0 star review. My car was sent here when it was hit by another car. Sure enough theives from this place stole items from my car. It takes the Spirit of God YAHWEH to be powerful in a person then the spirit of theivery to not take from others. The peace a person must have to not want to cause harm to others. I pray that your people YOUR EMPLOYEES overcome these things. Whoever has done this and is connected shall it be for you. Stop letting evil persist.

Recently had to retrieve our equipment from a stolen trailer at this location. The team at COPART was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding of the situation. Priscila in the office coordinated with us and helped us schedule the best time to make the 4 hour drive to get our belongings. Thank you all for a great experience

I try to be perfectly honest with my reviews. So, at first I was displeased with the communication between me and the office. But, once I was contacted by driver Christian Santos. Due to where my vehicle was I knew it would be a daunting task to be picked up. He was very polite and assured me that he would be able to take care of the situation. He kept perfect communication before, during and after pick up of my vehicle. And I am very thankful for the help that I have received from driver Christian Santos.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My car was towed to Copart Miami by State Farm after flooded, not by choice, and the experience has been a complete nightmare. My car was declared a total loss. For over 3 weeks, I kept asking about my personal belongings. Every time, I was told “we’re taking care of it”but they never did anything. Today, I finally called again to have an update and was told “there’s nothing in the car.” That’s completely false. I had brand new leather seat covers, a webcam, and other personal items inside. Now everything is gone. To make it even worst, they also never returned my license plate (tag) which could cause serious issues for me. It’s clear that items are being stolen or mishandled, and there is zero accountability. This place is shady, unprofessional, and should not be trusted. Avoid Copart Miami at all costs.

Pretty rude. Doesn't matter the order you come in, they pick choose who they want to help. Its like you arent even there. Waited our 40 minutes to get attended, since they were choosing who to help.

We bought a car here with actual miles( was 46.000) and we got the title in mail with not actual miles!!! This is a Scam!!! Stay a way! That’s the way to legally the illegal

Honestly the worst place and attention ever! I went to go get my things from my car 3 hours after it arrived to COPART and things were already missing: Prada sunglasses, money and a speaker. I was told by the manager that they were going to look into it and give me a solution. I NEVER got a call back or an email with a solution. I am tried of calling and being on put endless hold or being told that he will call me back and never actually doing it. I went on June 25th and still no answer. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS if I could.

GARBAGE company GARBAGE customer service. Just an over all POS company. I can’t even begin to decree the sour taste these people left in my mouth. I’ve been waiting since Friday June 28 for these people to pick up my totaled car , which they never bothered showing up for when I actually needed them so I had to figure it out. I spoke to at least 6 different people who were otherwise completely useless. Every time I called for an update it was a different excuse as to why they could not get my car. I have never had such a terrible experience. I can’t for the life of me understand why insurance companies affiliate with such mediocrity. After about 10 business days and back to back phone calls with they and state Farm they finally decided they felt like picking up my car at their convenience. I don’t usually write reviews like this but this god awful company is infuriating. If you’re smart you will not do business with them. Judging by the experiences of others I am not at all surprised. GARBAGE.

My partner got into a car accident a week ago. Her insurance works with Copart to tow cars that are a total loss. The towing company never arrived the day of the accident and they are closed on the weekend, so she had to pay for another towing company out of pocket to remove the vehicle and take it to a body shop. She has been back and forth with Copart for a week now trying to get her car towed to the proper location so that the car can be appraised by her insurance. Every day there is an excuse for why the car hasn’t been tolled yet. The weekend is now coming up and we will still have to wait for them to tow the car. Avoid them at all costs.

As many other customers mentioned, I got the same issue here. Many items in the trunk stolen, including the missing battery, exhaust pipe with a catalyst, cut wires, and receiving the wrong key. My wife is the victim of a serious car accident. The other driver's insurance company took my car into Copart before going to bodyshop. My car was totally vandalized. Don't trust them and don't allow to go your car here after a car accident. Allstate Insurance Company has contracted with them, but they don't care about the issue with Copart. If your car goes there, you have to watch 24/7 by yourself. Just bring your car home to save your car. Their lawyer Dorothy, who live in Texas somewhere, just said that "it is not Copart responsibility. Period."

Mr Santos and team the worse people to work with. They damage my vehicle and it was vandalized. The management dint show sympathy or not accepted responsibility. They are dishonest

Picked up a car from there recently. A little about impressions. An exhaust pipe with a catalyst was cut out of the car (and replaced with a corrugation for the sake of appearance), also when the exhaust pipe was taken out, all the wires were cut off behind the engines (so as not to interfere). And in addition to everything - they gave the key to the wrong car. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

I had my car totaled in an electrical fire with my golf clubs stuck in the trunk. Copart helped me pry the trunk open. Clubs were untouched. They went above and beyond and were friendly and courteous the whole way. Many thanks Copart.

I went to go pick up my stuff today in the rain that had my batman seat cover and batman streering cover in my car from this place. When i open the car door. The stuff was missing. They took my stuff without asking me. No call or txt from them. So make sure you get your stuff before the tow truck take your car to place..

Easy transfer from payment to pickup vehicle. Only complaint was the fork lift driver had inclined the vehicle to far forward onto its front grill and had broke the front bumper with grill. Be wary on how they transfer your vehicle from the storage to your pickup location.

I got to this location and signed in virtually and waited and waited and waited and finally went inside after being told that I was 4th in line and has waited 40 minutes after everyone was gone I went in and was greeted nicely and helped quickly but how long was I gonna be waiting had I not gone inside? I am not upset but copart can do better!

Way too busy to feel comfortable. COVID19 mandates were in effect when I visited, and the rules were 100% enforced. That’s to be expected, I guess.

Guys on the fork lifts do not watch for you. I was almost hit both in my car and walking to the office. They speed through the lot. No care when picking up your purchase with the forklift either. Just rush rush rush. The staff is pleasant though. The only saving grace.

I had an Amazing experience at this facility. The manager was so helpful, any question I had he gladly answered and resolved as soon as he could. Also when loading out the unit, I was presented with the best loader in Copart. All staff super nice and well educated. Great presence of family and unity.

I was told they would come tow my car to purchase from me. They have assigned 4 different drivers and none of them have attempted to even help me tow the car over there. One of them supposedly got into in accident. It's been over a week and we still haven't been able to resolve this. I DO NOT reccomend

This is an interesting place. They are very busy and at first may not seem friendly. They sort of expect the person to know what they are doing. If you explain to them, you have no idea what you're to do, they become more helpful. Helpful tips: Do not wear open toe shoes, they can not allow you on the lot. This information is not on their webpage. Also be sure and ask how to get the gate back open when you're ready to leave. Bring paper and something to write with. The lots are so large everything starts to run together
