the store manager. Since Albert has been back, his employees keep the clean, the store is well organized and Albert and his staff is pleasant and knowledgeable the products I've purchased. As long as Albert and his team is at this store I will continue to shop there as well as refer friends and family members to that store. Great job to Albert and his team at store 9369.

Needed help with a battery & a girl with green eyes was great help, helped me install the battery in my car and tested out my check engine , was able to tell me everything wrong with my car so i could fix it, Great customer service from her & the other team members

Extraordinary service! Carlos from store #9369 was very knowledgable and patient. He not only changed the battery but also explained how to install the hood lift supports. He helped me to obtain the number to order the parts. Would highly recommend him (this store) to anyone and specially women who tend to need more support in this field. Thank you, Carlos!

Neatly stocked store. Friendly and helpful staff. If they don't have they will find it and order it. The only negative is the construction in front on NW 183 street.

You definitely cannot beat the price for the anti-corrosive fluid that they sell. The problem was that they advertised it for $2 and then I got charged 3 at the register and when I asked very poor attitude Sunday attendance then he went on to tell me he doesn't have the power to change the price so I told them you should go in at least do it with the marker. I also reminded him about the first rule of customer service and the second and then the third but I guess he was not interested. Basically it's just an issue of lack of training or somebody not willing or does not know about customer service.

Very bad care, asked the two people standing at the front to help me find a tool and they didn’t pay attention to me at all, I was running back and forth. Horrible customer care.

It is the worst auto parts company in the world. I just got a mass sensor and week later went to return it because it was not working. I had to buy it from the dealer and the manager of the store denied the return. I lost my $86.00 I will never expend one single penny in this company. They are stealing from customers

Mike was awesome. Being that my sister and I have never been under a hood of a car, we were hesitant about the pressure build up with adding coolant. And Mike helped us pick the right coolant and helped us add it. Which is a big deal for us. We really appreciate him taking the time out to provide us with 5-star customer service and not making us feel as though we were stupid for not understanding the problem. Thanks Mike!
