Horrible experience. I went looking for a spark plug and a guy treated me horribly. I asked for NGK spark plugs and there was no answer. They should put people who want to work and help customers.
This took place 6/26 around 7pm. I have been coming to this store for quite some time now because I’ve been a resident in Miami Gardens my whole life. I had the worst experience ever and it shocked me to the core all I could do was walk out the store. In the past I had borrowed the battery pack from this store and all I had to do was leave my ID and return to get my ID back. The guy that normally helps me is a lighter complexion maybe Jamaican he’s so kind and sweet and would always give me advice on my car very very helpful always 5 stars to you ! So I walked in and ask the younger guy he said he wasn’t sure about what I was talking about so he went to ask the older guy dark skin with an accent as well he barely said anything to me at first very low talking I let him know that the other guy let me use the battery pack before etc he said um no we don’t do that here he said I don’t know who would let you do that I said really ? He had me thinking I was imagining so pretty much communication was bad after that he offered me a 181$ battery jump pack I’m like wow I just only need a jump I’ll bring it right back because I have a 3year old sitting in a hot car so I just said nvm and left and went to the one of 47TH avenue and I kid you not I walked in and said hey I know this may sound crazy but can I borrow the battery charger and I leave my ID he said yes sure with no hesitation he gave it to me and I returned it within less than 10 mins. I just couldn’t believe how I was treated at the other store I had been stressed out thinking I was at my ends because I had to catch Uber to get to both auto parts and the first couldn’t help me so I just thank GOD the other store was so kind to me and able to help immediately. I even came back to the store to purchase a bunch of stuff I needed for my car. I will not be going back to the location on 27TH Avenue never again. I just wish the other guy was there to help me because he always do but I simply cannot support a store like that anymore with terrible customer service from the 2 guys that was there mainly the older gentleman I can’t believe they acted so clueless with me smh.
I am so very happy that Advance Auto Parts is getting a new store. They deserve a new up grade cuz they are a great team of guys that have a great customer service. I just love this store on 183rd and 27th ave. Very happy7/5/23 advance auto parts will always be my store for parts and stuff...
Great customer received from Will this morning. My car was a but hesitantto turn o so I came in, in a rush as I have an appointment to get to, and Will was so kind and so very helpful. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with my new battery installed. Thanks so much, Will!
I went in today looking for an oxygen sensor. Nick (or Reneque based on receipt #8921) took care of me I must say... his customer care skills are top tier. You simply don’t expect that kind of service from retail. I can tell he is passionate about the company and transmits positive vibes.
The part wasn’t available in the store but showed me all options I had, explained in details, took his time, and ended up ordering a factory made part. He confirmed my phone number and offered to call me when the part gets there. Absolutely awesome service from him. I totally recommend the store and if you need help you should ask for him.

I go there to buy parts / Check engine light they know exactly what's wrong, what i need and what steps i should take...
the first couple of times i went there i would listen but then refer my issues to a mechanic.. and they give me the same advice as the staff at advance auto
