I bought an engine from them that had a rod knock, at first they were attentive in getting the issue resolved. I sent them the engine back which they said they would refund. Once the engine was sent back Yarlos said it wouldn’t take more than a day for me to get a receipt for my refund. It’s been two weeks now and they don’t want to answer my calls and when they do they place me on hold. I would not trust buying parts from this place as they are eager to take your money and leave their customers stranded
Called up in the morning and they told me they had the part that I need I drove 40 miles one way and when I get there they don’t even speak English sat there for 20 minutes waiting for the part and then they tell me they don’t have it A waste of time I will never call them again
I would rate them with no stars if it would let me. I called to simply check on a refund for one of my customers and Oscar totally freaked out on me. Not the way to do business. If you take someones money and do not send them the product, that is an issue. Maybe the police getting involved might help them be nicer to paying customers.
No lo recomiendo. Estaban supuesto a hacerme un delivery hoy y no lo hisieron. Incluso los llame y me dijeron que en 10 minutos salian. He estado el dia entero esperando y deje de hacer cosas para que al final no lo trajeran. Una piesas que ya se pagaron.
