Please be very very careful. This company is a complete scam. Phone number listed is not in service. They take your vehicle and disappear. My car has been with them since June. No one is returning my calls or the insurance. DO NOT TRUST THEM. The address listed is own by another business not Wrecked Collision Center.
Complete garbage and unprofessional company and service. Just a heads up this company is NOT BBB accredited and I see why. These people have had my car for 2 months and keep giving me the run around on why it isn’t done being fixed yet. My insurance covered some back damage but I figured I’d go ahead and fix some other damage I had out of pocket. I paid these ppl almost $4000 and suddenly stopped hearing from Chris. I gave them the car April 8th. It is now May 27th and counting. Just got off the phone and the lady says they are going to start fixing my car tomorrow!!!! So what were you doing for over 2 months???!!! If these people show up or reach out to you for accident repair…RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! You will be waiting forever and they really don not care to understand a sense of urgency.
Do not go there! They will squeeze money out of your insurance and put your used and the cheapest parts! Even after a year my car still haven’t been fixed and has terrible issues after this shop! If you have the same issues, please contact me so we can file combined lawsuit! This place is a perfect example of a Florida scam!

From the moment I walked into Wrecked Collision Center, Egypt and Ariel made me feel like family. They handled my car with care, and the results are amazing. The team is friendly, fast, and professional. Highly recommend!
They stole my deceased brother in law's rims, sound system, and parts. The car was here for an extended period of time after being in an accident. The shadiness of how this business is ran is utterly ridiculous. They are accident chasers who have tow trucks bring cars to their facility hoping for the next big break. The damage they described wasn't as significant based on how they threw the car together. They tried to railroad us with a list of parts that were extremely expensive. Following their directions, we ordered all NEW parts and they didn't even need them. Fast forward to now, we currently are here trying to pick up the vehicle. Low and behold we received the vehicle with 3 out of 4 balding tires, factory rims that don't match, a missing sound system and a story of how they don't know where everything is. The story changed from person to person and we have to file a police report. Stay away from these accidents chasers and SCAMMERS!
I strongly advise against leaving your vehicle here for repairs. This business demonstrates unprofessional conduct, consistently providing excuses for delayed repairs and failing to meet promised deadlines. The experience of dealing with this auto collision repair facility was extremely frustrating. Our damage was limited to a minor bumper replacement.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and patient, explaining the repair process in detail and keeping me updated on the progress throughout. They even went above and beyond to help me secure a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired.

They came to my home, towed my vehicle, provided understanding and education about the repair process, and took care of dealing with the insurance company. I had my car taken here twice to get fixed after getting into two accidents. I am extremely happy with the services provided with my vehicle. Letty was very helpful with the process. Emily’s customer service was on point ! She answered all my calls when I called for an update. I definitely recommend this body shop for your repairs ! 10/10
Recently had a car accident in Miami and was totally stressed about my yellow Lamborghini Urus. I called AutoResQ and they were amazing. Sent a tow truck to pick up my car right away and handled the insurance claim for me. They took my car to their auto body shop and not only fixed it up but also did some upgrades I wanted. Everyone there was super nice and honest about everything. Really made the whole process easy. Highly recommend them if you’re ever in a car accident!
Unfortunately, I wasn't pleased with my experience with the shop. Frist they didn't disclose that the only method of payment that they accept is Zelle, Cash or Check. For a body shop to not accept credit card, I think is absolutely absurd. But, for them to not inform the customer of that from the beginning is even more ridiculous. I also had to constantly be on top of them to get an update on my car's progress because they kept pushing the deadline back and I needed my car for my trip. However, Chris who was in charge of my car was polite and did answer my calls whenever I needed an update. When it finally came time to pick up my car and make the payment, I was upset when they informed me that I couldn't pay with a credit card because its not something I was made aware of and for the new manager Emanual, to tell me that "Its my responsibility to have that kind of money knowing what my deductible was". I don't think its professional for a manager to tell a customer that they are expected to have $1k lying around when most people use their credit cards for such payments. He also kept telling me that there are a lot of changes he would like to make. I will NOT RETURN to this shop to see "such changes" made.

I would give AutoResQ auto body shop a 10 star but I can only give 5. There are other shops in the area but AutoResQ got me what I was looking for and I am so happy with the support and service the whole team provided. I will come back again if needed. My car had holes in it. They fixed the car to almost like brand new. Replaced fenders and bumpers. Painted and wax the car.

They were extremely nice and cooperative. My car didn't take long only 2 days to do plus the guys ended up being sick the day I had to pick up the car but Letty was doing an amazing job of backing them up with help plus running the inside with call and other clients. They also cleaned the inside and washed the outside of my car afterwards. They do great work and highly recommend them and was very satisfied with there work afterwards and very thankful that I came across there shop

I just want to give Wreck Collision their accolades. The workers are very professional and nice. Although it took a while for my car to be finished due to holidays Christmas and New Years, they kept in contact with me. The job on the car was outstanding. My dad responded to repair with a “WOOOOW, it looks like it wasn’t damaged”. The owner, Ariel is a really sweet person. He is in the business to please his customer and make life a little at ease dealing with wreck vehicle. Shoutout to all the workers for doing an Awesome job!

Truly disappointed. My daughter’s car was in the shop for 2 weeks. They claimed to have fully painted it yet there are several places where you can see chipped paint, cracks and even paint where paint it’s not supposed to be. I called after hours so I did not get a response. I’ll be calling tomorrow to see what their solution is to this horrible job. I’m even embarrassed to say how much I paid because I feel robbed. I do not recommended this shop!
I recommend anyone to come to this place for your repair needs! I got into a collision accident, and being from Texas, I didn’t know where to go. I googled “best collision repair shop near me”, and this place came up. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. No regrets! Geico said 2 weeks to fix my car, I had it back in a week! VERY SATISFIED! It looks newer than when I actually purchased it! Thank you everyone at Wrecked Collision, Awesome job!
I had my 2005 Acura MDX completely painted, a full paint job plus fixing all rust spots and dents. My car’s paint was completely faded with time and miami heat beach weather. Mike took care of everything and I must say they did an awesome job. I was very impressed with the finished results. I would definitely recommend them. Keep up the good work
I don’t usually review places but I really felt like they deserve it! I had an accident with my 2020 Camry and wasn’t sure on how to proceed with the repairs. Wrecked Collision explained the process to me and took care of the claim with the insurance company. My car came out looking brand new again like nothing ever happened. Chris was super awesome and really took care of everything. 10 out 10 highly recommended!
