Went to purchase oil yesterday evening and was greeted nicely, but when I came up to the counter with my 5 quarts of FRAM oil and the FRAM titanium filter which were on a bundle according to the promotions on the shelf, I was told the promotion was with a different filter (a promo I'd also noticed on the shelf). I let the guy know I wanted this promo and he told me it was no longer available, even though it was twice on the shelf there. I accepted the lesser oil filter promotion and when the dude was ringing me up, he says "you know, its the same thing, just a bit of a quality thing." which I found to be an unnecessary comment from a lazy employee who sits at a counter for 8 hours a day and cant have be bothered to put the right promos on the shelves.
Great store! Certain employees know how to treat the customers correctly, while others donβt. You just have to come during a certain time in order to get the service you deserve.
The salesman had me put ny credit card into the credit card machine and it was sproved. He told me the printer didn't print a receipt. Then the lady manager ran over loved out the salesman and login with her password and said no it didn't go through I looked on my bank card and it did go thru. I walked out call my bank and left the 68.00 worth of motor oil on the counter. Watch this store for fraud
