We can’t say enough great things about Scott! He was highly communicative and insightful throughout the entire process. He advised us on potential repairs and steps we can take to keep our vehicle which has sentimental value, as opposed to low balling us and hauling it away without question. Scott also went above and beyond to draw with chalk with our kids while he went into detail about our vehicle and was never rushed or inconvenienced by our questions. He even filled one of the flat tires and kept it propped up so we don’t get fined. When the time truly does come to haul our truck away, he’ll be the one to call. Haven’t had someone go out of their way like this in recent memory, highly recommend!

Called in the morning to get my Ford Expedition picked up. The gentlemen on the phone gave me a time frame when they would pick it up and they did it sooner it was quick, easy and fast. I would definitely recommend them!
Called at 6pm last night and within 30 minutes we worked out a deal and a pickup time! The driver came first thing this morning (the very next day) with cash in hand….he even called to let me know he was headed my way beforehand. Super nice guys, easy, smooth and fast. I called scott after kauffs towed my wreck car. They gave me a $1400 bill which was a lot for what needed to be done. Scott called kauffs and let me know what needed to be done because they misinformed me. He drove an hour to get my car and paid me top dollar, probably more than it’s worth. He is a great man and I recommend doing business with him.
