I called them again because I needed to verify he had the piece he kept hanging up on us Horrible customer service Find a better job if you can do your own job, especially if you’re the owner You did not talk to me 7 times 2 times and you told me it was $100 so I don’t know what your talking about you don’t know how to run a business

  you need a boat to get through this 3rd world war torn junk yard poor prices and poor service I’d recommend taking an ubur to the moon then wasting time going in this over priced sewage infested trash This place costs to part ratio is horrible I was still willing to buy at part that was broken an he tried charging me like it’s new worst by far DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

  This place sucks. What is the point of the place if they don’t allow you to pull and buy specific parts. No one that works there can answer questions. Your office is a run down shack with an employee who can only answer in head nods.

  Avoid this used auto parts. To much problems and if you go there you will be treated awful. They give you a price by phone then is another price when you go in person. Also if it has rain recently be prepared for the mud. Not worth it.

  We went there for multiple parts and they couldn't have been more professional, helpful and nice. They gave us a package deal that was awesome, thanks guys. Not only would I recommend them I've already did and gave them there number to several people. Keep doing what you are doing M&S.. I'm going to need Grand Cherokee parts soon, I'll be calling you guys first...

  Terrible service.. When u call asking for parts .They tell you they have them.. Once you get to the place they don't have it. And if they have it. They just changed the price.

  Called, asked for a used 2014-2019 Toyota Corolla silver rear bumper cover. He said he didn’t have any. I asked what do you think is a fair price for a used painted rear bumper. He said $400. I laughed and said “you’re crazy, I found a new one, not painted for $100.” He hung up :( (Edit on 8/31/23) Owner responds 3 months later. Ehhhhhh, buddy is trying to save face online with his reply. He was much less professional over the phone. Believe it, don’t shop there. He didn’t take the time to explain any of that over the phone because I clearly asked him for a rear bumper cover. Took the chance here to play with words and add a bunch of stuff I didn’t need including sensors on a Toyota Corolla LE bumper which doesn’t have any. Typical Miami business, go to the junkyard in homestead if you want better service. I resolved there. 0 stars

  Zero stars. But since I can’t this will do. The young man answering the phone was very rude, disrespect, very impatient, I asked for a part, told him the make and model of the vehicle. He kept on asking what kind of car it was after I had an already told him three times he continue to be rude and aggressive Then when he got mad, he said he didn’t have the part without even looking for it, you don’t have to worry about me spending money here EDIT: If lying helps you sleep at night.   Like so many reviewers mentioned don't waste your time and money at this place they are crooks they will sale you parts that you won't be able to use and they won't refund you your money. Please stay away from this business I wished looked them up first before wasting my time and money on their junkyard this will definitely be reported to the better business bureau, cant be stealing people's money and thinking that it's ok.

  I went in today to get a part for my civic. Found the airbag I needed and after the man who tried to remove the part failed to remove it, the man at the front said I had to remove it myself. I was also found a back tail light, was also told to get it myself. Even after all that I only left with only 1 of the 3 things I went to get, neither the tail light or airbag. Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Only redeeming quality is the cheap parts.

  Visited M&S on June 25, 2021 to purchase a driverside tail light for a 2010 CTS. Was told by a really helpful worker that removed the part for me, that it has a 30 day warranty. On June 26, 2021, I went to install the brake light, it did not work. So I went to LKQ-U-Pick and purchased another one that worked with no problems. I should have went there first. On June 27, 2021 I Called and spoke with Milo, he went as far as to tell me that there was something wrong with the car and that they don't do refunds on electrical parts. That's before I could tell him that I purchased one the day before from LKQ that worked. Now im out $80 on a part that didn't work. So which one is it, do you have 30 days or not? THAT'S VERY BAD BUSINESS

  Ordered a brake pump and was given a delivery date. Called to confirm shipping on the day it was supposed to arrive and the pump had not even been shipped! Then they proceeded to tell me to find somewhere else to buy it when trying to get a solid answer and they just hung up on me. Not reliable and can not be trusted to hold to their word.

  called like 20 times. answers and hungs up in 4 seconds. Very politely I asked if u have problems with ur phone or u are just hunging up on me. The guy says DONT CALL NO MORE. i thought the owner must know. So writting this review. i still gave 4 star. because i dint wanted their overall rating to go down. Just wanted the owner to give feedback to his employee who said his name is MAHAMA. i can send call list/recording if u want.

  I went to a few Junk Yards around M&S and they all wanted around $80 for a simple head light while M&S wanted $35. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back and referring friends to here.

  Ive been coming here since I was little with my dad. Now as an adult I come here to save time and money. Never fails, there always some one to help you when you arrive. They have great affordable prices and lots of inventory, they pull the part for you for your safety and if there's any issues you can always come talk to them to resolve it. I highly recommend. And they are bilingual.

  Just called told me 100 bucks for upper intake plenum for 5.7 350. I can get one brand new for 50 with new gaskets from parts store. He hung up on my after mentioned. Wow
