Got treated like absolute garbage from the tow trucker driver to their representative on the phone scammers that only want your money 600 or more for a tow ridiculous
Pretty much scammed me. So my car was in a ditch not very deep but I was stuck and they sent TWO tow trucks out for me. They only used one to get me out but want to charge me double. There were also workers there that lied about not being able to crank it up, we came back a while later to some new workers who didn’t have a problem with trying to turn the car over. All around sketchy place that does not seem very trustworthy.
I can honestly say I’ve never dealt with such wonderful people, they came and saved me at nine o'clock at night, very efficient, extremely kind and quite knowledgeable on Tesla vehicles. Thank you to Warren,Dustin and Lamar for getting my car to where it needed to be! The best company around! You won’t be disappointed!
I will tell you if they tow your vehicle and you didn't call them. You MUST PAY IN CASH. BUT if you need a personal Tow. I highly recommend. If it's a challenge? They'll figure it out. They're on the top of my list to call if I need a tow.
My fiancée and I were having car problem after car problem until it just died. Dustin showed up like the hero he was, calmed us down and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and taken care of. Got us to where we need to be, a true blessing.
Very knowledgeable And professional! Instead of allowing Tesla to tow me 40 miles south they were able to bring me a loaner tire. This service is way more convenient and should be available to more people. I can’t think KW wrecker service for their insight and service.
Called for a tow and the woman who answered the phone was nothing but rude and condescending. Kept cutting me off and talking over me like I was a child. I ended up just hanging up on her & calling another tow company. I expected better customer service from a company with so many good reviews.

Via Tesla, we had very prompt, friendly and competent service from Matt. He replaced my flat with a loaner wheel, and gave specific information and instructions.
Matt was our driver today and he was SO helpful! This was my first time contacting towing services and the first company wanted to charge me over $500 to take me 10 minutes away! Calling this company I only needed to pay 325 and Matt was so kind and funny which made my day so much better! Would def recommend and hopefully I don’t find my self in this situation again but if I did I would contact this company!
I had a minor accident - drove over a curb with the left front tire. Since there was about a 2’ drop off the wheel was suspended and I could not back up or go forward. Called KW and they sent a truck within an hour. The driver was an expert and quickly got me out of that jam with no damage to my car. So glad I called them.
Called for a jumpstart on a Sunday morning. They had someone here in half an hour. He was professional and pleasant. Just took less than 10 minutes. Recommend them highly!
The service man who came to very helpful, was pleasant, and did the tire change quickly to get us on our way. He was able to provide us with a loaner tire and told us what the process was for a Tesla tire repair.
One doesn't hope to NEED a tow, but if something happens, this is the company one WANTS! My battery light was on, and my steering wheel want turning-- my car wasn't moving.
This was the company called via my insurance provider. I was told help would come in just under an hour. This was the first part which amazed me... Dustin arrived in less than a half hour!
Dustin quickly showed me what might be a potential problem and agreed why the car was not working.
I loved the fact that he has a local business- and knows the surrounding towns when I mentioned an area store in town and my mechanic in the next town. This was the easiest time I've ever had my car towed!

I was just towed to my mechanic again, a month later, by this same company. EVERYTHING, once again, with their service was fantastic. Hearing what I said, the man who towed me predicted the car's problem.
These people are quick, precise, and phenomenal.
I don't get a choice who is called from my auto insurance, but I was extremely lucky these last two times!
They came earlier than expected. They were caring for me,my car,others on the road.
He was able to inflate my tire so we could load the car onto flat bed tow truck from within a parking lot. He secured my car and took me to the service center i needed.

The two employees for KW wrecker showed up very quickly considering they were located in Stuart or at least way north of here. They were professional nice and in and out in five minutes. I wish all my roadside service experiences had been this good.
A very quick and professional towing. Came well before their estimated arrival time (40 mins earlier) which was such a pleasant surprise. Although this service was provided through my insurance's roadside assistance program, I would definitely recommend this company and use them again if needed (hopefully no time soon lol).

So I put a claim in through my insurance to have someone come out and look at my battery. I got a text notification about 15 minutes later saying that this company was on their way. The text said their eta was 55 minutes. They show up within 20 minutes. I get a phone call from the lady who was there that they are here and need me to come out. I explain that I am picking my son up from school and that I did not expect them for another 40 minutes. I was only 15 minutes away from my house at the time and I explained to the lady that I would try to get in contact with my husband who was home but was working so he could let them into my car to start the diagnostic. She said okay and we hung up. I get a call 5 minutes later from her saying she cannot wait around half an hour because I am running late. She spoke with attitude and it came across as rude in my opinion. I told her on the phone that the way she was speaking to me was rude and that I didn’t appreciate it. I told her that I had been trying to get in contact with my husband but I knew he was in a conference call. I explained to her that I wasn’t expecting them for another 40 minutes otherwise I would have been there when they arrived. Normally I don’t mind when people are early but I received no update that they were going to early, she was not understanding that I was not home when they showed up 30-40 minutes early and then was frustrated with ME when she had to wait all of 5-10 minutes for me to arrive. When I arrived, I gave her my keys, they quickly jump started my car and then they left without giving me any kind of diagnosis or anything!!! I do not recommend this company and this taught me to always use a trusted mechanic instead of random companies that your insurance will send.
Great service. Had a Tesla with a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. KW was sent via Tesla roadside assistance. They brought out a loaner tire and swapped it out. They knew about Teslas, set the jack mode properly, etc. The guy called me multiple times to keep me updated and work out the details with Tesla. They got out there pretty quick too so it didn’t mess up my whole day. Nothing bad to say.
The Tesla that I was driving locked me in, and I was unaware of the quick release on the door. When I told him what happened to me he immediately showed me what to do the next time. His concern for my safety and complete professionalism was greatly appreciated that day. He’s fantastic.
