Ricardo at Autozone was outstanding! I came in for a “Check Engine” light that came on and he was able to verify that I had a bad Master Brake Cylinder and also found that my battery was not charging as it should. He replaced my battery and did so with a very helpful and professional demeanor. It was very refreshing to have had such a pleasant experience. Thank you again for all your help Ricardo - Great Job!!
Good Customer Service, very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. They helped me pull up a DTC code for a check engine light at no cost, and even printed out a summary to present to my mechanic. Would definitely recommend this store, I've been coming here for years.
Anthony was extremely helpful this afternoon! He was able to compare the options for oil and filter for my specific vehicle. He even went and gathered the filter and proper oil while being tentative to other customers in the store. He remembered my exact vehicle when the system was slow at retrieving the correct parts and for that he’s the man!!! Really appreciate his help this afternoon and will continue to visit this location because of his exceptional customer service and great personality!
Absolutely phenomenal experience with them. The store is well stocked, the employees are all super knowledgeable, and everyone is incredibly helpful! I went in because I needed new windshield wipers and the store manager, Crystal R., not only was incredibly patient and polite but also helped me go through 3 different sets of wipers to find the right one for the car. Genuinely such a lovely human being and wonderful experience. Every time I've come here in the past they have been similarly helpful as well. Thank you again for the fantastic service and all the help!!

My car battery went dead while I was in Miami and I stopped by the closest AutoZone. Chrystal and Christopher were amazing. They were kind, patient, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. Not only did they check my battery, they even took the time to explain how to install one myself in case I ever needed to do it in the future. Their customer service was outstanding and truly made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate them both!

Wow! Amazing service from Anthony G. - I needed a new battery and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Changed it out for me in a few minutes and I was on my way. Best customer service I’ve seen in Miami (which is hard to come by)

Went to have my battery changed and was attended by Angelo. Great guy with amazing customer service skills. Noticed my battery was still under warranty and helped me through the process of guiding me through the app on how to check my warranty. Speedy and perfect work.
Terrible Service – Disrespectful Customer Treatment
The service at this location of AutoZone today, February 5, at 10 AM, was completely unacceptable. The adult woman in charge of the commercial area showed no interest in attending to in-person customers, constantly answering phone calls while ignoring those waiting in the store. The service was extremely slow, and her attitude reflected a total lack of professionalism, as if she had no regard for customers’ time.
After all this frustrating experience and the long wait just to be attended, they didn’t even bother to offer me a bag for the items I purchased. Not even the slightest courtesy of asking if I needed one.
It is unacceptable for a company of this level to have employees with such little commitment to customer service. I definitely do not recommend this location, go to another store.
I was in yesterday for a car battery, had an awesome experience. Isabella was the young lady who got my battery and installed the battery for me as well. She was amazing, friendly and very helpful. She did an awesome job. Keep up the awesome job, Isabella you are a great asset to Advance Auto! Thanks again for your great service!

Used their loaner socket wrench, bought my own bit and did what I needed to do 👍
Most other associates would’ve acted annoyed with me coming in and out so many times but they were chill and let me get my car running again 🔥🙏
