I've been going to this Advance Auto for many, many, years. They're helpful, patient & professional. This year alone I've purchased a car battery, seat covers, rear lightbulbs & windshield wipers. On several occasions I was helped by Hanlet who is friendly, patient, informational & professional ! He goes above & beyond to help me make an educated choice in my purchases. Hanlet has great customer service skills & is truly a pleasure to learn from.
Horrible customer service the female manager needs to work on her customer service skills raising your voice at a customer who is non agressive and simply trying to resolve an issue that you do not want to deal with is not how to handle this situation or any situation involving customers ill never spend another dime at any advance auto parts again just plain rude management hope corporate deals with it but it will be too late to save me as a customer
Great store! Certain employees know how to treat the customers correctly, while others donโt. You just have to come during a certain time in order to get the service you deserve.
