Best staff. Every time I go, they are so nice and try to be helpful even if they don’t have what I need. The employees Lanaya and DJ are very sweet girls and I’d go to them again. The day staff sometimes needs more help but that’s not their fault. Drew is very helpful and funny in moments that are usually stressful. My favorite store in Dade

The lady in the front desk was very pleasant and professional. She answered all my questions and help me find the best solution for my car. Didn't get her name, but she had curly dark hair, and i believe was black america.
My experience at Advanced Auto Parts was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
It started early in the morning when my plumbing van was stuck in the shop with a dead battery. Since I couldn’t jump it in the shop, I went to Advanced Auto Parts to buy a battery cable to recharge it. The sales representative assured me that the cable would work but mentioned it was non-refundable, which I understood and accepted.
Unfortunately, the part did not work. I ended up wasting hours and driving 30 minutes to pick up a working cable from someone I knew — losing valuable time and money because I couldn’t get to plumbing jobs.
When I went back to Advanced Auto Parts to explain the situation and request a refund (or at least an exchange for a working product), the representative refused and told me to call management. I calmly explained that I respected their policy but that it didn’t make sense for a defective part to be non-refundable. I even offered to take an exchange instead of a refund.
The salesperson said they would check for a replacement, then came back claiming none were in stock. However, when I later called Advanced Auto Parts Customer Service, they contacted the same store — and suddenly the store did have one in stock.
At that point, it was clear that the employee had lied to me, and the entire situation had already wasted far too much of my day.
This experience was disappointing, dishonest, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone
Came 3 times to this store and the attention is less than horrible. There is never anyone available for a battery replacement. And the employee says “I just work here” so if your battery is death I will highly recommend not to come to this store, they will turn you away and tell you to come a in a few hours and after you come back they will come up with a different excuse.

This is the best advance auto parts ever. They turn your car situation into something positive even when you’ve walked in stressed. They genuine try their best to help. I’ve been dealing with car issues for about 2 years and each time I have an issue, they help fix the problem. The manager “Dru” trains his staff to help their customers in the most humble correct way possible for the company. When having car trouble and need parts please come to this location.
I thunk this has been the worst place ive called .after being on hold for 12 minutes i hang up and called again ,someone just pick up and hang up i called again and without them answering the phone i we strait on hold another 9 minutes and no one pick .. NOT COOL FOR YOUR COSTUMERS
Very smooth and friendly service. Auto parts stores can be a pain at times. Ordering online and picking up was super easy and I will definitely do it again.
6/29/24 excellent. Easy to park. Clean store. Employee Alberto M was very very helpful. I needed wiper blades. I looked at the huge variety, then went to the cashier. He walked me back over, showed me I could buy just the passenger side blade. I bought it. Alberto was very knowledgeable, friendly yet professional, and even came outside to put it on.
Best place around 441 and Ne 199 street to buy your car accessories. I purchased batteries and they installed them on the spot. Good service and helpful, friendly staff. They have everything you need for your car.
Joel was AMAZING!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You guys are so lucky to have this great team member on your staff. Joel went above and beyond came out to look at the car and explained the issue to my husband. He explained and showed my husband the part we needed and KUDOS!!!!to him. The worst Advance Auto Parts in life. I placed my order 4 days ago, my order is not ready and when i called, the woman said: i barely hear you and hang up the phone. I called back and then they left in the line 20 minutes and then calling back and nobody answer. I dont know about my order, they dont refund also! Whats wrong with this people? Never recommend this place to nobody! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had to return item I purchased four days ago. I ask about returning policy before putting and was told that I had to have a receipt. The manager was giving me a hard time Saying I should make sure it is for me before returning. It was unnecessary. I was given my credit after listening to his b. S.
I came in completely lost as to how to fix my car battery, but this lovely gentleman named Sebastien came and practically saved the day. He assessed the problem quickly and was efficient in replacing my battery and he also went the extra mile and half to recommend the terminals and wiper blades. He was amazing!!! If you need help with anything you need to go see Sebastien at this location. He"ll take care real good care of you. Wink wink
Anna was great. She was the only female working that day and might I say she was the only one doing real physical labor. Great job Anna. I just thought with there being 3 male employees they could have leant her a better hand. Overall the customer service was on point and the store was very clean.

Barby the night manager is world class! Upon my arrival, she not only greeted me but offered to help me find the LED flashlight I needed. Unfortunately, the flashlight proved to be defective but her customer service was consistently professional at my return. It was so delightful to receive a hassle-free transaction by a personable individual that makes you feel welcomed at each visit. This is rare in today's world and worthy of recognition. Barby makes the service of this establishment shine; a true asset to this company!
Today my car battery died so my daughter's aunt came in the rain with her kids to make sure I got a jump start and that I did not break down on the road . We called advance auto parts on 441 and 199th. We spoke with someone called Barby, she was easy to speak with and she helped use quickly, there were no service guys around at the time we came in . So Barby came out with here tool table and changed our battery in less than 5 minutes. I will be for ever be grateful for this woman, Barby. Thank you.l! Store 09355

The Lady Polly was very helpful/fast when I went to exchange My Son battery May 10, 2017, it could have been very Complicated the fact I did not have the receipt and was purchased from a location on the West Coast. Sorry I can't say the same for the Guy who worked in the parts Dept. Who seemed to busy to get the battery from inside My Car. But Thanks to a Customer in the line for bringing it inside for Me, and the Guy who picks up parts for the Store who took the replacement battery back to the car for Me.
