My daughter’s car had an exploded tire in the middle of the turnpike, I was really concerned. We contacted Toy’s towing company and he answer right away. Service was quick and excellent!!! Thank you.

Service provided was ok, the guy got the job done. Only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because they made me wait more than 1 hour and a half. The guy on charge kept me hanging saying it was gonna take 40 minutes, 1 hour later the driver calls me saying that he just left and made wait another 40 minutes. Absolute disrespect!

Amazing service! I got stuck on okee and they were able to scoop me up super quick, they also left my car exactly where I needed it to be. I was mortified being stuck in traffic but they got me out of there
I did a Google search for a towing company within a mile or so of my pickup location as I needed to get my 1968 Ford Ranger moved locally a few miles to a new location and it hadn't been on the road in quite a while. I needed a flatbed tow truck as the tires were all very low and I didn't want the truck touching the road while moving at any point until I had a chance to fix it up and make it roadworthy first.
Roy's Towing came up as very close and also claimed to have a flatbed towing option available. I called first and was told to text my quote request to the same number I called. I sent the specifics and mentioned I would need the tow in a couple hours which would give me time to get on-site and ready. I received a reasonable quote back and was told that it was OK to text when I got on-site.
A couple hours later I texted from the pickup location and was told a deposit of half now was required in order to send the tow truck and that could be accomplished only via Zelle. Unfortunately for me I didn't have Zelle setup, and when I tried to it just hung there going nowhere. I replied back stating the situation and that I could send via Cash App or Venmo, but that wasn't an option. My contact at Roy's said cash would also work and would be needed by the driver upon arrival. I said, "No problem just give me a few to hit the ATM down the road."
After I got back with cash on-hand I reached back out and I was told by the contact that he still needed a deposit to "send the truck" my way. I tried to get Zelle going again but no luck...I contacted the person again and said I could pay a bit more upon arrival, but that I had no other way to send them cash before arriving. The contact agreed to send the truck without a deposit and after about 20-25 mins the flatbed arrived!
The flatbed truck was in pristine condition, well-maintained, and the driver was very professional and courteous. He got my truck loaded up with care and proceeded with the move. The driver drove carefully and well within limits, ensuring my 1968 truck arrived unharmed...I was very impressed! Also, he never once asked or was pushy about receiving payment although I made sure he received the promised amount before we left and then tipped him a good amount after service was completed.
Thanks again for the service and a special thanks to the driver for taking special care of my truck throughout the haul!
My car broke down on a rainy day on the highway and I’m glad I reached out to roy to get my car towed. I couldn’t have asked for a better service, since my car is lowered he knew exactly what to do in that situation. I’ve had my run with a few towing companies and I can honestly say that this type professionalism and efficiency is not that common in towing companies. If I could rate it 10 starts I would, great service would greatly recommend.
