My teenage daughter needed a battery post shim. Adrian went above and beyond by installing it for her and sending on her way. She made it to work on time. Adrian has always been very helpful when I needed a part but the stellar customer service he provided my daughter speaks to his character and what an asset he is for our local store.

This is a great location for proximity to home and most the staff is super helpful when I pass through. My gripes are few but I never feel like they have the parts I need and the parking in this whole complex is terrible. I want them to be my autoparts one stop shop but I find myself seeking other venues and/or online options.
