KW Wrecker Service JunkYard in Stuart (FL)

It was a situation that was not exactly good(no fault of theirs) that turned out not so bad. They were very helpful in getting the car released back to me. Thanks to all who help me

I had a minor accident - drove over a curb with the left front tire. Since there was about a 2’ drop off the wheel was suspended and I could not back up or go forward. Called KW and they sent a truck within an hour. The driver was an expert and quickly got me out of that jam with no damage to my car. So glad I called them.

Everyone parks where I was parked. No sign nothing. I hope u enjoy taking the money that was suppose to feed me for the next three weeks . And hope u enjoy possibly costing me a job bc now I can’t drive to it . It’s 30 mins out. And ontop of that. I hope u enjoyed speeding off as u watched me step out to beg for it to be dropped . And 420$? That’s insane.maybe not the company all together. But the drivers who took mine and shuck their heads laughing as I broke into tears need fired

Very knowledgeable And professional! Instead of allowing Tesla to tow me 40 miles south they were able to bring me a loaner tire. This service is way more convenient and should be available to more people. I can’t think KW wrecker service for their insight and service.

Matt was great. Pleasant to work with. Did all hr could for my Tesla and keep me informed with his arrival and service attempt despite the issues I had with Tesla. I would recommend as long as they have Matt aboard

Called for a tow and the woman who answered the phone was nothing but rude and condescending. Kept cutting me off and talking over me like I was a child. I ended up just hanging up on her & calling another tow company. I expected better customer service from a company with so many good reviews.

My fiancée and I were having car problem after car problem until it just died. Dustin showed up like the hero he was, calmed us down and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and taken care of. Got us to where we need to be, a true blessing.

Matt was our driver today and he was SO helpful! This was my first time contacting towing services and the first company wanted to charge me over $500 to take me 10 minutes away! Calling this company I only needed to pay 325 and Matt was so kind and funny which made my day so much better! Would def recommend and hopefully I don’t find my self in this situation again but if I did I would contact this company!

Was on time when said 2 hours. Accident in area. Bought a spare changed it and took the other tire to Tesla for repair. Learn to use the Tesla app. Service person was very nice.

Had a Tesla issue and Matt with KW Wrecker showed up and knew exactly what to do to get my car up and running, towed to Tesla and repaired in 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

Incredible team of professionals! They helped us tow a 1969 Camaro back to our place from a local gas station. They were on time, very courteous, and very careful when working with the car. Plus they called ahead of the service to confirm the vehicles height to make sure they had the right equipment. I would highly recommend them for any towing or hauling needs!

Called for a jumpstart on a Sunday morning. They had someone here in half an hour. He was professional and pleasant. Just took less than 10 minutes. Recommend them highly!

Flat tire in the middle of nowhere in central Florida. Tesla dispatched KW Wrecker who turned up promptly and swapped on a loaner wheel to get me going again. I appreciated them helping out at the end of their business day and saving me from being stranded.

So I put a claim in through my insurance to have someone come out and look at my battery. I got a text notification about 15 minutes later saying that this company was on their way. The text said their eta was 55 minutes. They show up within 20 minutes. I get a phone call from the lady who was there that they are here and need me to come out. I explain that I am picking my son up from school and that I did not expect them for another 40 minutes. I was only 15 minutes away from my house at the time and I explained to the lady that I would try to get in contact with my husband who was home but was working so he could let them into my car to start the diagnostic. She said okay and we hung up. I get a call 5 minutes later from her saying she cannot wait around half an hour because I am running late. She spoke with attitude and it came across as rude in my opinion. I told her on the phone that the way she was speaking to me was rude and that I didn’t appreciate it. I told her that I had been trying to get in contact with my husband but I knew he was in a conference call. I explained to her that I wasn’t expecting them for another 40 minutes otherwise I would have been there when they arrived. Normally I don’t mind when people are early but I received no update that they were going to early, she was not understanding that I was not home when they showed up 30-40 minutes early and then was frustrated with ME when she had to wait all of 5-10 minutes for me to arrive. When I arrived, I gave her my keys, they quickly jump started my car and then they left without giving me any kind of diagnosis or anything!!! I do not recommend this company and this taught me to always use a trusted mechanic instead of random companies that your insurance will send.

Great experience, they were at my house within an hour of the service call being placed. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and very friendly.

They came earlier than expected. They were caring for me,my car,others on the road. He was able to inflate my tire so we could load the car onto flat bed tow truck from within a parking lot. He secured my car and took me to the service center i needed. Excellent thinking on his feet. I applaud this company and its employee.

Mack came and towed my car. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The dispatcher was friendly and helped me get through the call until the driver arrived.
