Brought lifetime warranty alternator, over $300. Paid mechanic $150 to install it. .Same day car broke down. Went got bradnew battery. Light still on. Next mechanic check it. It's the alternator. Who has that kind of money to pay mechanic to drop that alternator again. O'Reilly has starter alternator test. Why not check it before you sale it..

Having c troubles as usual, I was searching up watched like 2 YouTube videos going around trying to run test on my friends car to see what’s going on, she just got it. I asked and older guy I think eraynaldo he was so nice gave us the information we need. Then I woken with Richar he gave us the answers we needed. Then I spoke with a lady to rent out so some tools I asked her do you guys have tools we can use. She mentioned it to a guy name George, he said he wasn’t paying attention so I pulled up a photo. He said man stop playing with me, you gotta buy that. You should already know when you get here that you got to buy. Don’t play with me. So I said I don’t appreciate you being short and he spoke over me not showing any type of understanding. He ruined the entire experience, thing is I never even walked up to him but you can’t expect everyone to have good customer service. Thanks.

The customer service I've experienced at O’reilly, made me a Loyal customer. The manager was extremely helpfull, he help me in a way that made me feel like going anywhere else would be pointless. I extremely recommend this specific O’Reilly. Being my first time at O’Reilly I'm just 100% satisfaction with the experience, highly recommended

If I could give no stars I would.. I was sold a part after giving year, make and model. When I tried to put the part on. It didn't match. I called store asking for same part giving same year, make & model. I was given a different part #. Asked for the part to be held as it was the last one. I told him I had to walk to pick it up when it stopped raining. When I arrived at the store. I asked for the manager to express my displeasure. Because when I originally picked up the part the person was on his personal phone. When the manager walks up it was the person who sold me the wrong part. I said boss you sold me the wrong part . Without doing any type of investigation he throws his hand in the air as if he's annoyed. Saying you gave me the wrong part #. I told him I don't know your part # I gave Y ,M,M & engine type. I used to work at AutoZone. Before I can finish my statement he cuts me off. The part #s are different here & there. Mistake #2- I was going to give him an out. People put items back in the wrong location I get that. Part # are close. It Could have been a mistake I would have accepted that. But when he decided the best course of action as MOD was to embarrass me in front of his report to's & other customers I couldn't accept that. Im standing in front of you dripping in sweat because of your mistake how are you going to make it right by me ? Instead of investigating he doubles down you gave me the wrong info. I said this is what you're teaching them as a manager wow. O'REILLY'S 'management training on full display. Argue with a customer who has the proof you were wrong. At this time the gentlemen who I spoke to slides the correct part to the manager . How was he able to find the correct part with the given info and you couldn't. (Look at the receipt) Mistake again He could have grabbed the wrong part because the location was close. But when I played that day over he was actively using his phone while searching for the part. What he failed to realize is that I could have serverly damage my car electrical circuits.if I had turned it on. Here's the new commercial. He customer it might be our fault Still COME SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED $ AT O'REILLY'S. where we treat customers right like we want them to return. Everything I've said is verifiable. Receipts. And your own in-store CCTV from day of original purchase and today when i made return. Look at the receipt. I asked for a alternator pigtail. Part # S2533. I was given Signal CN Part # S2537 He still didn't have a leg to stand on. Two different parts that do different things. Two different electrical gauges. Thank God I checked one last time before cranking or my car could have caught fire with my wife and special needs child in the car . DO YOU SEE HOW IMPORTANT ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS ? SMALL THINGS CAN BECOME BIG Things INCLUDING THE LOST OF LIFE.

This was one of the best parts store on the country. Recently this place has been chaotic. While the staff is knowledgeable and well trained they are rude. The is an endless hold time to talk to someone at the store. Although the lines are shore it takes an eternity to get the parts. I strongly believe the store manager should be replaced in an effort to rehabilitate the work culture. This place needs all the help it can get. Stay away.

This store is located in Miami Florida and the workers doesn’t want to attend the customer in Spanish, in my opinion is not a correct service because I know in the store there are people that talk in Spanish

I went to find a parts for my car, after visiting every car parts store in the area no luck and no one had it. I went to this store and Mr.Alexander went out of his way to find it in the back best customer service I ever had. Thank you again

I had a coupon code readily available on my phone to be used at the cash register upon checking out. The associate had no clue on how to use the code. I called customer service once my account was verified the representative gave me the code for the associate to use to obtain my discount. The same code that the representative gave the associate was the same on my phone. 14 minutes of time spent. Yes I was upset.

I think they selling refurbished parts because I bought a hub bearing for my front the first one lasted 3 months take it back and got another one and it lasted 3 weeks have to go to another auto parts store because I do not trust a parts anymore it's a shame that they do their customer this way after you spend all that money on a part now I have the same problem

My time at O'Reilly was pleasant at this location. The staff was very personable, helpful, and understanding. Unrelated to the staff. I went there to get spark plugs and coils. The sparkplugs were easy peasy but the coils prices were ridiculous. One coil going for $79 and up when you in most cases need a pack of four is way too pricey. At Walmart and other locations selling the coils in a pack and for way cheaper with and without warranty.

This Auto parts store has everything you've going to need for your vehicle.. Everybody Must Wear a Face Mask..Customers are able to pay for Their Merchandise with Cash Credit card. .The employees are helpful getting the Needed items..The parking space is for the customers..

The employees is a horrible,liar, and Thieves. The manager name dee( pregnant) btw was very disrespectful and was threatening my husband with a gun cause of a transaction that was made at the store And no merchandise was not took. The manager Dee was so outrageous loud and disrespectful to the point we will never come back unless she is gone from the store or even the company. After the fact that I showed her the transaction was completed on my end. She called the police on us and completely lied. The police said for us to just leave cause nobody has a gun. And they knew that Dee the manager was a little liar . I will be in contact with corporate on Monday

Friday’s blessings ;; Yesterday (Thursday) a police woman pulled me over , gave me a citation . my right brake light was out . Today Friday I went to get it taken care of ASAP , the store I went was the O’Reilly auto parts store on 19180 nw 27th ave in Miami Gardens . This store is not near my house but I must say I love this store . SUPER NICE People OMG I walk in and I told them what happen and if they can help me find the bulb . He said hold on a Sec looked it up on the computer and came back. Next thing I know he has the bulb in his hand it was 8 dollars . I paid it then he says is your car here, I said yes . he said ok let’s go install it I said wait, can I get cash back from my card cause I want to give you guys something if you’re going to install it , He said no, the machine doesn’t give cash back but don’t worry we are suppose to help you , I can’t says enough about how nice everyone in that store was WOW. I’m on my own so everything I do I have to , pay a Machanic for . So when someone helps me like that “My cup runneth over “ . So impressed on how they are ! so end of story everything is fixed Never doubt there are Blessings everywhere, definitely my store ‼

I would like to say that the manager Sal went above and beyond with Customer Service. He assisted my wife that came into the store to purchase parts for our vehicle and Sal went above and beyond to assure that the parts she needed was exactly what she needed so that she wasn't just buying things just because that's what a mechanic said she needed. He tested the car with a part from his vehicle to assure that it was the piece she needed then he went a step further to assist her by allowing her to borrow a tool she needed and to give her a discount for the parts she did need in fact. This store has exceptional customer service and the manager is an example of the representation of the company. O'Reilly has a permanent customer from this day forward. Thank you so much for an exceptional service!

Fabulous service if you want to know what is wrong with you car. They have a machine that will give you a diagnosis. Many people don't know about this place, so you will not have a long wait.

They have some very nice parts their prices are great the store looks very nice inside and the staff is great and they have a lot of things that other car parts store don't have and that's a plus in my book. And the store is very nice and clean I will be buying all my parts from there from now on
