An amazing company who got me a driver/operator fast. Really fast. Driver just blew my mind he was so good and fast. My bus is huge and sat very low to the ground. He worked a lot of miracles to get me to the shop. I was stunned at the price when I first heard it. Then when I saw what he had to do I understood and had no problem whatsoever with the price. The actual tow itself was only about 10% of the work. Thanks guys. There is a reason I use companies like yours! Customer for life.... Give that driver a raise!

Just disa[ppointed that the cab only had room for one passenger, we were 2 people so we had to organize an uber to take us home and did not know where the Car was being taken, especially as the Body shop had closed by the time Progressive found us a tow company that actually came - eventually. We were waiting over 2 hours for a tow truck, the first vendor did not turn up and then cancelled after waiting over an hour.
We were stuck roadside in a 40ft. bus. City absolutely provided 100% great service. They came quite a distance, late in the evening, and then had to make a temp repair for the bus to roll. Additionally, Joel towed us and placed us like a true professional. Very happy with their service and care of our motorhome. Thank you Joel.
My car needed to be towed to the shop from my home. I scheduled it online the night before, thru my insurance. The gentleman that came to pick it up was very professional and knew what he was doing. Within a few minutes he had the car on the flatbed and was on his way to the shop. Since I had coverage from my auto insurance, I didn’t have to pay anything.
Tow of 4WD electric to dealer. Driver communicated well. Found location quickly. Knew the requirements of towing an electric 4WD. The egress was a tight space. The driver planned ahead and proceeded carefully.

My bumper was stuck on top of a screw that came out of the wheel/park stopper. I was panicking but Francisco arrived 7 minutes after I placed the service call and fixed it so fast. He even popped the hood to ensure that my radiator and all else wasn’t affected. Thank you so much!!

I didn’t get the chance to meet Francisco,the towing truck operator,but during and after the towing service requested, he was very professional keeping in touch with me through text messages and phone calls,he provided pictures of my vehicle both at the pick up and drop offs locations. Excellent service, wait was a little long but rescuer went above and beyond to help me since I just had Total hip replacement and was going to the pharmacy. He even towed the car to the dealership. I didn't get the driver's name but kudos to him.

Amazing service this evening when we were stuck with a dead battery while on vacation! City Tow was dispatched to us from our roadside assistance. He arrived quickly, jumped our van, and then was able to follow us to an auto parts store to replace our battery. He also followed up with a phone call to check on us. Exceptional service!!
