Really bad service the driver didn’t answer me after he picked up my car he didn’t wanted to take my address and I didn’t know why BUT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO FOLLOW ME HOME AND DROP MY CAR THERE where he was supposed to deliver my car and ended up taking my car the their office he the driver of the towing truck didn’t mention second fees after I give him the payment at the same place WHERE I got broken down AFTER REALIZING HE IS NO FOLLOWING ME ANYMORE I CALL THE TRUCK COMPANY AND THE LADY CALL ERIKA PUT ME ON WHOLE FOR ALMOST 30 minutes and after that she says my car just got to their office that I needed to go over there I ask why my car was dropped off there and she says that the driver just did they job and if I wanted my car to get dropped at other locations I had to pay them 435 dollars for dropping my car at their office which was not even my fault and then she wanted me to pay 198 dollars more for dropping my vehicle 4 and half miles away from their office where they were supposed to drop it the first time THEY TOOK OUT OF MY POCKET 600 almost 700 dollar puls what I had to pay to fix my car I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this people for no one they are a total rip off they charged me a lot of money and I had to pay for they confusion no using their service ever again NO GOOD ,NO BUENO ,
Yesterday, I received service from this company when my car broke down. I have to say, I was left waiting for over three hours. Today, when my dealer called me (as the car was supposed to be delivered there), I was informed that the car was not at the dealer. To my surprise, the driver left my car at the dealer across the street, parked in a way that blocked access, causing a major disruption. The workers and customers couldn’t get in, and it was a total mess. When I called this morning, I was told that the driver had done his job, and that the manager wouldn’t be available until 12 PM. This meant I had to pay for another tow truck. This has been the worst service I’ve ever received.
Waited for 2 and 1/2hours no call back deon dispatch after one hour 30 minutes we called and she said they were in route and last call hour later they were not going to cone out but never was informed
Used GEICO roadside after an accident and they contacted this sorry excuse for a company to tow our vehicle. They left us stranded at the accident site, no communication and I tried calling GEICO but the wait time was an hour. Ended up having to out the spare on and drive home with a damaged vehicle.
I waited for 24 hours to calm down after the horrible experience I had with Supreme Towing. Geico had recommended them to me among others since they didn't cover my towing services from the dealer to my home. Unfortunately, I had no idea what kind of experience I would have to endure. Please note that I had already received bad news from the dealership, so I was not having a good day.
I called Supreme Towing Company, and a woman answered the phone and confirmed that she would get in touch with the tow truck driver who was currently providing services to someone else but would be there as soon as possible. The phone call was around 3 pm. At around 3:52 pm, the dealership advisor contacted me to confirm that the vehicle had been picked up, and the tow truck driver also sent me a text confirming. I knew from experience that it's a 40-minute drive from the pickup location to the drop-off location.
Around 4:13 pm, I requested an ETA and the driver explained that he had a flat tire, apologized, and told me he would be there as soon as possible. Following up around 4:42 pm, I called Supreme Towing, and the lady answered the phone and said he would be there soon. I proceeded to contact the tow truck driver at 5:05 pm, and he explained that he was changing all 8 tires when he previously texted me saying he was going to fix "a flat tire." I called him again at 5:58 pm, wondering how I was going to pay him since he didn't carry a credit card machine, and the office was closed to process my payment and again stated he will be there soon.
At 6:32 pm, I called again for an update, and he said he was now 30 minutes away. At 7:50 pm, I checked for an update with the driver, and he said he was just leaving the tire place and would be there soon. At 7:54 pm, I called the main office to find out if my car was going to be dropped off that day because I was already doubting it. The lady who answered me had zero customer service and explained that he would be there in 10 minutes and "she wasn't going back and forth with me." It was very disappointing the way she spoke to me. Why would you tell a client an estimated time multiple times and be there 5 hours after.
Around 8:24 pm, the driver sent me a screenshot that he would be at the drop-off location in 6 minutes. My vehicle was finally dropped off around 8:30 pm. It goes without saying that I will never use their services again. I totally understand things happen along the way but there was no enough and sincere communication from their end I had to be the one calling to find out where my vehicle was. I had the worst experience receiving a service that I was paying for, which wasn't going to be for free.
Horrible!!! GEICO put the order in at 6:30pm with an ETA of 30 mins. After 45mins tried calling, but went to voicemail??? Call the number GEICO had same problem. Called GEICO to find out when the tow was coming. Now I was going on almost 2 hrs, stuck in the left lane on a busy street. To make it worse, GEICO said they would need to cancel that order and do a NEW ticket!?!? I never heard back from Supreme Towing who left me in a very dangerous situation for 6 hours! Shame on you!! Shame on GEICO!
If you have had an issue with this company, PLEASE report them! I plan on calling State Attorney General’s office and who ever else I can to get this company to strait out its act.
I got a flat on 874, I was scared out of my mind cars flying pass me doing about 100 ..Geico Dispatched Supreme Towing Inc. Who in turn sent a heaven sent driver (sorry I forgot his name) but he was the BEST he stayed on the phone with me while he was in route to tow me home....Great Customer Service the BEST...thank you so much
These people are horrible to do business with. Our car had a reposition order out on it by mistake. This company obtained the vehicle and took it back to their yard. Less than 48 hours I had the issue resolved by the bank, issuing a release for the vehicle. They grab the car on a Monday and on a Wednesday morning I had everything pretty much taken care of with the bank. The bank said that there would be no charges as they cover everything due to it being their mistake I tried to pick up the car Wednesday and Thursday, no one picks up the phone. Finally we get a hold of somebody and they say that you can pick up the car next Tuesday we said why do we have to wait so long and they said because they don’t have anybody available however, if you go to their website, they claim to have 24 hour service Seems like a way to scam the bank for more days of storage. So they finally said that they could make arrangements for us to come Friday to get the vehicle for a convenience fee of $125 which we had a surgery going for that day, however we were able to go get the vehicle that afternoon but guess what the convenience fee went up to $200. I have been in constant contact with capital one and their fraud department about this issue even on the repo release papers. It clearly states no fees to be charged. I can’t wait to send them. The proof that we paid for this extra ridiculous service they did say they would reimburse us and I hope this tow company loses the contract for shady business. It’s companies like this they give tow companies bad names. Also, they never pick up the telephone. How convenient right? I put a copy of the release, which states no fee should be charged the greed I tell you.
Supreme scammers!! Unfortunately just another dirt lot full of scam artists. Claim one thing then will charge for another. Avoid or at the least record everything!

The worst towing company I have ever used. never use this company for any services of this company. They never answer the phone and do not come to look for those to be rescued. Work with on star and they are useless. you should remove the contract for irresponsible.
Le pongo una estrella a este sitio, por que te exige ponerle al menos una, pero son las personas más pocos profesionales que existen, nunca contestan el teléfono, el horario de entrada y salida puesto en su cartel de afuera es algo totalmente puesto ahí por gusto, ya que entran a la hora que ellos quieran, y no respetan ni sus reglas escritas en dicho cartel, hacen todo lo posible por mantenerte tu auto lo más que puedan con ellos, y el tema de la cita que piden es algo completamente innecesario pero lo utilizan para mantenerte más tiempo en espera, lean el cartel y verán que dice de la cita en dicho, la única persona que mejor trato fue el señor, al menos en persona, si puedo decir de los lugares más pocos profesionales que puede haber en esta ciudad y más mala atención al cliente, cuando el trabajador no respeta ni sus propias reglas que pueden esperar para el cliente o necesitado.

Never showed up for a tow, waited over an hour. Tried to contact them but they didn’t even have the professionalism to answer the phone. Extremely dissatisfied.
