Got into an accident dec 31, 2024 and just front end damage on my 2014 rogue. I called and Jessica was sweet and professional. Ask for my address and let me know that within 45 mins to an hour the driver Allen would be there. Jessica went a step further and called me to let me me know the driver Allen was delay due to Miami traffic. We spoke a little and very friendly. When the driver Allen arrived he was simple None of that greasy used car salesman stuff. Sincere and honest and upfront. Ive worked tow yard for police impounding Parker, Colorado and i know the stereotype and how some of the drivers can be. And these folks were sweet and nice. People can be unprofessional and they both were understandable and help give me a good price for my veh. You want someone friendly and upfront no hidden agendas. You want Allen as your driver to pick up your veh.

Don't buy from them, they are a scammers, I order an instrument cluster from a lady called Maria, I asked her what happened if the cluster doesn't work and she said that they don't refun money but can offer a credit, when I get the cluster at the office i noticed that the speedometer was way off, I sent her a picture notifiying the problem and 3 days later sent the driver to return it and now Maria is no longer working with them, a lady called Jessica said I'm not returning anything thats not my cluster. I show her the screen shot of my conversation with Maria, even a worker recognise the part and my driver. but she basically needs the $200.00 more than anyone, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Here is the Screen shot of the messege I sent to your sales rep. that conveniently is not longer working with you. I said that I was receiving the cluster and that the speedometer was not good. If you can see the meesege was sent at 5:30 pm. If you notices the time I give you guys the OK to proceed it was at 2:50 pm. I had my driver there around 4:30 and you did not even start working on the removal. A guy that recognise my driver and the part offer the store credit and I was agreed with that and Jessica denied the credit. You guys ARE SCAMMERS. you did not mark the cluster because it took you several hours to removed the item, you just give it to my driver and provably forgot to do it. I'm not asking for the money back because Maria was clear about your police of not returning money but offer a store credit. DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAMMER. There are several junkyards around, just skip them, let's make out voice sound, people like that have to be out of business.

The LACK of professionalism and dis RESPECT that I experience with this company was beyond the pale. I DONATED my used vehicle to "Kars 4 Kids", and this company was supposed to call me within 24 hours to arrange for the pickup (NOT) 5 days later I reached out to them, and made a solid confirmed pickup appointment (or so, at least I thought I did) I conveyed several times, 72 hours prior, the importance and value of my time, to insure that the pickup date, and time would be honored ( and of course I was assured) 5 minutes before the scheduled time for the pickup, I cringeledy called them, and was met by the rudest person I encountered all week( it's Saturday). She offered no explanation or empathy to our agreement or my time. She was more filled with APATHY then, in my opinion, a business should be, and then she hanged the phone up on me,...why? because I articulated my dissatisfaction. Taken aback by this, I called back, and asked "were we disconnected or did you hang up on me". She stated, "it was to early for her, for me to be yelling" Hmmmm, I don't know, UMMM maybe, just maybe, if you HONORED your agreement and showed some RESPECT for my time, maybe, just maybe, I would not be so upset, just an hypothesis on my part. I concluded, their business must be doing great in profits to blatantly not care about one customer. I'll However end with this, 1 + 1 will eventually equala loss of more customers with this type of behavior Oh, and by the way, she identified herself as the OWNER. So much for, "Kars 4 Kids"

I don’t normally write bad reviews but my experience with this company sucked. I was being taken care of by someone named John. I was looking for floorboards from a car. He told me to send the money to hold the part so I did. After this he continued to delay the pickup date for two months. Wouldn’t reply to my messages or calls but I did end up getting a refund after enough messages. Terrible communication and customer service. May just be my experience but I had to share

I can’t remember the last time I did a review for something, but this company is the way to go 100%. I called Miami Auto Recycling and they quickly responded and sent someone to me within 1hr. While I was waiting I continued to search for the best offer. Johnathan arrived at my house, gave me an offer that was lower than I wanted. I showed him I had better offers, he then was able to show me that the companies that offered me more sent my estimate to Miami Auto Recycling. Johnathan broke it down explaining how other companies highball you online or over the phone them give you a lower offer. And many of these companies use Miami auto recycling to pick up their cars, I realized it was all connected and that my bargaining game was over. Jonathan still gave me a higher offer than he originally said, even though he showed me proof that the other company contacted his company. He gave me the cash first and upfront. This company is honest and fast. Shoutout to Jessica (think that’s her name lol) on the phone and Johnathan, good people.

Don't deal with these crooks. Was offered $650 for my junk car. Some kid shows up, looks underneath the car, claims the catalyst converter wasn't original and offers me $550. We agreed on $575 just to get the car off my landlord's lawn. Cats go out after 100k miles and my car had 91k on it. My last review reached 90k views, bums. Good luck. You deserve it. Gave me an offer, then you show up to "wheel n' deal". Is that what you do? Go ahead, post your usual "yOu'Re nOt eVeN iN oUr sYsTeM" response. Should have photographed your truck and posted it. I sure was. I'm sure most your "positive" reviews are from your crony crook pals. Professional scum.
