4 WHEEL PARTS Doral is the perfect example of why I still prefer to buy retail than online, when I can. Why? Well, there are lots of reasons…. Great service… Great staff… Great selection… And a great way to still “touch and feel” all the cool toys you can buy for your Jeeps and off-road vehicles! - All their sales staff are great to work with - friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. You can actually talk to them on the phone. And they know what they’re talking about. I had the pleasure to work with Alejandro on the sales side. Alejandro took good care me and got me what I needed. He followed up with me as promised and worked around my schedule. And, Pepe and Jose, the service technicians who performed the work, did a great job of fixing the problems I was having with our Gladiator. They were very thorough, and fixed exactly what I needed on time and around my crazy schedule. I was totally impressed with ALL their staff - something that’s not easy to find anymore. - They have a large store with many super nice product displays. You can come here and see, touch and feel many of their products and fun off-road “toys”. And if you’re looking for off-road lighting for your vehicles, these guys have lots of cool lights to check out! AND … the lighting displays actually work! When was the last time you went to a store and pressed the button to see how a light actually works…and it actually works? Well, here you can see how bright and functional the lights are. I was shocked their light displays worked! They have lots of nice wheels on display and fun camping gear to check out. - The store is nicely laid out and super clean. I got a quick tour of the shop where they do all the service work and installations, and I was surprised at how large, bright and clean the service bays area was! Everything was spotless, including the floors! There’s very few service/vehicle repair areas that I’ve seen that are this clean. I was impressed! - I didn’t realize until recently that 4 WHEEL PARTS Doral actually serviced 4-wheel vehicles, not just install parts they sell. I went there because I needed some work done on my jeep that our local Jeep dealers and auto service shops won’t work on, because of all the Gladiator customization I had done. However, these guys provide a lot of service work that still needs to be done that other shops won’t. And at reasonable prices and at your convenience. I’d highly recommend them for service work. Just call them to see if what you need serviced is something they can do … and if so, I’m sure they’ll take good care of you. 4 WHEEL PARTS Doral is a well run, professional and fun place to go if you’re looking for off-road products, and service.

As always, working with 4WP is a great experience. They have a great tech as well. Ariel Esperon has been servicing my vehicle for years. He is excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Sam the store manager not only explained the functionality of the parts I was inquiring about but actually took the time to inspect my jeep to make sure I was getting the right parts and saved me money. He was very knowledgeable about the right way to do things and truly cared about making my jeep the best it can be when it came to the right parts for it.

I brought my truck in for an inspection after a previous shop performed poor quality work. Sam at the front desk was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and ensured my truck was riding like new again. I highly recommend 4WP for any service needs.

Dealt with Alejandro and Sam. Gotta say it was a great experience. They really showed a lot of patience with me. I was on the fence with the lift on my 2024 2500 Hd. Would give them 0 stars if I could. 4wp Melbourne is way better than this place. Took my truck twice to rebalance after rotation and first time they added 20 oz of weights to one wheel when I returned they said the machine calibration was off. Now second time alit less weights but still shaking after 60. Was butter smooth when 4wp Melbourne balanced them. Not returning I guess I lost my money. Sucks because they were going to be my go to on every rotation and tire change. Also will note customer service is very very cold. Gonna take the 2 hour drive north to get quality service Also just noticed 6:43pm they scratched a wheel. Now I’m fuming My response to their response: The tires being trued have nothing to do with the approach of wheel balancing. You clearly don’t know what ur talking about and are trying to make my statements not valid. I took my truck to 4mp Melbourne and they balanced them first shot no issues not knowing they were trued. No tire you buy from a manufacturer is perfectly round. The icing on the cake is u scratched my wheel. This is totally unacceptable. Eve if you’re wanting to help rebalance again I’ve lost confidence in your shop. I wouldn’t want to risk another scratch to the wheel. Your shop mentioned that it was weird that YOUR machine gave different readings every time you would balance the tire. I’ve lost three hours of my time and ended up worse than I started. Don’t bother reaching out unless you’re willing to replace the wheel you damaged.

Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made suggestions, which I appreciated. The service was done on time, and within the time estimated. The job was done great. I have used 4 wheel parts on two other vehicles, and they will always be my first choice for outfitting my jeep or truck.

Bought my upper control arms from abr, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, had the patience of explaining the functions and dimensions of the product, they showed me the back of the shop and I was sold to install and balance the parts , love the way it came out better than the dealership workmanship, everything torqued and installed to specks !!! Mark the bolts and nuts where it was final . Just like they do it in the factory. Love the place so much I bought the abr base rack with the 4 corner rancho lights , new in the market, can wait to install it. Extremely will recommend this establishment. Great service and great team overall!!!

They put my jeep replacement top on. The service is amazing. I had some questions about lifting my car and possible replacement seat covers and just some other modifications and they were extremely helpful. They took the time to explain all my questions and providing some other helpful information. I highly recommend 4 Wheels Part for all your Jeep needs. Alejandro and Sam are the best. Looking forward to doing some mods for my Jeep very soon.

Great 👍 experience, Tito and Alejandro were extremely awesome 👌 highly recommended. Ariel diagnosed my truck within 15 minutes found the problem and 30 minutes later I was enjoying my ride home safely. Im definitely returning for more upgrades to add to my Tundra.

Tito is extremely helpful. I had an issue because I provided him with the wrong part number for my application, he contacted the vendor, got me the correct part number and after being informed by the vendor that it was on intergalactic back order, he was able to locate it in their inventory in Hawaii! The gang at 4WP is first class all of the way. I have a simple GMC AT4 that I wanted to level a few inches and they treated me the same as someone spending 30k. Great team for sure. Job done quickly and on budget. If I had the tiniest comment it would be to not be afraid to call me and let me know that there was still a small wheel rub on a reverse tight turn. I’m happy to take it back and pay the very small amount to rectify but a call to me while it was there would have been an easy upsell and more convenient. Love these guys!

Had an awesome experience at 4 Wheel Parts Miami! I came in just to browse some accessories for my truck and ended up getting a full suspension upgrade and new wheels installed. The staff was super knowledgeable and walked me through all the options without any pressure. The install was done ahead of schedule, and everything looked flawless when I picked it up. Hi, My Name is Joey and Im writing this review because I have been doing business with 4Wheel Parts, Miami/Doral for many years. In 2016, I had my 2012 Jeep Wrangler JKU, totally rebuilt with Rock Jock 60 Axles, Baer Big Brakes, PSC Ram Assist Steering, 40” Toyo Tires and too many other upgrades to list. Then in 2017, I retired and moved to Asheboro, North Carolina where I have been putting my jeep to the test at Uwharrie National Forrest. Needless to say, it has outperformed not only my expectations, but my abilities as well. I’ve been extremely pleased overall. Having said that, I recently purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. However, I was very disappointed with the ride, appearance and handling as it came from factory. Therefore, having had nothing but great things to say about 4WP’s quality of work, professionalism of staff and guidance from Mike Mellotto, Mgr., I decided to have work done at their shop In Miami/Doral Florida. I drove 14 hours and approximately 1000 miles (one way) to have 4WP install: Readylift 3.5” SST Lift Kit with Fabricated Control Arms and Falcon 1.1 Monotone Shocks, Nitto Ridge Grappler Tires (35x12.5x20LT), Fuel Off-road Covert D694 Wheels and a Hypertech Speedometer Calibrator. Once again, I was super excited and pleased with the end results. The truck has a better stance, handling and ride, not to mention it was very affordable. 4WP’s credit option with Zero percent financing made the impossible, very possible. A heartfelt Thank You goes out to Mike Melotto, Mgr, and the rest of his staff for ALWAYS delivering what they promised.
